We really had a good time in the house. There was enough space to accommodate a large group (14 total including kids). Easy access to all the things we want to do.

We stayed over Christmas break and the house had everything and more. Convenient, well cared for, spacious and Rene could not have been more attentive. This would be our first choice in Beaver Creek.

Wow, we just had a stunning weekend in Beaver Creek thanks to the owner of this beautiful home! We had a bunch of teenagers and a few moms for their last soccer tournament of their senior year. It was the icing on the cake to all be able to stay together and share these experiences. The owner was truly fabulous to work with, we had everything we needed and more. Thank you for everything!!

Fun trip with four couples to golf at Cordillera golf courses. Took about 30 min to get to the courses from the house. Just a quick 5-10 minutes to Beaver Creek Village and about 20 minutes to Vail village. Great open floor plan made it great for us to hang out and visit while cooking dinner after enjoying the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a wonderful time - the house was well furnished - a few repairs are needed but i imagine you already know about them. TV's all worked. kitchen well equipped. Lovely neighbors. House very quiet. Perfect spot for a family celebration. Thank you -

Our primary reason for staying at this property was the ski-in/ski-out. While it technically is, it is a bit challenging. I would not bring younger/inexperienced skiers to this house expecting to ski-in/ski-out. Any intermediate and above would be fine. Had a few supplies missing and the property manager took care of it right away. Super responsive.

We are a group of 16 that travel together to the mountains every summer. We have 6 adults and 10 kids between the three families. This was our first time to Beaver Creek. The area is gorgeous! We were able to do what we love which is spend time outdoors. We went hiking from the Beaver Creek Village and visited the Harry A. Nottingham Park. From the home, you have quick and easy access to hiking, the park, shopping, dining. The home was plenty big for all of us. The adults had their space and the kids had theirs. All the beds were comfortable. The home was clean and well stocked. The free transportation shuttle provided by the Beaver Creek community was super helpful and easy to use. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with about the property. The only thing that is hard to tell from the pictures and description of the property is that it is a townhouse (there is another house attached to this property). There is no yard (front or back). The drive way is shared and is somewhat small (at least it is when you are all driving trucks and SUVs). We parked one vehicle in the garage and hugged the other two close together to our side to make sure there was room for the neighbor. The neighbor is super friendly though so we never had any issues. I would recommend this property!

This property was better than expected. It had plenty of room for our 5 families, and it was the perfect set-up for the ratio of adults and children. The kids declared the basement “theirs” and slept and played down there. We had plenty of room to spread out and do things individually but also eat together and be in the kitchen area/dining space together. We needed to contact the owner a few times and even though she was out of the country, she got back to us right away. She even arranged the pick up of some items we accidentally left. The only thing that I would suggest modifying is the high deposit amount. We booked this a few months in advance and just the interest on a credit card added up to a few hundred dollars. Not sure if there’s a way to charge renters right before their stay in case something is broken or ruined? Otherwise, this place is great for a family get together. Highly recommend.

The place is lovely and we had an awesome time. Enjoyed the hot tub and cooking in the open kitchen. Plenty of room. We found the ski out and ski in. Ski out was definitely easier than ski in😅�

Loved our stay here. It was a fantastic location. Easy to access the slopes via the free shuttle. House was perfect for 3 families to stay in... plenty of room and great layout. Would stay here again for sure!

Thank you for a wonderful family vacation. This home is spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 10. Everyone had room to spread out and relax. The kids had areas to play. We enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen literally had everything you could ever need. It was so well stocked and large for our large family. The beds and sheets were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked. I really appreciated that each room had a fan- as it was really hot in CO while we were there. The first day there, the house got really hot and we had trouble cooling down. The rest of our stay was a bit cooler.... which was more enjoyable. Our kids loved the den off the patio as they hung out in there after putting kids down at night. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great neighborhood. Huge common area and master bedroom. Prompt communication with owners. Convenient to everything in Avon/Beaver Creek. Set up lends itself to family groups with children. Perhaps best of VBRO's we have stayed at.

This was a great property for our Beaver Creek Spring Break ski trip. There was plenty of room for our 3 families (total of 12) to both be together and to spread out. :-) The shuttle stopped right outside the house and it was an easy trip to the resort. Rene readily answered any questions we had concerning the property and how things worked. We will definitely stay here again!
