The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed! The view was breathtaking and the location was phenomenal with everything close by!
It was my family of 4 who stayed, and was more than enough room. We definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a private beach, beautiful beach views, and fun family memories!

First thing we saw when we opened the door was the amazing view of the ocean from the living room slider! Absolutely breathtaking! We never heard our neighbors, very quiet complex. Short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed.

We loved our time in this very clean and welcoming condo. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the pool felt great. We especially liked enjoying the terrific views from the balcony: dolphins, sea turtles, cruise ship, even a satellite launch. We saw them all. We’d love to return and would request this same unit. We had a wonderful time and even used the convenient grill one nice evening so we could enjoy more balcony time!

Property manager was great. We originally were going to stay on the West Coast of Florida but due to hurricane we changed and came to the East Coast. We were here for a funeral that was in the center of the state so either coast was good. The fact that we were able to get into this unit within our time frame, and it was so nice made our stay pleasant.

So let’s get a few “ways to improve” out of the way: would prefer a keurig over the coffee pot, and the living room furniture is a bit “tired.” That’s it. The location cannot be beat if you want to avoid the tourist beach crowd shenanigans. Quiet and easy to get around. All the riff raff is north in Coca Beach. The pool or the beach were never crowded. Plenty of beach chairs, shovels, buckets, etc. In summary, if you want to pay 2x as much for small detail upgrades, go ahead and spend your $. If you want to have a relaxing and refreshing beach vacation while continuously congratulating yourself for getting such a great deal, this is the place.

The condo was surprisingly large! It was very well stocked with all the necessities and more! We didn’t have to pack beach chairs umbrellas or toys for the kids! Very grateful for the washer and dryer as well. The beach was super close and easily accessible.

We loved the property; the view, the beach, the condo was everything we needed to relax as we got our daughter settled into college.

Overall the stay was very nice, the view was great, location was nice, and room was very big. The kitchen amenities were enough to get by and the towels were adequate. The rooms needed a little work like both porch screen doors fell of the track so we kept them to the side and the bathrooms had been patched but never painted. When ever I called the front desk they were quick to reply, very nice. Overall I recommend the location for a very nice stay.

This is an excellent property for a quiet beach stay. The property is nice with easy access to the pool and beach. The condo was very quiet and comfortable. Beds and pillows are great and it was nice to have beach towels provided. Kitchen was equipped good but no storage containers, alum foil or cling wrap for storage of leftovers. We also did not have ice for the first day/night. Other than these minor inconveniences the stay was great!

We had a wonderful week In This condo!! It was our first time visiting this area and we fell In love. Most importantly the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Even sand toys and chairs! We had our teenage son and two young daughters that loved it as well. We are all talking about wanting to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was very quiet, and clean. The unit being right in the beach was an amazing location. The people we talked to and met were all very nice. The unit could stand a bit of an update. There were lights that didn’t work, vertical blinds were not in good shape with missing slats etc. At the end of the day, we really enjoyed our time there and would love to go back.

Christmas on the Beach
The condo was clean and the view was spectacular. Ocean was still warm enough to go swimming Christmas Day and the location is near everything.

Nice Location but unit needs a through cleaning
Nice Location but unit needs a really through cleaning, Cleaning of bedding, Master shower stall, towels, and rugs. Not just a "quick clean".

Not a big tourist area
Out of all the beach areas I have been to this was the most relaxing! There were not a lot of people sometimes we had the beach to ourselves. It was clean and right on the beach, not a lot of walking with kids! Our 3 littles loved going from the beach to the pool and when tired naps in the room! Recommended!!! All you have to do is drive about 20 min and your in busy coco beach for some shops and dinner! Recommend Flordia seafood in coco beach amazing food.

We loved the view and ease of access to the beach. Our little guy has a physical disability so it allowed us to get him out their easily. It’s exactly what we needed. We’ll be back!

Absolutely Beautiful!!
This condo is Beautiful! We rented unit 603. It very clean, recently installed new carpet in bedrooms, new living room and dining room furniture. I love the title flooding throughout the rest of the unit. The staff is very nice. I felt like I knew Wendy all my life. Guest and owner's were very nice and friendly. Pool area was very clean with a shower station when you come from the beach and loved the grill area. The beach was nice hardly anyone around. Felt like a private beach. The area was very nice, clean, quiet with plenty of restaurants also Publix and Walmart close by. We will definitely come back. My family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

March get away
We had a great time and everything seemed to be provided. Close to shopping and restaurants. People seem to rent here on a yearly basis.
