This house is not worth the money. No rugs at front door even during winter, no coat rack or coat closet, nowhere to put shoes, skis, boots, no side tables in living room or bedrooms, high top dining table with regular height dining chairs, not enough dishes, one ice cube tray and cheap shower curtain liners. They need to put a some money into the place before they ask the amount they want to rent. Not worth the price.

Overall, the place was nice and clean. Great location. However, we were not told that there was NO heat downstairs that the downstairs heat was turned off and the main source of heat being the heated fire place was broken and they were waiting on parts. It was frigid. We had to wear coats and gloves downstairs while using our computers for work. The people we called just brushed us of and said there was « ample heat » for the unit. We only had heat for upstairs. When we walked downstairs the from the heated part the cold just slapped you in the face. It was 30 degrees down there.

Awesome location close to everything

We loved the location of this condo. However we were not prepared for the lack of central air. Not the owners fault, I just didn’t even think about it. And we did happen to be there one of the hottest days of the year. We do wish they had left more toilet paper for our stay. Overall a nice place.

We had a great time staying here for a college reunion! It was enough space for 6 of us and very clean. Great location with everything in town within walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for more space than a hotel!

Kitchen is beautiful. Things that could be better. Couches not comfortable, poor lighting in the dinning are, lower bathroom shower head forces the person to stand to clos to the back wall for comfort & water makes a mess, ceiling fan needs cleaned, mattresses are a little too firm.

Home had everything we needed.

We were in town for our dog to have a surgery. This place was great because we could walk everywhere and enjoyed spending time downtown. It is a no frills kind of place, and was minimally stocked, but it was all we needed for our trip. Beds were comfortable.

Good location but NO entry way rugs which could have provide overall warmth and cleanliness. We the guest brought our own entry rugs. Carpet & living room rug need deep clean and condo needed cleaning under furniture. Kitchen walls needed cleaning (food splattered) & more dish soap, paper rowels, garbage bags, dish washing detergent sponges etc to be provided for a month long stay. Guest had to buy more. Hooks on the wall would nice. Closet door handle, burned out light bulbs on 3 light fixtures, & toilet paper holder needed repaired. We the guests did repairs. New decorative pillows on the couch need replacing--the old ones need to be thrown out. A little more TLC and it would improve the overall ambiance of the condo. Management company reached out to guest at END of our stay....guest should of been contacted by Vacassa within one week into our stay to see if everything was OK & if any more supplies was needed or repairs needed. Otherwise cute place.

Great place to get away for the weekend. Would recommend.

Nice property to unwind at.

Central location... easy to walk to town and trails. The property was quiet and safe (no problem walking our schipperke any time of night or day). There were no aspects of comfort or utility that were missing. We experienced excellent communication with our host. Travel routes to and from the condo were easy to understand and use (wonderful parking too)..

We had the greatest time and the condo was perfectly located for our needs. We had little ones and were able to walk down the road to the school to play. We even met neighbors and made friends! The bank beds were a hit with the kids, and the toy area was nicely stocked. I would definitely book here again.

Very close to town. Very clean. Nice amenities. As described. Mostly very quiet. For us, it would have been nice to have an electric kettle or teapot for pouring boiling water, a bedside table on both sides of the master bed, and neighbors who obeyed the rules and did not park in the one spot allocated to the unit.

Very clean and excellent location. Unit has everything you need. Unit could use some refreshing.

On arrival downstairs heat and fireplace did not work. Took 5 calls to get someone out. They brought space heaters but never fixed the fireplace. Managment never called back to check if things were taken care of. Otherwise the place was nice.

The location of this home was amazing! Everything was within walking distance and the skatepark was a ton of fun. The furniture could use a little updating, but no huge complaints here. I would definitely come back again!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to friends and family. We had issues with the thermostat not really working. The heat was either 100% on or 100% off which certainly didn't ruin our trip but took some extra effort to keep in check. Also, the washing machine seemed to be broken. We tried using it once (with a small load of clothes) and it was making such loud and bad sounding noises we canceled the wash and didn't use it again. Regardless of the issues we still enjoyed our stay

Property was clean and it was an easy walk to downtown Ketchum.

Great location close to downtown Ketchum and trails. Reasonably priced, clean, easy check in/out. The listing said one dog allowed but the binder at the condo said no pets allowed; I think they just haven’t updated their binder. My online question was answered by the property management quickly. The owners are set in their one dog ONLY policy. No possibility of paying extra for a second dog to stay.

Great location within walking distance (for active people) of the downtown area. Vacasa, the property management group, was super helpful too. In the summer the two story design makes it really warm upstairs even with diligent window opening, etc. The property manager brought some fans over right away.

This place has a great location. Everything is within walking distance! The condo was perfect for a family of 6. We had everything we needed provided by Vacasa and they were a very gracious host. Quick responses to my emails. Would stay there again for sure! Looking forward to our summer trip there! Great job👍

A real nice place for our 10 day stay in Ketchum. Located close to downtown, River Run base, and the Sun Valley lodge. Well stocked kitchen. 2nd bedroom has multiple bunk beds which must be great for larger families.

Excellent location, super clean. Loved it.
