Smoke alarm in master bedroom would start beeping at 5:00 am and then stop two hours later. It took two days to get it fixed. Refrigerator filter needed changed. Reported it but it was not fixed went we checked out.

We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend and typical Co had snow to 70 degrees. It's a beautiful, quite time to visit. The condo had plenty of space with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The second family room downstairs is helpful. We had a small group but appreciated the kitchen. There were plenty of pots. pans, utensils, etc. My 2 adult kids and I agreed we would happily stay here again.

Exactly as described. The views are stunning from this property. The size was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and met our every need for cooking. The unit is tucked away and very quiet. We had a lot of options and we are grateful we chose this property. It was absolutely fantastic. As a customer, cleanliness is paramount. This property was immaculate in cleanliness. We hope to come back some day.

We were so happy with this location and the ease of getting to Winter Park resort. The guys skied for a couple of days! We went to the downtown area for dinners and shopping. Very easy access and location to most things. Would stay here again and again!

Great communication! Great place to stay! We got snow dumped on us while we stayed and the management team sent a crew to shovel snow and offered to drive us. Only negative was the upstairs beds mattress was worn out a few years ago! Awful! Outside of that I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the condo, especially the view! Very quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed. The only problem we encountered was painters that came to paint the outside while we were there. They dropped paint on our vehicle in several places. Fortunately, we caught it quickly and were able to take it to a car wash. It would have been nice to know this maintenance was going to take place so that we could have parked in the garage or left the condo. It was very early in the morning when they started. Otherwise, it was great.

Great property. Loved the fireplace in the bathroom. Only downside was driving there a construction zone, got nails in the tires.

We can’t stop raving about our vacation! The management was extremely helpful and friendly upon arrival. The property itself was just perfect. It was even bigger than it seemed in the listing and the view is magnificent! We loved sitting by the fire with our coffee in the mornings. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax after a full day on the slopes. Having a washer and dryer was critical for a successful trip as well. We will definitely rent this property every time we go to Winter Park! Best VRBO ever!

Stayed at this property with a few friends while in town to ski at Winter Park. House was spotless with beautiful views, and really close to town/the resort.

This townhome is spacious and comfortably beautiful. The views from the great room are spectacular and if you want to hop into town it’s a very easy drive.

Awesome Accommodations
This place is very nice. I'd recommend it to anyone. The couch and love seat are little deep when sat on. Wish there was a TV in the downstairs bedroom, which is very nicely fitted with a king bed complemented with an excellent en suite setup.

We needed to extend our stay due to incoming snow. The view was AMAZING, the Christmas decor was perfect since we didn’t make it home, and it was super warm, inviting, and clean. On top of it, Charlotte was attentive and very helpful. Would love to book there again.

Shower doors hard to close seem to sag, jetted tub in upper master did not work. Carpets seen better days. Didn’t seem the place had visitors for some time. Needed a thorough dusting, sinks and toilets needed cleaned.
It was a quality property overall and would visit there again, but would definitely make sure the tub was in working order. 😁👌

Top Notch Condo! Plenty of space to spread out with four adults and three kids. Gorgeous views. Love the two masters with king beds, three gas fireplaces that turn on with the flip of a switch! Kitchen has all the essentials. We spent 12 nights and fell in love with this place.
