We had a wonderful time. The property exceeded our expectations

There is so much bedroom space and also 2 living rooms and a large dining table. The walk to the beach is 5-10 minutes. We would book again!

We really enjoyed this home! Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also a short walk to a nice beach or playground if you have young kids. The owner was great at communicating as well. I would recommend this home to families!

We had a very peaceful and quiet and cool stay during a scorcher of a heat wave! The beach, which was only a 5 minute walk away was hot, but the water cooled us off right away! We enjoyed gorgeous sunset walks every night after supper. We would definitely love to go back again.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. Very clean, near the beach, and is located in a wonderful, quiet , neighborhood. We were able to visit Boston, Hyannis , and Sagamore Beach as well as Plymouth. Took the little ones to a beautiful park/playground right around the corner . Would stay here again.

I went to visit family in the area, and this was the perfect spot to rent for two weeks! It’s a few minutes walk to the beach, it has a bedroom downstairs as well as 3 upstairs which was helpful for some of the less stair inclined members of my family. The house is cozy but also deceivingly large and has quite a few hangout zones. Also it’s not listed but there are Window AC units and they were lifesavers during a humid stretch.

This home was beautiful and special and immaculate! Large enough to comfortably house 8 of us. Amazing neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. It was great they provided beach chairs and umbrellas (the toys they mention are things like wake boards and bikes, there aren’t sand toys FYI). They provided trash bags, toilet paper, dishes, basic seasonings, a keurig (no regular sized coffee pot). We did have a couple of issues. First, it does not state in the listing, but you need to provide your own sheets for every bed you will use. I had to borrow several sets of sheets and bring a separate suitcase and make up 6 beds. They need to make this clear in the listing so people aren’t surprised. The other issue I had was the way the host responded when I forgot to take the trash out. Yes it was my forgetfulness, but she was unkind and stated what a big problem I had made. She was much nicer later over the phone. Lastly, it’s quite stressful when packing for the airport and trying to leave to also have to wash and dry all towels and bath mats and replace them before leaving. We had to wait an extra 30 min because the dryer wasn’t keeping up (it wasn’t overpacked). Most places that have us wash things say it’s ok if some things are left to finish up in the dryer. Overall the place was charming and special, but I wouldn’t go back because of these issues.

My sister and I rented this property with our husbands and (between us) 6 kids. There were 2 king bedrooms for the parents and plenty of beds- as well as a finished basement- for the kids. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and there were beach toys and chairs for our use. The outdoor space was beautifully decorated. The house really felt like home with great amenities, including black out curtains which are often missing at a rental. The only thing missing was a dishwasher (never promised in the listing, but somehow I didn’t notice); even without this, we would definitely rent again!

Just started renting houses on the cape over the last couple of years, by far the nicest we have stayed in. very roomy even with 8 adults and 2 kids in the house.Walk to the private beach was quick, driving to Scussett beach is less than 5 minutes (if there is a nice week of weather forecast you can get a season pass for $35 instead of $7 per day). Less than a 10 minute drive to Shaws in Plymouth for groceries.We skipped all the bridge traffic Saturday afternoon and rolled right in. Once all the traffic clears you can get to Hyannis/Dennis/Yarmouth area in about 20-25 minutes for shopping and dining.

Great for large family or just a few couples.we were elated to find this great cottage. Just a 5 minute walk to beautiful beach on sr. Legs. No crowds. Home is immaculate and full of cape cod charm. No hassle with traffic no need to go over bridge. Cottage has everything you need,including 2 tv 2 dvd players beach chairs, umberellers,cooler on wheels. I will be coming back.great price
