The decor and greenery in this home blew us away. Every room was detailed out beautifully. John was so quick to respond to our questions while at the house, which made for a great experience with the hosts. Although we weren’t able to stay when the pool was open, my group is sure to come stay again when we can use the pool. Lovely stay!

I managed to host the groomsmen and bridesmaids in this house for a wedding. The place was clean and well equipped. Everybody enjoyed their stay.

This is hands down one of the BEST rentals available in the metro area. It is conveniently located a few minutes away from the Mall of America and the Airport which was great for our out of town guests that wanted to get in a quick shopping trip. The space is beautifully decorated and furnished and felt stylish and cozy. All of our guests commented on how lovely and lush the home felt. There is a ton of space both indoors and outdoors for guests to spread out. The backyard was really incredible and expansive. You felt like you were on your own private and secluded lot. We spent most of our weekend outdoors enjoying the beautiful view, chatting on the many decks, playing in the pool and roasting s'mores in the fire pit! John was very responsive and answered all of my questions. This truly felt like a destination rental and nobody wanted to leave. I would highly recommend to anyone!! So glad we found this gem.

We used the home to host a small group for a COVID time wedding for my daughter. It turned out very nice. I would recommend this property to anyone that needs to have a small gathering and needs a place that can comfortably accommodate around 10 overnight guests.

We stayed the weekend for a bachelorette and loved it! Agree with previous review that you hardly need any decor as the place is decked out. Yard and deck were spacious. Easy check in and out process. Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, we needed for meal prep and serving.

My wife and I could not have been happier with the property. We had to significantly downsize our wedding and this property was exactly what we were looking for. The house is very nicely decorated and made a great backdrop for all of our wedding photos. The patio and large outdoor space also made for a perfect location for our small wedding ceremony and reception. John was an extremely helpful and responsive host, answering all of our last minute questions in a timely fashion. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a super cute house, on a large property but still within easy access of everything that the Twin Cities has to offer.

The size and location was perfect for us: six adults (three couples) for a brief stay in Eagan for a family gathering. It sure beats three rooms in a hotel.

To all my bachelorettes out there looking for the perfect place to stay: STOP HERE! This place is absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough how perfect this house was for my bachelorette weekend! The house is decorated PERFECTLY for a girls getaway! The house supplied us with everything we needed. Plenty of parking, comfortable beds and air mattresses, pretty & clean bathrooms, and plenty of seating for eating! There were also nice privacy curtains on each of the decks which were a wonderful touch. There is a stunning outdoor table on the main level deck which fit all 14 girls and made our meals together so amazing! There are beautiful bistro lights outside as well, which made the evenings sooo pretty. We had an outdoor movie and the bistro lights fit perfectly with the night. Lake Minnetonka was a quick 30 minute drive away and made for a PERFECT boating outing. The only mistake I made this weekend was bringing too many decorations because the house is already decorated perfectly. John's responses were quick and very nice! He answered any questions we had and accommodated to our needs VERY well. I would give this place a 10/10 on instant hotel!!

This home is large and will comfortably host your group. Great location as it is close to the airport (if flying in) and many other activities around the city but also in a quiet neighborhood to remove yourself from the “hustle and bustle” of downtown. Check-in and check-out process was simple and easy. Our group enjoyed our stay very much!

We had an excellent stay despite unseasonably cold weather. The quality of the accommodations were the primary reason for the enjoyable experience. John was very responsive and easy to work with and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for lodging for a larger group.

This was my first time using VRBO; John and His wife were great to work with and helped walk me through the "process". They were incredibly friendly and responsive! They met us at the house when we got there and gave us a tour/rundown. The house was clean and beautifully decorated! Our group had 13 people and we had plenty of room. There are multiple living areas, which allowed for conversation and comfort. Between the couches, day bed, 3 beds, and couple of air mattresses, we had ample room for sleeping arrangements too. Overall, I would stay here again.
