Great self - catering accommodation in a great location.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 year old son for 4 nights. We had a fabulous stay, easy walking distance to shops and parks, everything in the house had been thought of. Breakfast provisions, children's bedroom, cubby house, ben linen and little homely touches were perfect. We hope to come back one day!

Thank you Sue for our wonderful stay! The house was fabulous and breakfast provisions plentiful. The position is perfect for strolling to the Main Street shops and cafes as well as the local pool/fitness Centre and the Riesling trail. Will definitely stay again.

Great property in a great location

Sue was very easy to communicate with and with a last minute glitch to accomodation becoming unfortunately unavailable was very professional in finding a solution and having us move to another accomodation. The house was spacious, warm, inviting and well stocked with breakfast provisions. It’s location being so close to town but on a quiet no through road made for a very quiet ambience and easy access to town. Highly recommend staying in any house that Sue manages.

What a fantastic place Jacks house is!! Very large and lots of room for everyone. I took my fur baby who loved all the space in the yard and was welcomed with open arms. Can’t wait to return for another weekend away! Thank you Sue you made our stay perfect

Place was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our stay, including crockery and pantry essentials, yummy breakfast provisions and very comfy beds. Thanks Sue for making us feel welcome.

We were able to take our two toy poodles and felt very relaxed as the entire garden is safely fenced in. Unfortunately it rained throughout the entire time of our stay but one could enjoy a lovely area outside complete with couches, chairs and barbecue facilities if the weather was fine. The house is within walking distance to the Main Street where there are some great restaurants. (Particularly the Indian restaurant) The fridge is stocked with breakfast items and the pantry has a selection of cereals. All in all Jack's House has everything one needs to enjoy a perfect stay. We highly recommend it.

Jacks house was lovely, well appointed, close to Main Street, central location. All three beds super comfortable and warm. Breakfast supplies very generous. Bike hire for reisling trail about 6 houses away. Overall house has everything you need for your stay

Our family of four enjoyed our two night stay. Well located to the town centre, generous breakfast provisions, clean and warm. We loved the country charm, it was quiet (except for the sound of birds) and the owners were very helpful with information and checkin. We don’t have pets so can’t comment on this.

We stayed here for 2 short nights.. we could easily have stayed here for a week or more.. it was the ultimate family holiday house! Sue has thought of everything and catered for every member of the family (including our dog!). It was fantastic being able to stay home all day if we wanted to, knowing that the kids would be well entertained with everything provided by the hosts. We could just sit back in the outdoor setting & watch them play (or join in!). The kids particularly loved the cubby house, we couldn't get over the size of the backyard. There was plenty of room for the kids to run around. We decided to take them for a walk to the nearby playground one day, and as we were leaving our son asked if we could come back to Jack's House afterwards! That just goes to prove how much he loved it. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having tv's in the main bedroom and kids room as well. The kids thought it was a real novelty being able to watch a movie in their own room. The breakfast provisions were also great. I could go on and on but in summary we will definitely be back. Anyone with kids (or without) will love this house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very clean and tidy, were able to bring our well behaved dogs and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Situated a short walk from the main st of Clare, Jack's House is a fantastic base for exploring the Clare wine region. It is also only a short ride from the Riesling Trail. The house is well appointed comes with everything you will need, including plenty of breakfast supplies. Highly recommended.

The property had everything we needed. It was clean, fresh, bright and stylish. Generous breakfast provisions. Very comfortable.

Jack's House was a great choice, as we discovered on entering the front door. Heaters had been turned on, so the house was comfortably warm. Then we noticed that we were in a house, not a small flat. Whilst there were only the 2 of us [ well, 3 with our dog] we were impressed with how good the House is for families or 2 or 3 couples. Plenty of space, excellent appointments and generous breakfast provisions. And it is very conveniently located, as well as being in a quiet street. Lovely large back yard for the dog to explore. Next visit, we be at Jack's House again.

We enjoyed staying at Jacks House and the flexibility in how we would pay as overseas visitors. Very please with provisions for breakfast.

We had a truly wonderful girls weekend away at Jack's House. I will definitely be back and will be recommending it to all my friends. The house was beautiful, welcoming and cosy (not small cosy, it was bigger than the pictures make it look online). Amazing king size beds in each room with piles of pillows, super luxurious bed linen, towels and even "Jack's House" dressing gowns. Sue had thought of everything; the heater and lights were turned on for our arrival, generous breakfast supplies with lots of options, even a champagne stopper for unfinished bottles. Perfect spot in a quiet suburban street. Walking distance to the main street and an easy bike ride to the Riesling trail. Highly recommended - I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Clare.
