Everything about our two week stay was great. The house, ocean view, lots of supplies, pool toys for the kids, close proximity to grocery store and a private setting were all perfect for 3 generations to enjoy. Nancy is very helpful and always responds quickly to answer questions. We hope to return again! Thank you Nancy and Hui!

This place is really incredible! Even more beautiful and relaxing than the pictures convey. It was truly a perfect spot — serene, beautiful, well-maintained and spacious. We stayed at the property for a week on a family vacation with 12 people, including 7 children ages 5-12. There was ample space and plenty of comfy beds. The location is also terrific. It’s on the south side of town, right on Hee’ia Bay with incredible waves right outside the door (experienced surfers only, not for beginners!) and a short walk from the marina. Great view of sunset and the sounds of the ocean is loud and perfect for sleeping. The host was terrific and communicative.

We enjoyed the property and stay very much. We had 7 total and didn't use the guest house, so the property can comfortably hold 10 or more. Nice, open space and swimming pool. Phenomenal sunset views every night, and the sound of the waves crashing are two of the highlights. We stayed in the house for the Ironman triathlon. 5 miles from the race venue so close enough to the action yet we had the privacy of a home.

Absolutely perfect. We were 4 couples and all had great rooms. Beautiful view of the ocean with amazing sunsets and the full moon setting over the ocean was amazing. Close to anything we needed. Pool was a great highlight. We used it everyday after being out exploring. Plenty of room to spread out or have everyone together. Thank you Nancy!

We rented this fabulous large vacation property in the Keauhou Bay area for a large family summer gathering. Everything about this property; location, setup, amenities and our host Nancy made this a very memorable family vacation. We enjoyed the large backyard area with the pool, badminton, and BBQ areas overlooking the beach. We utilized the short access to the beach to go snorkeling and swimming while enjoying some of the most beautiful sunsets. This really is the perfect location for a Hawaiian vacation and Nancy the host will be as accommodating and helpful as possible. Craig & Pearl

We had the most amazing time at this home. The house(s) were absolutely perfect for our 2 families!! The view was breathtaking and the landscaping immaculate. The pool was huge and the entire property was filled with amenities that were appreciated!! This was by far the best rental home our 2 families have ever stayed in! Nancy was great to work with and we would love to revisit this home one day!

My daughter stayed here 2 years ago with her wedding party and loved it. We decide to stay here for 10 days with our family, 6 adults and 5 grandchildren. We had such a great time and will rent this home again. Plenty of space for everyone. BBQ was used nightly and a very equipped kitchen. Nancy was a delight to work with again. The place was above our expectations from the pictures. The place and location was picturesque, beautiful! We even saw a rainbow on one of the days! Definitely will be back!

The house plus cottage was perfect for a family of 11. The location right on the ocean with a pool, hot tub and lots of grass for little ones to run around on. The grocery store was 3mins away. The house was clean and spacious. The cottage was great for our family with an 18month old who was teething and not feeling well. Nancy, our host was so very nice and responded to our evey need in a very timely manner. We could not have asked for a better spot for a large family vacation. The weather was great 72F to 85F with some rain shower in the evening.

My family and sister's family stayed at this amazing property for 7 days. As others have stated, the pictures don't do this place justice. It is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed at. The view was outstanding and the house itself was big enough that our whole family didnt feel like we were tripping over each other. Nancy was so nice and responded almost immediately when asked any questions. The only downside was leaving this magical place. Our whole family talked about how we would love to be back in the future!!

Pictures do not do this property justice. It is simply breathtaking. Could not have picked a more wonderful spot to sip a drink, look at the ocean and listen to the geckoes and birds. Everything about this property is A+ including the lovely host Nancy who was so awesome to deal with. The location is fan-flip'n-tastic. We were all missing our dogs at home so much Nancy brought her adorable fur babies over for a visit and cuddles. Definitely cheered all us kiwis up! Not that there is anything to be unhappy about if you are staying at this house but goes to show what great people the hosts are. Can't wait to come back.

What a beautiful house with stunning sunrises and sunsets. The view from this home is breathtaking! The pool was just what we needed when we were ready to relax after our excursions. This home had everything we could ask for as a family of 9. Very short distance to shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, we did not meet Nancy personally, but she was wonderful to work with. I would recommend her home over and over again.

This is a beautiful property overlooking Heeia Bay and right next to Keahou. It’s a perfect spot because it’s not overly touristy, but you can still walk to multiple restaurants: Kenichi’s is phenomenal. The Outrigger can be great too, just be prepared to wait even if you make a res. Music is good there and you can see the mantra rays at night. The upstairs balcony is wonderful off the main bedroom. The house is very comfortable with great views. Because there are many places to hang out (multiple places in the yard too), it doesn’t feel crowded even when you have six people staying here. Everything was absolutely perfect. We hope to come back here again. I highly recommend this house.

What a magical stay! We came with our family ranging from 69 years to six and everyone was amazed with the house and it’s surroundings.The house is not only beautiful but functional. All 13 of us had enough space. Nancy and Ed were the most gracious hosts and tried to anticipate all that you would need. I must say they did a great job! Both are a wealth of knowledge and would have enjoyed seeing them more. We also met Larry who landscapes the property and he also had many suggestions on what to do along with pleasant conversations. It was a trip of a lifetime, with gracious hosts, a beautiful location and our wonderful family. Thank you Nancy and Ed!

This beautiful property has a wonderful ocean view, pool, lovely grounds, and tons of space for a large group. Everything about the property was special and Nancy was just amazing. We traveled with all our family and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The location was terrific, close to Kona but far enough away to enjoy a private sweet oasis in beautiful Hawaii. We enjoyed preparing our own family meals and enjoyed great restaurants with ocean views in and around Kona! I would recommend this property for any family or large group of friends. It was just a wonderful place to enjoy all the big island has to offer, a very special property and we would visit again.

This was the second time we took the whole family to stay on the property. It's close enough to kona to visit when you wish, but far enough to feel a little more secluded. The property is beautiful and well appointed. We'll be back!

This property is amazing. The home was clean. The views are beautiful. The pool clean with lots of pool and ocean toys included. The owner was very responsive to questions. Shopping was close. We would love to go back!

3-generations ranging in age from 69-years-young to 4-months old and we all had an amazing time. Perfect amount of space to be together or have somewhere quiet to go for a bit. Could not have asked for a better experience. And the view and location…simply perfect.

The children loved the pool and badminton area. Adults can get away to their own area. It was just fantastic and we have rebooked for 2024.

The home(s) were exactly as listed and shown in photos - even better. Great for a large group. We were 7 adults and 4 young teens. Completely outfitted for cooking and entertaining. Lovely kitchen, open plan livingroom. Everything was in working order. Nancy, the owner responded quickly to any communications. Comfy beds, lots of pillows. Pool and patios were beautiful! Several seating areas. And the view - like a postcard!! Highly recommended!

This home was clean, light, organized and well appointed with simple, tasteful, beachy decor. Beds were comfy. Air conditioning in the bedrooms a plus, although the master bedroom has such a wonderful ocean breeze running through it, that we didn’t need it. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, and the houses are close together, but grounds made us feel like we were at our own private resort. Lush flowering foliage created lots of privacy. Lovely pool with easy entry. One view from the pool is the waves crashing in the bay, another view is the open ocean, another the well maintained grounds. We used the volleyball court every day, and the soft grass was so nice on bare feet. Covered grill area was convenient and used often. Cozy little spots to enjoy the sights and sounds, and areas to gather as a group. Nancy, our host, was accessible and responsive. Just a really amazing stay with oodles of great memories during our two-week stay at this beautiful property.

I have stayed in many vacation homes, and this one, by far, was the best! The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked and the amenities outstanding. And of course, the view was absolutely beautiful. We didn't want to leave the house because it was so peaceful and perfect. But when we did venture out, there were a variety of beaches nearby. Overall, it was the perfect house for family and friends to vacation together!
