We had an awesome stay for our big family vacation. There was 18 people and we all fit comfortably in this house. We had 3 older people with us with knee problems so having rooms and a kitchen on the first floor worked out great for them. The only issue for them was the stairs going down to the beach, it was a lot for them to climb. A short 3 min drive there is a public beach access with a ramp going to the beach and a parking lot. We did have an issue with the plumbing backing up and they were out and had it fixed that day. Very pleased with the response time. The house sat off theain road which was nice because it was quit but still close to the beach. We had a wonderful time and the house was very accommodating to our family.

We were told that someone would come to look at the Jacuzzi, but the service man never showed up. 3. The middle level of the AC never blew out cold air. We did reset the breaker as suggested, but it did not fix the issue. 4. The toilet paper was so thin that you could not even pull it off of the holder without it breaking. Ridiculous for such a nice place to try to save a few pennies by putting in literally the worst TP I've ever seen. And not enough rolls for a week of occupants that size. Seems like a small thing, but it tells you what the owner/mgt company thinks of their guests. 5. The shower in one of the bathrooms upstairs never worked properly. We didn't report it at the time as the guest just used another shower and I forgot to submit it. Given that we paid for these services the ethical (right) thing to do would be to refund part of our payment. $500 would be my request. I don't expect that to happen as most VRBO/mgt companies really don't care about the renters other than getting their $. You can be sure that I'll post this information on any public forums. It is a big, beautiful home with a lot of features, but this means that it is going to require some recurring re-investment to keep it enjoyable as advertised. I own and rent property through VRBO so I am an informed renter.

The good: The home was very spacious for our group. Kitchens were well stocked as mentioned, the bedroom sizes were great and spacious. The outdoor spaces were nice too! We really enjoy the home for these reasons. There was a small gift upon our arrival; very nice touch! Keep that up😊 The bad: However, there were a few problems that we had. For starters we had found a dead mouse inside the house when we awaken the very first night of our stay!! Scared me, I don’t do critters! Someone from the property management company did get over within the hour to remove it from the house. Perhaps more regularly scheduled pest control is needed. There are some maintenance issues that definitely need to be addressed before renting again in my opinion. The pool wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, however there was someone removing leaves when we first arrived. The downstairs bedroom/bath had issues as well; the towel holder in the bathroom was coming off the wall, the bathtub stopper was not attached, the vents were not working, it caused a musty smell in that bedroom and bath. The main fridge/freezer upstairs had an issue where the freezer was stuck and wouldn’t opened fully. I do think the owner and/or property management company needs to go over there home and give it a thorough review to address the maintenance issues and to view simple wear & tear of the rental overall. Again it was a great spacious place to rent and it served my group well in that regard. We take an annual trip to the area every year and we did reconsider this home originally for next year. So, would I rent it again? Maybe….but would hope that items and the overall maintenance are addressed first.

This property was perfect for a large family. We enjoyed the heated pool and the short walk to the beach. The teens enjoyed biking to Seaside for their gelato! The kitchens were thoroughly stocked with dishes, glasses etc. Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving.

The size and layout of this property was perfect for a multiple family getaway. Everyone had plenty of space! We loved our stay here. Just a warning the pool deck is very slippery!

We hosted our family vacation this year! ❤ The house was perfect for our family! Plenty of space for everyone with all the different floors, decks, and cubby holes. We definitely did not feel crowded; which helped with distance for any of those feeling not so "positive" or just needed a nap. Perfect distance to the beach! The beach was not crowded and beautiful as usual. The house house has a few maintenance issues but minimal; shows it's age slightly. We had a septic issues upon arrival that was promptly attended to. No further issues. Overall, the house was perfect and amazing. Thanks for the memories!

This large house and on site swimming pool was perfect for our extended family of 16 souls from 3 states! The home was very clean and pleasantly decorated and well maintained. The pool was large enough to entertain the younger members while the adults were busy preparing for the next excursion. Nice that the pool was cleaned mid-week. A short walk to the beach. The daunting 2 1/2 story stairs leading down to the beach was overcome by the crystal blue water and white sand beach. Lots of eating places at about a mile to the Central Square, but bicycling or golf cart is the preferred transportation to the Square due to lots of car traffic on 30A. We all had a great time and recommend Aweigh from Home for a big family reunion!

The home is beautiful and spacious. The beach is just across the street. We had plenty of room to spread out and come together as we had 4 families visiting together. Check-in was simple. We had a wonderful time!

Overall, great experience - the space was nice and upscale enough to warrant the price, but not so precious/overdone that you can’t relax. Separate living/kitchen areas were perfect for our large group where the older teens wanted some independence. The location is excellent as the dead-end street means way less 30A noise and no endless parade of side street cut-throughs. The walk to the beach was three minutes max. Pool heater a must, and Publix and bike rental deliveries were smooth. Highly recommend!

The property was fabulous, rooms for everyone. The 2 kitchens made mealtime easy and fun. Rooms were very comfortable and gave everyone privacy yet also the space to congregate all together. The decks are great get aways and the pool was clean and warm. The rental staff were very responsive--we had a problem with the grill and they were there immediately to fix it. Great location to the beach.....can't say enough.

This property has all the potential of being amazing, but unfortunately it was very dirty. The positives... It is a very short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. The pool is huge and lovely. The house has a lot of space. It was perfect floor plan and space for our large family. The negatives... It was very unclean. We arrived at 4:30, when check in was at 4:00. The ladies cleaning said they had a total of two hours to clean the home. While they were working hard, no one could clean a home with 9 bathrooms, two kitchens. multiple common areas, a large pool, and 12 beds, in only two hours. And it showed. Tables were clearly not even wiped. Floors were not vaccummed; there was sand and dead bugs everywhere. The bed linens and towels were very cheap and worn. The kitchen was not very clean and highly disorganized. No one came throughout the week to clean the pool either. It is such a bummer, because the set up of the rooms was perfect for our group. If this property had been properly cleaned, we would be back every year. Maybe the owner should consider a new management company.

We loved the swimming pool. The house was perfect size for our large family. Lots of stairs but 2 kitchens were nice. We will come back again!

We booked this house for a 3-night stay. The booking process was seamless, we received several emails and texts to confirm, and our door unlock code was texted to us at 2 p.m. on the day of check-in, as promised. The house itself is beautiful and I was very impressed at how meticulously maintained it is, inside and out, with very comfortable beds, 3 zones of AC for different areas of the house, plenty of bath towels and starter shampoos and soaps, and a beautiful, sparkling clean pool with many chairs and tables on the pool deck. The house backs up to a wooded area and there are large hedges between this house and the one next door, so it's very peaceful. We were pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of beach chairs as well as floats and rafts for the pool and the ocean. The house is only 2 blocks from the beach, and this particular section of beach was never very crowded, especially early and late in the day. What really impressed me was how clean the house was when we arrived. It was clear to me that the house had been cleaned top to bottom with a lot of attention to detail. All the dishes and glasses were spotless, the coffeemakers were completely cleaned, and the linens and towels were fresh. The pool and surrounding deck were spotless, and everything worked perfectly, including the dishwasher and the clothes dryer, and the internet was faster than what I have at home! We would absolutely stay here again and hope to return next summer.

We had a wonderful week at the beach and at Aweigh From Home. The home provided a perfect, peaceful spot to spend a week of solitude with our family as the Coronavirus outbreak got underway. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed each day at our own pool and jacuzzi while still being just steps away from the quiet and expensive beach. We loved how quiet it was around the house - tucked back in the woods but literally 250 yards to the beach. The best of all worlds! We will definitely be returning.

The house was large and comfortable. The layout of the house was confusing at first but once we got settled in, it worked perfectly for our group of 9 ladies. Only 2 had to share a room and that room was big and had 2 queen beds. The bathrooms worked out nicely with all of us too. All bedrooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. The house is big enough that you do not feel right under each other and it has two living areas you can relax in. Location was great. The walk to the beach was not bad at all! Close to all the unique towns; we visited Seaside, Grayton, Watercolor, Alys, Inlet and Rosemary beaches. We were a group of photographers and got some great shots every where we went! Food was great near by! We ate out for lunch and at the house each night. Kitchens were well stocked and nice for all of us. Really a nice house for a large group needing lots of bedrooms and bathrooms!

We had a great time at this house! It’s huge and the pool area is fantastic- the pool is as big as the pictures reflect. Perfect for large groups with a bunch of kids that want to be in the pool at the same time. On the bottom of the pool there was a cracked spot that looked like a bowling ball had been thrown into the pool. We reported it to management and I assume they’ll fix it. The house needs some updating and was not as fancy as some we’ve stayed in, but there was plenty of room for all of us (11 adults, 7 kids). It’s an odd layout with the attached guest house that we likened to a labyrinth. You will climb A LOT of stairs so beware if you have small children or elderly guests. The kitchens were decently stocked (you have 2 so between them you have enough stuff). It’s a 2 min walk to the beach even with a horde of kids. Location is awesome! Management was great and super easy to deal with through the app. I’d stay here again for the pool alone.
