True luxury experience. Great staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Very good food.

The gym was lacking the luxury experience of the Fasano brand. It seemed rushed. there is no design to it, white walls, beige floor. Quite small, lacking equipments.

Everything ! a beautiful hotel

The reception and concierge team is just amazing. The pool on the roof top is a perfect place to relax in buzzling Salvador.

There were a party in the hotel with a very high sound. They should have told the guests in the moment of reservation!!!!!! It was impossible to sleep before midnight

nothing, everything was amazing

this is the third Fasano I have tried and it did not disappoint. the beds and pillows are the best of any hotel I have stayed in the world. the room is well appointed, thoughtfully laid out, and has power outlets that many older upscale hotels forget. the service is outstanding; kind, efficient, but not servile. the breakfast is outstanding. the local art in the restaurant is wonderful. lovely view from the rooftop pool.

the restaurant is disappointing. it is well staffed but the dinner menu is incredibly heavy like some throwback to the early 1970s. the pasta is well made but overcooked. the pool menu was better but still under their potential. the mini burgers were dry and not filled with the pride one expects in one of the greatest beef producing nations. it was hard to find shade near the pool and there were very few tables to eat outside which is really essential in the COVID era.

Very comfortable room, chic decor, beautiful premises and friendly staff. The pool is amazing and its view to the ocean and Praça Castro Alves is one of a kind.

There are inexcusable glitches for a high end (expensive!) hotel, such: - although mattress was quite good, the poor quality bed sheets do not add to a nice rest - nespresso machine in the room , however coffee capsules are chargeable ! (seems like a cheap hotel) - breakfast not really authentic in regards to local (rich) flavors , which was disappointing
