We are repeat visitors! Perfect spot to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with all the grandkids. Regis is easy to work with and very responsive. Arnold and the ladies were great with our breakfasts and evening meals. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks to all of you.

With its beautiful landscapes, great food and activities, and access to several awesome beaches, Punta Mita has become our favorite beach travel destination. This was made even better with our recent stay at Villa Avanti. From the moment we booked it, Regis the property manager was in regular contact with us, helping us arrange everything from airport transportation, to golf cart rentals, restaurant reservations, and grocery delivery. Everything was taken care of before our arrival. The Villa itself is spacious and comfortable with plenty of space for two families. We loved eating breakfast out on the patio which has the prettiest views of the water and sunsets. The kids loved playing in the plunge pool and hot tub. The sweet housekeeping team also provides delicious full breakfasts each morning which helped us so much in getting everyone up and ready for the days activities. The property is located within the Four Seasons resort which includes so many amenities beyond those already included in the Punta Mita club membership. The villa is less than a 5 min golf cart drive down to the resort which has the best beach, several pools, restaurants, spa, fitness center, and a kids club. All part of the villa rental. Having stayed at several spots around PM, we all agreed this was our favorite. We are so grateful for the opportunity we had to spend a week at Villa Avanti and we will definitely stay there again. Everything was as good as can be. Regis was a fantastic host and all the other staff for every part of our stay were great too.

This was an excellent experience for our family vacation.

We were unfortunately unable to go due to Covid-19 but will return as we love Punta Mita and had a great experience in the planning stages with these guys.

My family and friends gathered in Punta Mita for our 2nd consecutive year at this Four Seasons property and we were thrilled to spend another 10-day vacation in this beautiful paradise. This was our 2nd stay at Villa Avanti, we had another fantastic holiday. The villa exceeded our expectations again, our staff and concierge turned our stay into a wonderful experience, we never had to do or worry about anything. They took care of all of our needs, made all our transfers and restaurant reservations, arranged private chef dinners and excursions to the Marietas Islands and San Pancho, rented a beautiful boat for sunset around the bay and always had the best spirit. Our chef cooked delicious breakfasts every day and we spent most of our days at the resort, beach, pools and lazy river when we were not golfing or playing tennis. The perfect holiday for us to enjoy the family in a superb environment. By far one of the best Four Seasons resort and private villas worldwide.

This is a gorgeous villa inside the Four Seasons residences, a few steps from the beach and amenities of the resort. The facilities are spectacular particularly the golf courses and tropical vegetation inside Punta Mita. The kids loved the lazy river, the kids club, the game rooms and kids activities and we indluged in endless siestas on the beach and cocktails by our pool. Staff is great, service is awesome, guacamoles and lobsters are super fresh, we loved our yacht excursion and saw dolphins and manta rays, there is really a lot to do for everyone and the area is very secure. We came for a golf week for our third time in Punta Mita and Villa Avanti was the perfect setup for us location wise. The house is spectacular with breathtaking ocean views, impeccably maintained grounds, stunning service, delicious food at home and in the Punta Mita restaurants. The Four Seasons facilities are beyond expectations, the village is a few minutes away and the weather divine. Perfect as always.
