Slice of heaven so convenient to the airport. Everything was top notch. The staff went above and beyond what we have experienced at other all inclusive hotels. No struggles to find a beach chair or space by the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax. Bring your gear for decent snorkeling right in front of the hotel.

Montego Bay isn’t the nicest part of Jamaica but we really felt no need to venture around the city as the hotel had everything we wanted.

The breakfast buffet was great, especially the omelette station. The restaurants for dinner were all very good. We found all of the staff to be very friendly. We loved our time on the beach and snorkelling was fantastic. A lounge spot by pool or on the beach was always easy to find. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I liked everything about this property! From the food, the drinks, my driver Phillip and the staff! The staff was so helpful the whole time of my stay! The moment when me and my fiancé arrived I just knew that we picked the right place to stay! This was my first time out of the country and it was a magnificent experience! I can’t remember his name all I know is he was the pool guy that make sure towels were on each and every chair and also when we wanted to do activities he knew who to call and recommended us to! My driver Phillip picked us up straight from the airport so if you need a driver recommend him and he was a wonderful man to talk to ( 876) 447 0904 is Phillip number on an app called whatsapp.The view we had on the balcony was beautiful! I could write a book about how kind the staff were to us! I didn’t want to leave but I know I’m not staying anywhere else but here when I come back! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! o yea, the RUM PUNCH WAS AMAZING! I’m about to cry making this review because I really enjoyed myself! Anyways, BOOK don’t just LOOK!

The food was EXCELLENT!! And the staff was unbelievably warm And accommodating. The hotel was beautiful. All in all one of the best vacations I ever had and I travel very frequently.

Magnificent gem filled with incredible people working with a smile. Checkin process with Paula was memorable as I was extremely fortunate to learn she found a room that was available before 3pm that I just loved! 274 may have been my favorite! I traveled solo. For one person, $600 a night is very pricey, but to be treated so extremely well, right from the start was appropriated. Everyone is so very kind and smiling. I should have write down names, but each person made me feel at home. Food was to die for, I loved coffee shop, open 24 hours a day with most delicious coffee and juices. I only tried delicious Jamaican cuisine, special restaurant, besides buffet each day, that served one of the best meals I can think of. I wish they had more exotic fruit besides papaya and pineapple that were my favorite each day. Room is super quiet considering it’s only 5 minutes walking from the nearest night club, which is so much fun. (Please, be careful walking at night as I was almost robbed which wasn’t fun. I am so happy that one gentleman was kind enough and offered to walk back with me. That actually saved me from being “attacked” by mob of 3-4 locals, going after my purse.) this is has nothing to do with hotel review. Beach is the best I can imagine, as I love to snorkel and being directly at Doctors Beach, it offers best snorkeling in Jamaica, in my opinion. You could see snorkeling boat tours come to the bay and while they have to pay, you as a guest have abundance of it anytime you like from 8am until 9pm. I love this place as it’s intimate, fun, only 5-10 minutes away from the airport, which is a bonus. Btw, airport taxi should be no more then $15. Go to official stand before you exit the airport, otherwise, you will end up paying more. Also, Paula called me taxi to take me to the airport also for the same price. Give yourself plenty of time to go through TSA, as I flew business and it took almost full hour to clear security. June is a busy month.
