Latitudes and Attitudes was a beautiful house and was very accommodating for our large family.

The house was perfect for our family’s week at the beach. Kitchen/dining/family room is great for a large family and we had plenty of space to spread out when needed. Easy walk to beautiful beach. Great restaurants and shopping nearby.

Every age group really had time. The pool great for all ages with great shelf for the toddlers.

Fantastic house for the whole family. Comfortable and clean house with great amenities and a great location.

This beautiful house is fully equipped, meticulously clean, and up-to-date. It easily accommodated our big group with plenty of breathing room for all. It has panoramic views of sunrise, sunset, and beach. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes; likewise the bike ride to Rosemary was under 10. Michelle quickly and cheerfully responded to all communication. We couldn't be more pleased and would come back in a heartbeat!!

Excellent accommodations and house! No complaints at all about the house. Only problem was location. To call this beach front is incorrect. You had to cross a road and walk a few blocks to reach access to the public beach. There were no houses between this house and the beach, but access was difficult. Beach was quite crowded as well

This property is amazingly beautiful and clean with quick beach access. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for larger families. The only thing we ran into was the description of 7 bedrooms. The 5 masters with separate baths were great and the bunk room was amazing. The 7th bedroom in my opinion was not really a bedroom. It was a large closet sized space with 2 small bunks beds. This presented a problem for us as we had 6 married couples.

We had the best time in this gorgeous house! It was so perfect! Wasn’t as close to the beach as we thought it’d be, but still had a good view.

Great for our family. Plenty of space to have different activities going on inside and out. Safe area with terrific beach access.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Inlet Beach. We loved the house and its classic and contemporary finishes. It is beautiful, clean, well maintained and was perfect for our family reunion of 16. We’ve rented a lot and have a rental property as well. By far, this home has the best stocked kitchen we've seen in terms of pots, pans, dishes, appliances, and all the items you need. The linens and room appointments were lovely. Manager was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

We were staying at Michelle’s property during hurricane Ida and even with all the rain and minor hiccups Michelle made sure we were happy and comfortable! The location to the beach is perfect and taking the golf cart we rented up and down 30a never disappoints! The elevator was very convenient for my dad who is struggling to get around and the room off the main living room was perfect for the small children to be able to get ready on their own ( handicapped bathroom). Our youngest of the bunch enjoyed all the toys provided on the rainy days and the arcade room was a hit with kids of all ages. Thank you, Michelle for making our stay enjoyable despite Ida, we had a beautiful vacation.

We loved the house. It had plenty of space and the kitchen was fully stocked. We only hoped for some beach gear and beach towels to be provided. It’s hard to pack for those things when you are flying. But overall had a great trip.

The house was a great house. Very comfortable for all 14 of us. We cooked a lot kitchen was very large and easy to work in. The property manager took care of any issues we had immediately. The only negative thing was the internet, could use a booster.

We rented this house for a family vacation. There were 8 adults and 1 toddler. We had a great week, the house was perfect for our family. Each bedroom had its own bath and most had balconies. The top floor master was equisite! The kitchen was a large. We wished we would have had salt/ pepper and some essentials, so we left ours there. The pool was perfect after a morning at the beach. We used it every day! We had problems with the WiFi, but I spoke to the manager and she is getting it fixed. A great week!

This beautiful house was perfect for our family vacation! The location and the views are incredible. The house has everything you need (we loved having 2 dishwashers, refrigerators, etc!) and the elevator was a huge help for my elderly parents. Great pool and lots of parking as well. Love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this big beautiful home. There is a beautiful view off the 2 front balconies of the water and an easy walk to the beach. I highly recommend doing a bonfire on the beach. The owners arranged the bonfire and bikes and chairs for us. Very easy. Michelle is great to deal with and easy to get ahold of. We had a little bit of issue with the internet but Michelle tried to solve it. The house is not directly on the beach and there are other homes close by just so you know. The last pic of the house is either old or taken at a good angle. There is a house behind you and next to you just so you know. It didn't bother us but I was surprised. Overall great time and I would recommend it!

It was our first time to 30A and it was very memorable. The house was perfect for our group of 10 adults. The views were amazing and kudos to our host, Michelle for anticipating all of our needs. We will definitely be back!

This beach house has everything you could possibly want for a family vacation! We will definitely be staying here again very soon!

We had a large group and this house was perfect. With a pool and access to beach, each family could do their own thing or all hang out together. Definitely recommend!

Great! - Clean, Short walk to public beach, grocery stores nearby, quiet residential area, beach was not crowded, plenty of parking, nice pool. Will be a definite preference for our next trip to Florida.

This is one of the nicest properties we’ve ever rented! The kitchen is fully stocked-multiple sets of dishes, cooking pans, professional mixer. The flow for the house is also great and the decor is not cliché. Amazing views from the decks (3floors of them!) Location is adjacent to Rosemary-short bike ride to the bustle but the beach here is far less crowded.

We travel a lot, and this house was the best we have ever stayed. Everything was perfect for a large family, or several smaller families. The pool is the largest pool I've seen in a single family house in this area. It has to be 50' long!!! My brother was swimming laps during his stay and loved it!!! It is a Salt Water pool that makes your skin feel softer after you get out. The location is fantastic!!! Less than 200 steps from our property to the Handicapped Beach Access Ramp. Bathrooms and outdoor showers are right at the entrance which made it easy with children on the beach. The house, decks, and rooms were all large and perfect for families. There are six parking spaces which makes it easy in and out compared to some areas where you can't even get a car in the garage. And the home had all the amenities you could ever want. Foosball in the outdoor kitchen area, and Vintage Video games in the children's Bunk Room. Our family had an amazing time!!! Everyone who stayed can not say enough great things about this property. Pictures do not do it justice and the views when the skys are blue are breathtaking!!! We thank Michelle and Endless Summer on 30A for their help with making our vacation spectacular. They offer Concierge services such as Bike Rentals, Beach Chairs, Umbrella's, and most everything you would need at the beach. We will be coming back very soon!!!

Stunning is the best word to describe everything about this home in Inlet Beach. I will start with the best, which is the most unbelievable Gulf Views we have ever seen!!! From the second floor to the fourth, the views start to the left and go way to the right, probably about 150 degrees of views. Absolutely Gorgeous!!! You can't find a home with views like this in Rosemary Beach! The House has more amenities than anyone could want. Two Refrigerators, two Ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks, and a huge Island in the kitchen that any wanna be chef would die for!!! The kitchen is overstocked with everything we needed to have a great time cooking in the amazing kitchen!!! Every bedroom except the small bunk room has a private large bathroom with water closet, and double sinks. Great for large groups to be able to get ready for the day on the beach or going out in the evening. The pool is huge and seating around the decks are plentiful and welcoming. Parking is great, as is everything else about this house. We can't say enough about Michelle and their Property Management Company. The house was spotless and Michelle was knowledgeable with any questions we had before arriving, during our stay, and when we departed. She goes above and beyond on every level. We could not have been more pleased with our vacation in this house. We hope to be able to come very soon!!!

We had 8 adults and 8 kids stay in this beautiful home! We had a fantastic time! There was plenty of room for all of us.....and more. The pool was used constantly, and the easy access to beach was appreciated. The kitchen was huge and it was easy to prepare and serve food out of. We rented bikes from the property manager and was very convenient. We loved riding our bikes in the neighborhood, and also to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seacrest. We all had a great time, and can’t wait to go back!

This is a great house. Everything is new and fresh. The location is ideal with the beach access a few steps out of the front door. We will definitely return.

We had a great time during our family vacation in June! The property was brand new and spotless...and worked great for our extended family!
