The property met all expectations. This trip was the 31st annual golf trip with friends. The property was within 10 minutes of the three golf courses we played. The property manager/owner (?) were very accessible and Evolve did an excellent job of communicating. Everything went smoothly and hassle free.

House has great layout for multiple families with children. Location is great, only a 30 second drive to the base of Granby Ranch. Only issue was waste-high weeds and grass growing on the path to the front door that we had to walk through. For the price, you'd expect that would not be an issue. Other than that it was great.

This home was in a perfect location for us. It was midway between the two places we snowmobiled and close enough to a small ski resort that we were able to fit in a day of skiing on our day off from snowmobiling. The home was spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with just about every tool you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again should we be in the area and in need of this much space.

The view from the back deck is awesome and we enjoyed lots of time out there. Although the kitchen was small, it was the best stocked kitchen of all the places we have rented over the years. I highly recommend this home.

This property was excellent for our extended family, plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and spread out to do their own thing. Close to trails, the market, Granby and Grand Lake, and in the winter would be fantastic for a ski trip with kids.

Friends and I stayed at this property for a wedding at Grandview Ranch. The location was perfect, accommodations were clean and ample interview was lovely. The home manager was also available and accommodating. I would highly recommend this home and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Gorgeous house about a 6 min walk from the ski resort
Beautiful house with lots of space to chill with family and friends. Love the gas stove, close location to skiing and comfy beds! Only bummer is no hot tub on location.

Lovely property in a great location in Granby close to Fraser and Winter Park. There was plenty of space and great views!

Wonderful place
This house was exactly what we hoped it would be. Amazing views fro the living room and porch, comfortable beds, plenty of space for 3 families (11 people total) with all the kids in the bunk area downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked, though the dishwasher and oven were a little worse for the wear but worked perfectly fine. The garage was great to have and there are ski racks in there to store all your gear. Wonderful location less than a block from the ski hill, but far enough away to feel private. We also loved that the other houses weren't too close, so there was plenty of outside space to have the kids sled near the house. The house stayed nice and warm. Would definitely stay here again, and we plan to book another visit!

Excellent Views
Check in/out were easy and seamless. This place is absolutely stunning, the pictures just don’t do it justice. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The location is positioned perfectly in town from the lodge

My family and friends enjoy very much the facilities. We find everything we need to enjoy our trip. Very close to grocery, gas station and attractions. We recommended 100%.

Perfect
Its a beautiful property, house was supplied with ample dishes, seasonings, etc. We were there to celebrate my mother’s birthday and this place did not disappoint. They thought of everything. They have a book that has alot of useful information regarding the property and other things such as stores, transportations. The scenery is beautiful from every window in the home. Grandby itself is a very small town but Winterpark and Frasier are about 20 min from the house. I would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing vacay

Family Gathering Place
Our family enjoyed our stay in this home as part of family Christmas getaway! The location of the home is beautiful, as is the home itself. The four bedrooms and bathrooms were well placed to allow no waiting lines for our large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked with ample cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The condo had everything we could have ever needed - kitchen well stocked, plenty of bathroom towels, paper towels, toilet paper, extra chairs and truly anything you would need! It was a great home for a large family or family meeting location as we did. We highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Summer 2021
Our family stayed here while in Granby. The house was great for our family of 7. Plenty of bed space , the kids loved the bunk beds. Each bedroom had access to their own bathroom which was nice.. The best part was sitting on the deck looking out at the mts. We hiked the trails around the house which was easy to access. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. All in all we had a great time, wish we could have stayied longer.

Family getaway
This property had everything for all ages. 4 separate rooms for the adults and bunk beds for the kids. The place was spacious and clean. The house had everything that was needed. Highly recommend this property.

Best rental home ever!
It is an incredibly beautiful house. So many beds which are all extremely comfortable! Loved getting to use the hot tub, the views, and using the grill. Additionally the location in Granby is so close to so many great hikes and lakes. It is nearby Granby and not far from Winter Park which was really nice. Definitely will want to return here again. s

Friends getaway
Four couples and their families (12 total) ventured from Nebraska to enjoy the Colorado Rockies. We had a great time. The home had plenty of space for all. The wonderful mountain air and occasional deer came by to visit. We were close to a host of activities and the grocery store.
Some items to work around was that there were no bikes (believe it was listed to have some), the pool and hot tub are a long walk to a community one and there is a charge and parking was a little tight for 4 vehicles.
Overall the place was great to stay and we hope to return!

Beautiful views and great house for adult getaway!
The house, itself is gorgeous and has the perfect rooms for four couples to stay, comfortably. The views from both the deck and patio are amazing! My only complaints are that there were no instructions on how to get to the pool. Also, there are no steak knives on premises. I also feel like the cleaning service that this property uses could do a better job. There was a diaper under one bed, old petrified steaks left on the grill and a few other things that weren't cleaned properly. But, it was an overall great stay!

Worth Repeating!
This is the second year we have used this beautiful home for our family’s ski trip. You can watch the ski lifts from the front porch and enjoy spectacular mountain views from the large windows in the living room while relaxing in the warmth of the fireplace.
The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation, sledding hills around the house, grocery near by, and many extras provided.
The Perterson family is available for any questions or help needed. I
We highly recommend this property and hope to sometime use it again.

Beautiful place

Beautiful In & Out
From the high beamed ceilings in the spacious living area to the natural beauty looking out over the numerous windows this home provided an amazing family ski week!
The kitchen was well stocked as well as bathrooms. Our grandsons enjoyed the games and sleds that were provided. We took advantage of the books available as well. The grocery is a short drive away and the ski lodge is just a two minute drive. The location allowed us a relaxing lunch at the house before heading back to the slopes. The bedrooms were delightfully decorated and comfortable.
Check in was easy and the owner was available and took care of the drive and sidewalks with the snowfalls. We plan on returning to this home again.

Only thing we missed is hot tub. We searched everywhere and we couldnt find that.
So totally disappointed for not having hot tub inside cabin location.

Great location!
Plenty of room, and a great location! Well stocked, they had soap, shampoo and lotion in all the bathrooms. Right by Granby ski resort which made it so easy for skiing. Had a great little hill behind the house for sledding.

This home was perfect for our family of 15! Beautiful, exceptionally equipped and very clean!
This home had everything! Well stocked kitchen, sleds for the kids, pool/hot tub access, plenty of bathrooms, large and beautifully decorated rooms, games and movies to watch on the many TV’s in the home, great Mountain views, wildlife (first night had 32+ Mule Deer in backyard at 3am-lovely site). Would definitely recommend this home. Great supermarket within a mile or so! Never would I have thought of getting in a bathing suit at 21 degrees and swimming outdoors with the grandkids but it was fabulous! Would love to come back in the summer for outdoor activities like hiking, etc. Thank you for our wonderful week with our kids and grands!

A beautiful stay
This property was nothing short of amazing everything was nice neat and clean. The area was more than I ever expected and I would come back again to this same property if I ever come back to visit Colorado thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful views and great location
We rented this home for my brothers wedding. It was as described and well stocked with everything we needed. Two bedrooms (one king and the Queen) we in the basement with the bunks which isn’t clear from the listing but the rooms were private and far enough away from the kids it worked fine. Would definitely stay here again. Such a great home!
