The cottage was amazing - a great place to call "home" after being with the crowds in Nashville. Easy access to Nashville but we felt like we were in the country a million miles away from the hustle and bustle. Quaint, cozy and comfortable describe the cottage, and the coffee cake was Amazing!!

Delores is to be commended on the property she has held on to! This small farmhouse and the beautiful acreage is the perfect stay outside of Nashville! Such a peaceful place away from the city! We look for award to going back! Thank you Delores!

This was an ideal place to stay for a friends’ weekend. Close to the airport, plenty of beds, excellent deck for wine time and conversation. Close enough to downtown Nashville to enjoy it but not in the middle of all the chaos.

Perfect for those who like the countryside with modern conveniences just minutes away. The property is gorgeous with beautiful views of surrounding meadows and woods. Cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Very nice commercial districts are all within 5-10 minutes drive. Lots of restaurants, stores, and shopping. Redcon1 the best gym in Nashville, is only 20 minutes away. Downtown is 25 minute or so Uber ride ($25). Delores is very accommodating and bakes a mean cake. Thanks, Delores! It was delicious!

The cozy cottage is very clean and comfortable. The cottage provided coffee and creamer and cake! There were plenty of towels and washcloths and blankets, if needed. The property is well maintained and so breathtaking beautiful! I would recommended this special place to everyone!

From the moment we booked this property, the owner was attentive to our needs. Delores' dedication to customer satisfaction and southern hospitality is amazing. Arrival instructions were clear and there was a delicious homemade coffee cake awaiting us! The home is a rural farmhouse, older and immaculate. It has a security system that we activated when we weren't there. There are no street lights, which we loved (great star watching), but the house has ample outside lighting for security if you want it. The grounds are expansive and lovely. The wifi worked well, the cable tv had many selections, and the thermostat worked efficiently. There are three bedrooms. We used two of them and the beds were very comfortable. There is one bathroom with a single sink, and a combined tub and shower. The kitchen is cute and it had everything we needed. There is no dishwasher, but that adds to its charm. There is a small eating area off the kitchen that has plenty of sunshine and great views, which we used for dining and playing cards. There are ample places to relax, and we had an enjoyable Thanksgiving week there. It felt like a home, not a hotel, and that made all the difference in the world. We feel grateful to have stayed there.

Friendly and relaxing. Dolores was very nice and hospitable and close the form was very scenic and full of wildlife. Location is very convenient not far from the city yet has the country atmosphere. I would highly recommend this location for vacationers. Thank you Dolores!!!

The cottage was larger than expected with all the amenities. Clean and well taken care of for the age. The property was fantastic. Caught a bunch of small bluegill and even a catfish on accident (all catch and release).

We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting the area for a running race and this cottage was very close to the race. The cottage was perfectly supplied with linens, towels, kitchen supplies, utensils, etc. We loved the personal touch of a homemade pound cake (with recipe) for our enjoyment. Perfect personal touch. We even enjoyed a few deer friends on the property too!

Delores was a wonderful hostess. She was very prompt in responding to all my questions prior to our stay and while we were there. We wanted something quiet and this was perfect. I would definitely recommend this to friends!

The perfect place for restoration and a getaway. This cottage is darling, and beautifully decorated, complete with the owners own our artistic creations. You don't ever have to leave; it has all the comforts of home, combined with the feel of a cozy farmhouse. But in case you want to take in some Nashville sites it is easy to access from multiple directions. Highly recommend.

We will definitely be coming back! Had Everything we needed for a comfortable girls weekend and close to food and a place for pedicures :) We also loved the amazing coffee cake Delores made!!

This house was everything the listing said it would be close to town but not right in town quite and peaceful. The host was easy to get ahold of and even left us a great coffee cake in the kitchen for our arrival.

Perfect place for our family get away! Close enough to enjoy the Nashville night life and all the sites yet far enough for that relaxed peaceful feeling of the country. Loved it!

We absolutely loved staying here. The beds were comfortable and wonderful to come back to after a long day of touring Nashville. It feels like you’re out in the country, but you are super close to town and places to shop and eat. We especially enjoyed the property and watching all the turtles and fish in the pond. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Willow Pond Cottage was fantastic. Delores (the property Owner) was the Sweetest. She came to the house the day we arrived to meet us and we chatted for awhile. And Oh my gosh the Coffee Cake she made for us was to die for. Best coffee cake I've ever had. We can't wait to come back to visit again.

We arrived late at night and were able to easily enter the cottage, thanks to the owner's very detailed instructions. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The next morning we were pleasantly surprised to find coffee supplies and a yummy cinnamon coffee cake waiting for us. The morning light revealed just how beautiful this property is. Mowed green grasses, blooming flowers and a symphony of bird songs. The location of the property allowed us to easily access all of the many area attractions. Far enough out of town to be quiet and private, yet only a few minutes to shopping. The property owner was great at communicating with us without being intrusive. She answered our questions and was able to recommend some great spots that we should visit during our stay. We did not have any children with us, but, a heads-up if you are considering staying here with kids; the nice country road where the property resides, gets quite a bit of speeding traffic. You would not want children outside unattended. You must also consider the pond, which is a lovely spot and about a 5 minute walk from the cottage, but kids could possibly wander down there on their own. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to someday return.

This was a charming farm cottage to stay in while we attended a concert and hockey game in Nashville to celebrate our 37th anniversary. Deloris has thought of everything that might be needed. This was the perfect peaceful getaway for me and my friends. We enjoyed the property and the beautiful cottage. We cooked dinner and had everything we needed. Location was very convenient to drive into Nashville for dinner one night. Highly recommend and will stay again! Thank you so much Delores for your great hospitality

Charming, cozy cottage just outside of Nashville. The beds were wonderful! And the walls contained many original paintings done by Delores, the owner. We really enjoyed our time there!
