We had a great time at this cozy cottage by the lake. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

This was a lovely place! The kitchen was well stocked. There's even a Cuisinart ice cream freezer that we used! Beds were comfy & house was clean. Excellent location close to the water. We brought our kayaks along. It's also close to a marina. Would definitely come back again!

10/10 recommend this cottage!!! It was spacious, yet cozy. Very clean! The beds were comfortable and the space was so nicely decorated! Nothing was held back with this property, it's incredible! The lake access was perfect with a short walk through the forest. We felt like we were on a deserted island barely seeing anyone else the whole stay. Great accommodations with the chairs, fire pits, deck, and hot tub, and even kitchen supplies. We actually had an awful car crash on the way here in Nebraska. All of us were jarred, whiplash, totaled van and all, but we decided we needed to push forward and enjoy the trip we planned. We rented a van and completed our travel. The home, the lake, and the nature all around were incredibly healing for the trauma we just encountered. We were blessed!

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Eye Lodge. We were on the water where we were able to use our kayaks and swim. And we were close enough to Branson to enjoy Dogwood Canyon and the Branson Jet Boat.

We took our four granddaughters for another stay at the cottage. We love the peaceful atmosphere and secluded location. Everything is always nice and clean. The girls enjoy having the upstairs as their space. When we arrived this time, one of them said, “we’re home!” 😊

We really enjoyed the cottage; plenty of space, clean and well stocked on kitchen supplies. Easy walk to the lake; although there is no dock, the small gravel beach is an easy walk into the lake and we enjoyed swimming, skipping stones and making s'mores at the fire pit (owner provided wood was great). Lots to do in the area and would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

This place was warm, cozy and well equipped with whatever you may need. We cooked a big Thanksgiving meal here and with all the pots, pans and utensils, we had everything we needed! Aside from it being way off the beaten path and a moderate drive to major attractions, we loved our stay. The host put up a Christmas tree for us, which have the place an even warmer feel. I would recommend this pace for sure!

Amazing spot and amazing place to stay. Far enough away from everything to get away yet close enough to Branson to enjoy the attractions.

The property is beautiful. The only reason I didn’t give it a higher rating is because of the access. It truly is a one lane gravel road. There is also a fairly steep hill that was iced over making it difficult to get in and out. If I had known this prior to booking I would have brought a different vehicle. Property manager was excellent to respond and the house was very clean. Everything we wanted was in it.

The lake cottage was the perfect escape for a fall family weekend away. We enjoyed staying on the lake in the wooded area away from town. If we wanted to spend the day in town it was a short and scenic drive to get there. The cottage was perfect for our family of 4 to hang in or enjoy the outdoors. We'd love to come visit again in the summer. One piece of info: If you're expecting to stream movies when indoors the service is poor but watching dvds suited us just fine. Also the digital guidebook was very helpful but it differed from the info given through an email pertaining to departure procedures. The consistent communication would have cleared some confusion.

This cottage was perfect for our party of 5 adults.

We were interested in enjoying the autumn scenery and this location was perfect for sitting on the deck and enjoying fall leaves. Very peaceful! We went to Top of the Rock/Lost Canyon and Dogwood Canyon and we were blown away by the beauty of the Ozarks at this time of the year. Drove into Branson to shop and eat on our rainy day. Had fun playing cards every night and had a campfire with smores on our last night there. We hope to be back again!

We found this house to be very clean. It had everything we needed. It was in a good location that was close to the lake and other attractions we were interested in.

We were looking for something close to the lake so we could fish, yet clean and tidy for the family. This offered both. Easy walk to the lake and clean and comfy! We enjoyed every minute at the cottage and are already thinking about booking again!

Private, peaceful location. Slept 5 guests. Kitchen is very spacious for cooking and socializing. Owner extremely responsive to my questions. House is lovely. No complaints at all.

We had a good time fishing, cooking out, making s'mores at the firepit and enjoying the view and cabin even through the much needed rain . We will come back!

House exactly as described and very clean. A nice secluded spot at the end of a drive so kids can play outside. Water just a couple minutes walk away on a nice beach in a calm cove. The only thing I would change is that the loft space isn’t great for kids sleeping. All of the noise and lights migrate upstairs so it’s hard to get adult time late at night / early morning without waking up whoever is in the loft.

We enjoyed our stay. It was well worth the drive to and from Branson. We loved the seclusion of the property, and saw deer, geese, and squirrels in the back yard. The access to the lake was nice, and we enjoyed sitting by the lake and swimming in the cove. This was one of the most well stocked homes we have rented. There were plenty of extras. Greg was very nice to work with. We will definitely rent this place again!
