The house had plenty of space and lots of sleeping space! Our multi family group was easily able to fit!

Property owner really accommodating and helped to resolve any issues quickly. House was very clean, lots of pillows and blankets, pool table and ping pong table, TV in every room!

This home was a perfect meeting place for our extended family to share a pre-holiday weekend. Plenty of room for everyone to visit, cook, and relax. Our host was outstanding: this was my first Vrbo booking, and she was so kind and helpful with all my questions. We visited in December, and the town and beach were great. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay . Host was very reasonable and responded very well . House was very well kept and had all the amenities mentioned in the listing . Location was very close to the beach .

Ina’s house has enough rooms to comfortably accommodate our large group,. When we’re not at the beach, our teenagers are either playing pool/ / ping pong, hanging out by the porch or bike riding around the neighborhood. (Yes, they also have bikes available our for use). While parents enjoyed cooking In the well stocked kitchen or using the big outdoor grill. Overall, everyone had a great time! Ina is also avery generous host ..we were able us check in early and checked out as late as 1:30 pm. Communication with her is so easy and she was very understanding when one of the chairs in the master bedroom broke,..she did not charge us 😁

This house was more than capable of housing our family group of 22. The property manager is extremely attentive and no need went unfilled. Easy access to beach, shops, and community pool. You can use property parking passes, local shuttle ( only 25¢), or hourly pay-to- park when going to the boardwalk. We really enjoyed dinner at Harpoon Hanna's in Fenwick. Beautiful area!

The house was clean and spacious. PM was very nice and helpful.

This home is wonderful for large group gatherings with plenty of beds even for the maximum number allowed. When the weather is not too cold, maybe even more people could stay because there were futons and sofa beds in the 2 screened-in porches. All the beds and futons had good quality mattresses. The kitchen had just about everything you would need to cook meals for your large gathering, which we did for the 3 days we were there. If there is an item for the kitchen that is needed but is not found, Ina, the owner told us to just go buy it and she would reimburse us for the cost. Besides the large living room/dining/ kitchen area (open concept) on the first floor, the house had many other gathering locations throughout the house. Each of those spaces ( such as screened-in porch x 2; entertainment room with pool table and TV; another open concept sitting area, table and kitchen on the second floor; garage with ping-pong table and foosball table; as well as an outdoor area) all had abundant seating and space. Guests can choose to use different parts of the house for different activities. Since we were here in the winter, we did spend most of our time in the house. However, the house is only about 1.2 mile to the beach and we walked there one day, enjoying the boardwalk and shops that were open. We saw many beach chairs and sand toys in the garage that could be used by guests. One other activity many of us enjoyed on this trip was going to the Sea Colony Tennis Club, also about 1 mile away, where we played Pickleball on their outdoor courts for free. The owner was extremely kind, communicative with me throughout the rental process, quick to answer questions, and willing to do anything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would love to rent again in the future and maybe in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoors more.

We were all very comfortable with our stay at this property. Plenty of sleeping accomodations & available activities such as ping pong & pool table. Easy access to the community pools, pickleball courts & the beach. It was a pleasure working with Ina who was always available for any questions we had.

The Owner, Ina, was extremely responsive in answering questions and making sure our vacation met all of our expectations. The house is as advertised and described, and had the perfect layout, size, and location for our 17-member family. It's a short walk to the ocean beach, pools, tennis courts, and shopping. The house is clean and well stocked with kitchen tools and appliances. Having a second kitchen, washer and drier was an added benefit, as were the pool table, ping pong, and foozeball. We expect to return and highly recommend it to others.

Great house, but we think it should be listed as a 7 bedroom. We loved the entertainment room - it has a pullout couch, but no bed(s). Cleaners should check pullout couches for crumbs, socks, remotes etc. Well stocked and great to have the garage for bikes, etc. Great family house. Have fun!
