Very quiet area for peaceful, restful nights. Very clean and everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The availability of hotels/motels in this area is extremely limited, so this is a great alternative. I would definitely choose this place again.

The townhome is nice, good amount of kitchen utensils, so you can cook. Great views. Lots of areas to relax. The downstairs bathroom needs the molding around the floor cleaned, it is very dirty. Other than that, it was clean.

Great location reached the bath tubs in both rooms had shower issues water wasn’t coming out fullyThe bath towels were very thin. Downstairs tv didn’t work for 2 days , we had to clean the house almost fully before leaving but it’s a cleaning fee in the charge of the rental stay. Definitely pay the difference & get a hotel

Don’t stay here. Unit wasn’t cleaned, dirty sheets, dishes, pet hair all over the house. Washer and dryer full of pet hair and mold. We did not feel safe especially during a COVID pandemic. Manager could not be reached throughout the stay, despite multiple calls /texts. Could not rent golf cart or grill because the manager would not respond to texts/messages. Even after checkout, no sign of her.

This was a reasonable rental for what we needed. It was less than an hour drive to the airport, Busch gardens and Anna Maria island. There was room to spread out- however if you are looking for a resort style vacation home this is not it. You could walk to the pool/restaurant area but it was much easier to drive. The hours were limited to only 2 a day and the pool closed at 6. I realize that Covid 19 changed a lot of things so this couldn’t be helped. The “beach” area is more for looking than swimming, but all in all it worked for what we needed since we didn’t spend much time there. There were not enough pillowcases, decent bath towels or even a kitchen cloth to wash dishes but we made do. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of dishes to use. The kitchen and baths were clean but there was still dog hair all over the sofa from I guess whoever stayed there previously.

Enjoyed our stay. Located close to many things. Went to Strawberry Festival. Only downside were the stairs. We’re in our 70’s so up & down stairs gave us our exercise. All said this is a good propert.

I have rented several units through VRBO in the past years snd never had one that was not good untill this one in Ruskin, Florida, No TV in two of the three rooms. broken coffee pot-(bought a new one)-filthy trash in the garage-Smeels bad and maggots. UGH! other problems to numerous to mention hear. I am trying to contact Carmen, The manager but that is hard to do. VERY DISAPOINTED. May not use VRBO again.

The condo was great with a beautiful view of the waterway, and good location. Very clean and nice vibe. We watched manatees swimming right outside the condo one evening which was a special treat. It was a nice haven during a difficult time with a family in hospice.

Not a great beach area but overall a great experience and the property was as expected....very nice. I would recommend to anyone vacationing in the area

The property was very nice and quiet. It was not on the beach and the free lounge chairs at the private beach were not free according to the staff. You had to rent each chair and umbrella. Not as child friendly as anticipated for small kids. Overall though a great stay!!

Loved the condo ❤️ The resort was awesome.. I was sad to leave,But will definitely be back....

The owners have refurnished the home and recently painted. It is very beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. We felt right at home. The only issues we had were: the kitchen sink water didnt get hot which made it difficult to wash dishes, this was reported but not fixed while we were there; the parking pass and pool card were not there and took quite a few messages with the owner back and forth to get it when we finally did we weren't able to swim because it started raining and the other days were full with other activities; the check out time posted on the website says 11am but we received messages from the owner that we need to check out at 10am so the cleaners could come.

Me and my family stayed here and had a great stay. The unit was very nice and the area was great.

Pros: -Nice layout of the condo with two floors of living space and garage. Beautiful and very comfortable. Nice flooring! -Had everything we needed - a few toiletries to get us started, a lot of towels, sheets, iron, hair-dryer, dishes, etc. -Less than 10 minute walk to beach; very nice stroll through a safe and beautiful area. -Loved the pool. Couldn't get kids out of it! Plus pool-side food and drink service from Hooks, which was nice. -Lots of stores and restaurants a short driving distance from condo. Cons: -Minor repairs needed throughout condo; nothing that prevented us from having a nice time, though. For example, it appeared someone had broken and then screwed our master bed together sloppily, which resulted in a creaky and somewhat lopsided platform. Needs a paint job inside the condo and some dusting in the corners of master bedroom. Several chairs on balconies were cracked. Smaller bathroom shower head was taped. Bed in kids' room was missing wheels on the legs of the end of the bed, which made it lopsided. My son didn't seem to notice it, though! -Parking pass was missing. Asked for new one and was told it would be dropped off, but wasn't. However, we didn't seem to need one anywhere, so I'm not sure for what areas it was needed in the resort. -I had to seek out check-in information the day of travel after trying the day before by email, which caused a little tension because I wasn't sure if we'd be able to get in once we arrived late, and we had kids in tow. It would be nice if it had been provided a day or two before travel as indicated in prior messages. -Check-out said 11 am on our VRBO site, but housekeeper was knocking on our door prior to 10 am to see when we were leaving. Overall, a really nice place and we would definitely stay again.

Nice townhome with lots of space. Kitchen stocked with essentials like coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishes, glasses. Each room well stocked with linens. Loved the balconies, very relaxing with the canal flowing, even saw an alligator! Home could benefit from a top to bottom cleaning, mainly just dust. Not much to do in Ruskin, so keep in mind you'll have to drive at least 15 min or more for activities. Not so sure of the social environment in Ruskin either. It appears that the Ruskin area is in transition to becoming a much more bigger beach property area. Nice fishing dock on the property. The private beach is good for relaxing, water is very still no waves. If you're just looking for a nice vacation townhome to relax, this is a good one.

We had a great week in your beautiful condo! We enjoyed the property with beach and pools and because of its close proximity, took the kids to Disney for a day and over to Siesta Key to meet up with friends another day. Perfect location! Can’t wait to see all the neat changes to come with the property in the coming years. Thank you!

The beds were comfortable but they creaked when you moved. Nice view over mangroves, very peaceful. Tips: Bring some supplies. Definitely a great place to stay, would do it again.

Use of 3 swimming pools and 2 bars/ restaurants within the complex.Very clean house with sunny balconies off lounge n main bedroom plus 2 more balconies at the front but not sunny...just loved the place
