“Charlotte” was so warm and welcoming. And refreshing cool inside. We enjoyed our time together celebrating our 22nd anniversary. Lots of cute towns and restaurants near by. We also enjoyed sitting in the back area watching the wildlife. If we had longer we would have explored more of the hikes and sights near by. Nice and clean ,well stocked and exactly what we expected .Communication was easy and very friendly. I hope to stay again and will recommend. Thank you!

Our family spent 4 nights in this property over February break. We really enjoyed the stay. The house is very open with plenty of room to spread out. It’s clear that the owner really cares about the property and the guests that stay there. I really enjoyed flipping through a folder with wonderful recipes, I even took pictures of many recipes and look forward to trying them at home. We went skiing in Attitash on 3 of the days that we were there. As advertised, the drive was 40 minutes through mostly backroads. Our family of 4 also enjoyed watching movies on Netflix available on the tv in the living room. Overall, great stay with no complaints.

The house is secluded in the woods. Nice property. Would visit again in a different season… plenty of room. And everything was provided by the hosts from kitchen supplies to shovels and everything is well labeled. Good communication throughout our stay.

Stairs at each level so traveling companion was challenged. House had some unusual features… I would say not our best VRBO experience but certainly not the worst. Price was right and we had to book rather last minute. Hosts were helpful!

We loved our stay here! It was so nice and peaceful! Our toddlers loved the little bedroom upstairs, they were “babysitting” the dolls a lot of the time. Very nice stay and we hope to return next year

Lovely home, very secluded in the woods, beautiful scenery and just a short drive to Portland, Maine. Close to resort villages, lakes, the saco river and the White mountains of New Hampshire. Would recommend, loved this area and the home met our needs perfectly.

Pros: Very nice, secluded house. We especially loved the back patio facing the woods. Well-stocked kitchen and dining area. CleanFriendly communication from hosts.Cons:The tap water was unpleasant. Mattress in master sagged in the middle. I think it's worn out.

My Mom (83) loved it and felt right at home.

Traveled with my wife and child in December and the house was awesome for us. Clean, big, and welcoming. We didn’t see any wildlife but we certainly had the quiet and relaxation of the Maine woods. Noreen and Tom were excellent from start to finish. Thinking of coming back up in the spring or summer to enjoy the area during the nice weather. Highly recommend !

House is very private on a wooded lot. Very homey with a well stocked kitchen, large LR, and nice bed rooms. Is close to Fryburg, ME which is a lovely small town. Great location for visiting the White Mountains as well as the outlets in North Conway, NH. Thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay there. Would recommend to my friends if the need arises.

after being on cape cod for the summer,we were looking forward to a nice quiet and relaxing few days in maine.....we were not disappointed!!!! the house was situated in mixed hardwood forest ....we saw deer and wild turkey when we took walks in the back 4 acres....we were tired of seeing seals.... the insde of the house was clean and in order......kitchen well stocked....washer and dryer available for when we got caught in the rain....living room had a large sofa ....wide screen tv and the a beautful carpet....the bedroom was extremely comfortable ....had many a good night's sleep the location was perfect.....far enough away from north conway for solitude but close enough for sightseeing and shopping....kancamangus trail nearby for walking and swimming....once again away from the crowds....our best day was a car ride up thru the white mtn trail to see mt washington from the north....had a picnic on a stream that not alot of people have ever seen.....lots of outlet stores in north conway ....not only for me but for my wife....saved money for quality clothes after each long day, it was perfect to return to ,once again, peace and quiet!!! will look into doing some skiing in the winter

This house was just awesome. It had everything we could possibly need in it.There were even safety vests for during hunting season.Extremely clean, well maintained and had all the necessities. We would highly recommend this house to our friends, as it was just a lovely atmosphere. We came here for a girl's quilting weekend and we will definitely return in the future.We loved it so much -we quilted a runner for our hosts. They were so attentive, friendly, and truly wanted our stay at their home away from home to be a great one! They were great and so is this house.
