The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, even when we ran into some trouble and our car broke down- they allowed us to leave it there until we were able to collect. Lovely clean house. Great facilities! We loved the sauna!

location, communication with the owner The owner responded to my call and massages all the time and never neglected me. We had good communication!

The showers wasn’t working as expected ( we hardly manage to change the temperature, because the water was either cold or burning hot) The heating wasn’t ok. upstairs was very hot downstairs so cold and in the evening I don’t think we could change this either, this was the coldest bedroom ( located in the ground floor) and living room I ever stay. In the living room we manage because when we did some cooking the temperature raised a bit and get more normal atmosphere. When we arrived I have to get in touch with the owner of the house because the hot tub was stinky and to my understanding wasn’t clean as the water was very mudy.The lady how arrived did explain to me she done it 2 hours before we arrived after some time she DID agree and change the water in the tub. After this was done I cannot explain how different the water was even after 2 days we use the hot tub ( of course everyone of us followed the instructions to take a shower before we use it) with the kids (in and out )the quality of water stay as exactly as when the water was changed - cristal clean. I cannot imagine how this stinky water on arrival can be so dirty and smelly as it was if as changed 2 hours ago. I would leave it this to you so everyone can make own consideration. Also the tub take good 24 hours to get hot because is not switch on when you arrive, please take this in consideration if you go for short break you have 1 day less to take advantage of the hot tube. Other then that the BBQ wasn’t empty from the previous visitors. In the garden there is CCTVs so you are recorded even in the swimming costume and all the time you are out in the garden.Sauna has never get hot enough and the facilities is automatically turned off at 10 pm. At last I should mention £ 1000 of holding deposit is required.The owner is asking the card details to be sent by text message.

The Hot Tub was clean and was enjoyable with mood lighting in and around the house. The sauna when heated up helped to dry us off after coming out of the Hot tub and kept our towels warm and dry on the cold February evenings. Our grandaughter loved the childs playroom and exploring the different toys. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed and the large fridge with chilled water and ice maker was a real treat.

We had problems with the heating when the boiler cut out a few times. After the family had showers it turned out that the water had to reheat before the radiators got hot.

A perfect holiday home for my friends and I, we all throughly enjoyed our stay - truly felt like we were on a holiday! A great location and very convenient as you have M&S right next door and then Tesco within a 5 minute walking distance. The bedrooms were of a good size and very clean. The hot tub was was brilliant and very easy to function! My friends and I really had a great time and the home really exceeded our expectations. Karl and his team were very accommodating and understanding too! Thank you for everything!

radiators didn't work. very cold house no hairdryer - it's inconvenient to carry when travelling so having one in the house is a necessity

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house and facilities, particularly the hot tub, sauna and well equipped kitchen! I would recommend this house for anyone looking for a weekend away with a group in a good location to visit Bournemouth. We found it excellent value for money as well!

The house was good for our needs and in a good location for getting to places. Playroom and garden toys were much enjoyed by a 3 year old. Handy having an M and S Food store so near.

We should have been told that people would access the garden to collect items from a linen store. This happened twice - they came in through the back gate which we had bolted due to small child. ( They could reach the bolt over the top of the gate}. The kitchen would benefit from more glass tumblers. We had requested a high chair and had to chase this up twice.

Property was very nice, spacious rooms and very comfy, altough we had issues with hot water not working eventually having a cold shower for good few days. Apart from that host made it a good stay for us. Would definitely come back again.

Great place to stay for families and larger groups lots of space and very well equipped. Hot tub and sauna were amazing a great time was had by us all. Communication throughout with the owners was great highly recommend staying here.

Loved the layout and decor , good sized kitchen and great outside space. Jacuzzi and sauna had been deciding factor re booking and did not disappoint

Location on main road was noisy and busy, We found traffic a challenge ! Disappointed no bbq as mentioned on website
