This VRBO was excellent! It was just the right fit for a girls getaway trip. The amenities were top notch. Pool was refreshing and relaxing. Loved that each room had a private full bathroom. So close to the beach. Great location that is close to a cute market and restaurants. Would definitely rent this place again.

This house was a perfect choice for our family of four while staying in Curacao. An easy, 5 min walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants, the location can’t be beat in Jan Thiel. The property is beautiful (the pictures don’t do it justice) and has extremely high security (house alarm, locked exterior gate, and neighborhood security that drives around 24 hours/day). The house is spacious and offers three outdoor living areas and two hammocks. The beds are comfortable, the kitchens are well equipped, and it’s very clean. The AC cools the bedrooms quickly. The owners and management company were responsive, kind, and very welcoming. I highly recommend this rental for your stay in Curacao!

We stayed at the property for 10 days. The home is large and great spot close to Jan Theil beach area.(5 min walk) pool area is nice, no heat in pool so its a bit chilly. Overall great location to spend for a week or longer.

We really enjoyed staying here again. Nice spacious setup of the house with beautiful garden to hang out at night. Easy walking distance to Jan Thiel beach and restaurants as well as grocery store. Perfect for a fun, relaxing beach vacation.

Overall, great house, wonderful lay out, and fantastic location. The only concern is that they charge for added electric to run air conditioners in the bedrooms, but there are not screens on any of the doors or windows (nor fans in the bedrooms), making leaving the house open at night to use the cool winds difficult due to insect bite risk (during the day, was enough breeze could leave the house open).

Personnes supementaires, kilowatt excédentaire, mètre cube d'eau excédentaire... même en faisant attention (sans les climatiseurs) on arrive vite aux limites du forfait! We are a family of six and found this property to be highly functional and comfortable. It is perfectly situated within easy walking distance to the beach, a host restaurants and eateries nestled along the beachfront, and a Dutch grocery with fresh food and baked goods. The property was a great place to kick our feet up, enjoy the sun, the ocean breeze, and completely decompress under beautiful sunsets. Very clean and safe! The only challenge we had was being able to interpret the details associated with our stay when it comes to utility usage and check-in voicemail as they were in Dutch. The local property manager was very friendly and responsive. We look to rebook again in the future and therefore highly recommend this property when looking to experience Curacao!

Het huis is fantastisch en van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt in de veilige buurt Jan Thiel. Het ontvangst door het verhuurbureau was perfect geregeld. Gezien de vertraging van de vlucht hadden ze zelf boodschappen voor ons geregeld ( tegen betaling) die klaar stonden in de koelkast. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad! Enige minpuntje is dat sommige dingen in het huis wat aandacht mogen krijgen, zoals schimmel in sommige keukenkastjes, paar kapotte stoelen en de schoonheid van de stoelen buiten. Maar niets wat de vakantiepret kon drukken.

The property is new, clean and in a safe neighbourhood. We could walk to the very nice grocery store, bars and restaurants at the Papagayo beach, and we had close proximity to the marina. We cooked dinner most nights including using the gas grill. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make meals for our group of seven. We also shopped at the floating market to buy fresh caught fish to prepare on the grill. We were unable to hire a car from the airport (lack of availability), but no problem as the villa owners had a truck available on property we could hire and they put us in touch with a terrific airport taxi service. Coming from America, we were also required to have a covid test on day 3 - again the villa owners came through with information on the place to go which we could walk to (and we had to book this in advance so we never would have known the option otherwise). A main reason for our trip was to enjoy the diving and the villa owners put us in touch with a dive shop just around the corner (Scuba Do) which we highly recommend. After diving, there was plenty of outside space at the villa to dry our gear. The bedrooms had air condition which was comfortable for us to use to sleep at night. Even in late November it was very hot on the island. We spent most of our time on the patios outside where it was cooler in the evenings. Lastly, the property manager was extremely responsive through WhatsApp and they are located a short walk from the property.

Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses ist prima, die Vermieter und die Agentur sehr nett. Das Haus als auch die Einrichtung sowie die Ausstattung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sodass beispielsweise einige Glühbirnen kaputt sind, eine Herdplatte nicht ging, der Kühlschrank anfangs kein Eis machte und die Plastikfächer im Kühlschrank kaputt sind. Das Hoftor konnte nur manuell bedient werden da die Torelektrik defekt war und auch während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden konnte. Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, eine Toilette kaputt und er Pool schmutzig und mit Leguankot verschmutzt. Da es nur Klimaanlagen im Schlafzimmer gab, war es in den übrigen Bereichen des Hauses unterträglich heiss. Wir hatten alles der lokalen Agentur gemeldet aber einiges konnte nicht gelöst werden. Alles in allem aber trotzdem ein schönes Anwesen. Bei 7 Personen zahlt man allerdings bei 12 Nöchten wenn nur Nachts die Klimaanlage (teilweise) läuft knapp €300 an Stromkosten nach also Achtung beim Stromverbrauch! Es bibt unzählige Moskitos im und um das Anwesen also gut mit Moskitospray ausrüsten. Ohne geht auch tagsüber leider nicht. Supermarkt (sehr teuer) um die Ecke. Für frische Brötchen und Brot aber prima.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien in der Villa Vista Curaçao. Das Haus und die Kage sind einfach super.

Highlights: - Super easy check in process - Very clean and well equipped - Lots of space - Secure - Beautiful pool - Great location, few mins walk from the supermarket and jan thiel beach - Property manager responds instantly and resolves any issues we had Improvement areas: - As per the listing, no AC in living areas - TVs could be bigger - Flyscreens on the doors / windows so they can be opened without mosquitoes coming in All in all, amazing place to stay and would gladly stay again. Owners were very easy to work with and very responsive throughout the whole process. The house manager took care of everything we needed while we were there and responded very quickly to WhatsApp. We loved the house. Everything was very clean and just as pictured on the website. House was safe and secure. Truck rental worked well. Fabulous taxi service from the airport Dushi taxi. Short walk to grocery store the beach, shops, safe neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets from upper porch. We only wished we could have stayed longer but the coronavirus pandemic stood in our way. Would love to go back some day!

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. It suited us perfectly. During the time that we were there, we used all four bedrooms for when our adult children visited and at other times it was just the 3 of us. We ate at home most evenings and the kitchen had everything we wanted. Having a washing machine on site was a real plus. The wifi was robust for those of us who had to stay in touch with home and work which was really great. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants a bit of space both indoor and out. Manon, the property manager was excellent. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Wunderschöne, saubere, stilvoll eingerichtete Villa. Alles vom feinsten. Hinzu kommt die Nähe zum Meer und das phantastische Klima in Curacou. Werde bestimmt noch einmal das Haus buchen.

Wir waren im März 2019 in dieser wunderbaren Villa. Der Service war super; sehr netter Empfang und wir hatten sehr große Erwartungen; diese wurden zu 100 % erfüllt. Saubere und moderne Villa mit hochwertiger Einrichtung und sehr guter Küchenausstattung. Der Außenbereich ist perfekt, man kann zu jeder Tageszeit entweder die Sonne genießen oder den Schatten suchen; es ist ausreichend Platz und der Pool ist super; tolle Wasserqualität und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert; man ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten am Supermarkt und in ca. 5 Minuten am Strand. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe und mit einem Mietwagen ist eh alles sehr schnell und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten die gesamte Villa gemietet (mit 5 Personen) und ich kann jedem nur dieses Domizil ans Herz legen. Ich würde die Villa Vista jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir durften in der Villa Vista Curaçao insgesamt 2 Wochen verbringen und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Betreuung durch Nicole vor den Ferien und anschliessend vor Ort durch Manon war super. Die Villa bietet alles, was man für einen Traumurlaub braucht. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom angesagten Jan Thiel Beach mit vielen Beach Bars und Restaurants. Ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuss in ca. 3-4 Minuten erreichbar und bietet alles, was man so für den Tagesbedarf benötigt (Öffnungzeiten: Mo-So, jeweils von 8-21 Uhr). Der Zutritt zum „Hausstrand“ Jan Thiel ist kostenpflichtig (Liegen kosten dann nochmals extra), was wir etwas schade fanden, da wir gerne ab und zu nur etwas trinken oder kurz ins Meer hüpfen wollten. Ab 16 Uhr ist dann der Eintritt frei. Insgesamt fanden wir es aber nicht so schlimm, da wir ohnehin meistens mit dem Mietauto an andere Strände gefahren sind, die zwar dann oft auch etwas gekostet haben, aber um einiges schöner und nicht so eng mit Liegestühlen besetzt waren. Vom Jan Thiel Beach aus kann man übrigens direkt einen Katamaran-Trip auf Klein-Curaçao machen - muss man unbedingt erlebt haben (der Katamaran fährt aber meist mit Motor, also kein typischer Segelausflug)! Die Crew auf dem Schiff war spitze und wir wurden rundherum verwöhnt mit feinem Essen und guten Drinks. Man sollte jedoch einigermassen seetüchtig sein, da die Hinfahrt gegen den Wind geht und es dadurch ziemlich schaukelt. Die Rückfahrt war dann deutlich entspannter. Auf Klein-Curaçao kann man mit Schildkröten schwimmen...wir hatten sogar zweimal das Glück...war ein tolles Erlebnis, diese schönen Tiere so nah zu erleben. Insgesamt haben wir zwei traumhafte Wochen verbracht, die uns noch lange in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben werden. Wir können diese Villa jedem, der einen Traumurlaub in der Karibik plant, wärmstens empfehlen.

We will come back! Villa Vista Curaçao is our place to be on Curacao. Comfortable and modern furniture inside and outside, loungeareas, sunset with seaview, large private pool und walking distance to Jan Thiel Beach. We had a great time.

We loved our stay at Jan Thiel and Villa Vista. The pool was so delightful and there was plenty of privacy in what is becoming a very busy neighborhood! We enjoyed walking to Papagayo Beach and watching the sunset each night on the porch. ‘Iggy’ the Iguana, a resident at VillaVista was so interesting to watch each day as he sunned himself by the pool and the beautiful NewWorldOriole birds flew in for breakfast each morning. Definitly felt like we were in a tropical paradise. Our 5th time to Curaçao and we will be back!

Wir haben im Oktober dort mit der Familie einen tollen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt gehabt; für uns gab es nichts auszusetzen; am/im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Sonnenurlaub braucht. Gut ist auch die Nähe zum Jan-Thiel-Beach mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants, bewirtetem Strand etc. ...wir werden wieder kommen !

Von hier aus kann der Urlauber mit dem Mietwagen perfekt die Insel und die tollen Strände erkunden. Der Jan Thiel Hausstrand mit den Restaurants und dem Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns mit zwei Familien in der ganzen Villa Vista sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten dort sehr gut relaxen und den Urlaub genießen bei tollen karibischen Wetterbedingungen.

Wir waren begeistert von der sehr schönen Villa. Die obere Etage bietet eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Es stehen zwei bequeme Sessel und ein schöner Terrassentisch fuer gemütliche Stunden und Essen bereit. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche bietet die Möglichkeit zum.kochen. Beide Wohnungen bieten viel Platz und sind geschmackvoll und gemütlich mit viel LIebe zum Detail eingerichtet. In der unteren Wohnung gibt es mehrere gemütliche Entspannungsmövel, eine wunderbare mit tollen Couches eingerichtete Lounge. Der schöne grosse und tiefe Pool wird mit einer Salzanlage betrieben,was das Baden und relaxen ohne lästige rote Augen und Chlorgeruch möglich macht. Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen im kleinen Paradies verbracht. Das Gebiet um Jan Thiel Beach ist sehr gepflegt und bietet sehr komfortable Bade und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Die Restaurants sind alle sehr zu empfehlen.

Echt een prima huis met lekkere tuin en zwembad. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima centrale ligging. Gezellig strand met eettentjes, supermarkt en Italiaanse ijssalon op loopafstand. Hebben wel airco in de woonkamer gemist. De fan in de woonkamer heb je namelijk maar weinig aan.

This was our first time to rent a home in a foreign country and I am so glad I did. The house is very well taken care of. The house is a real quick walk to the grocery store and the beach. Jan Thiel beach is very beautiful. We went swimming and snorkeling very often there. We saw a lot of fish while snorkeling. The waters are clear, calm, and beautiful. I highly recommend renting a car because you will want to see the island as much as possible. You will need to rent a car with GPS. I was also very happy to see a couple iguanas come by the pool (never in the pool). My overall experience in Curacao was fantastic. It felt very safe.

The villa was perfect, spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Including comfortable beds, good showers and lots of kitchen equipment. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach and a range of restaurants, bars and a supermarket or 15 minutes walk to Spanish Waters with more restaurants. Plenty to do in the local area with kayaks, SUP's, some nice walks and easy to get to the tug boat dive/snorkel site. The location of the house itself was quite and peaceful, it felt very safe. All in all a really lovely villa which we would recommend and come back to.
