Rooms were nice and roomy

They didn't have our correct reservations and it took us over 45 minutes to get checked-in, we didn't get the rooms we reserved-we booked rooms with a balcony and didn't get them, and they didn't serve breakfast. The website said that robes were provided, but there were none. We were also charged for 3 rooms and only had 2. It took an act of God to get the overcharge reversed. It

Room was very clean and beautiful! I liked that they had robes available. The bed was very comfortable!

Security pounded on the door at 11:00 pm because "I don't have anyone in this room.". We checked in after 10:00 pm and apparently they were not alerted about our stay. We were in bed when this occurred. It was pretty frightening.

Great place to be but u pay for breakfast other then that a great place to be you can party there.

great staff - almost friendly and helpful, outdoor pool was great, no parking fees, restaurant and bar were very nice, room was great, the entire hotel is very spacious

outdoor pool was closed the first two days of our stay because of a concert and the follow up clean up (outdoor pool was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel), towels and some trash bags were in the hall way for more than one day after we arrived (were removed after complaining), room service needed to be requested almost every other day for new towels etc (they do not dry in the room), in door pool was very clean and spacious but could use some renovation, I cleaned some parts of the bathroom door (inside, some spills) and some of the bathroom floor (looked like stains from renovation), over all the hotel was very clean

Staff was not friendly and the Carpets were stained and dirty. The pictures did not match the resort. We paid way too much for this hotel. Definitely would NOT recommend this place. Will never stay there again.

I liked the size of the rooms, the bed linens, and location. The pool was a nice size.

I was supposed to have a room with a balcony, however, I had a junior suite with two sliding doors that had just railings and no balcony that was disappointing.

The room was disgustingly dirty! There was feces in the bathroom floor and every gross! There was a dirty sock under one of the beds. I took photos of this gross room. This room was not worth $666.00 for 2 nights! We were deceived by the pictures on the website. We are very upset about this. We never heard a word from management even though they were told. We come to the lake every year and this is the worst experience we have had and much more expensive! We expected a quality room for the amount they charge and it was no better than a Motel6!

Overall, the location and cleanliness was very pleasant.

Check-in was NOT ready. Ice machine ran out of ice. Limited maps/signs showing location of ice machines, etc,, Patio chair (1) in our room as the only place to sit. Parking very limited when pool parties are rocking. Bar price was higher than other areas at the Lake. No maid service. PRICE.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the property wasn’t crowded. The drinks at the downstairs bar were really good. The property is located in a nice area and close to amenities, restaurantes, and grocery stores. Housekeeping staff was kind.

The staff at the front desk were not very courteous. Breakfast: The coffee was lukewarm, the eggs, biscuits & gravy and the potatoes were cold, and the orange juice was clearly mixed with water. The music at the pool was way beyond the “let’s have a good time” loud. At least 6 of the stalls in the women’s bathrooms at the pool were out of toilet paper and there were flies everywhere. The trash can in the women’s bathrooms in the game area were overflowing with paper towels, literally.
