Very clean and functional. Great location!

This was an amazing property. The view was unreal. Monkeys visited out balcony each morning! Pool was awesome! The restaurant next door was so so so good. We were close to several great restaurants, liquor stores, supermarkets and a pharmacy. We will def stay stay again

Good value, good location. We liked being right next to Emilio’s Cafe and within walking distance of the beach. The view was awesome.

The property was great! The pick up and drop off will organized. Maid did a great job and kept up with towels; felt like home with luxuries! Enjoyed monkeys daily (squirrel and white face). A lot within walking distance. The trek to the beach is rough. It would be nice if the property had golf carts or something to get you to and from the beach. I would recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!

Close to everything. Cleaning every other day. Peaceful.

The property is located on the hill in Manuel Antonio overlooking the ocean and the national park. We stayed 5 nights and were travelling with another couple. Our condo was on the 2nd floor and had great views from the balcony. The floors above us would have even more expansive views. I would not recommend the ground floor as there is a lot of foliage to block the ocean view and a patio instead of a balcony. The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the balcony. Saw lots of monkeys and macaws flying by. We appreciated having the use of a bbq. A couple of suggestions to improve the stay would be to have some coffee/tea and essentials such as salt, pepper etc. in the condo on arrival. The kitchen had the basic utensils for cooking but could use more glassware for larger drinks, serving and cutting utensils and a kettle. It would also be nice to have beach towels as we enjoyed the public beach during our stay. We were in Costa Rica for a month and most properties had these items available in the condo. We loved the area and would highly recommend Milagro Cafe for coffee and dinner. The 4 of us loved our meals, especially the grilled tuna. We also enjoyed a meal at Falafel cafe for delicious homemade shawarma, falafel and hummus. Manuel Antonio is a beautiful place to visit.

We enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's property in Manuel Antonio. It's in a very central location close to Manuel Antonio park and is also close to a small grocery store nearby. The pool at the property was nice. The view of the ocean was nice with a great balcony with a hammock and even a jacuzzi (which we didn't use but still looked nice). We were able to see monkeys from our balcony and even had a few instances of them coming to check us out. There was live music at the restaurant next door, which was a little loud sometimes, but it didn't go too late so it wasn't that bad. Hector was great in welcoming us to the villa and also came by on a Sunday when our toddler accidentally locked us out of one of the bathrooms. Would definitely recommend the villa for families looking to stay close to Manuel Antonio.

The unit is centrally located making it incredibly convenient with a view overlooking the bay, monkeys strolling by, pool, jacuzzi. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, yoga studio - all within an easy walking distance. The host was attentive and responsive throughout the process, both before our arrival and during our stay. Their recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and things to do was perfect!! The host arranged several excursions for us making It easy and trips were fantastic including Manual Antonio National Park tour with Chino, Coffee tour, zip lining and a sunset cruise. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

The pictures make it look like this is a 3 floor property but it really has 6 floors. We were on the bottom floor which from the pictures we thought was at pool level but in reality it was 3 floors down below the pool. So you walk down this stairway down down down to the basement. We did not have a balcony, we had a concrete patio and an uncut small yard. While the views on the website were beautiful, ours while still pretty, was just a fraction of that because we were so far down. Because the property is built on the side of a hill, the view from other windows was just the under structure of the house. The sign at the place says "7 bedroom, and 2 bedroom". It looked like the top 3 floors (that you see in the pics) were one unit (7 bedroom), then the other floors were 2 bedroom units The beds were comfortable. The living area furniture was awkward, with a small couch and no table inside, but we ate outside every day and we too busy to lounge anyway. The kitchen was stocked at an ok level. All we cooked was breakfast though. We ate out a lot. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The location worked for us. It is in town, so walking distance to restaurants and stores. We walked to the beach the first day but never again. It took 25 minutes and the terrain is hilly. We drove the short drive the rest of the time. Overall, the property was fine, I was just disappointed that I didn't get the unobstructed view I was anticipating.

This property is NOT in a good location, food business next door and sketchy neighbors, feels unsafe, VERY dark and miserable kitchen and furniture. Horrible "view" / back out door space, unworkable "hot tub", old furnishings, MANY MANY stairs DOWN to unit, "2nd floor" is actually DOWN a steep hill in dark n dreary old complex with difficult parking access behind difficult almost impossible gate to unlock/ ope/ squeeze in (our med car didtn even fit), Stairs wet and green from dark dampness and mold- no railing. Not worth a dime! I had to scramble to find a hotel that afternoon and a new home to rent - horribly stressful. Person who met us with keys spoke NO english. I have NEVER had to cancel a rental anywhere anytime but this place was NOT advertised as it apppeared in person. I could not imagine staying there.

The condo was very nice inside and the location was 10/10. Lorenzo was very pleasant and answered all of my questions very quickly. My only complaint would be- if you are booking the “first floor” make sure you are aware you are below the trees/don’t have a great view/ it is dark and dreary inside / you have a patio but not a balcony. It wasn’t completely clear that the first floor was that low. The building itself was beautiful and any other level would have been amazing.

This was our first trip to Costa Rica but I can't imagine a better location. Our balcony looked out over the jungle and we were able to see a lot of the wildlife including monkeys who would visit us for breakfast. We were also within walking distance of the beach, assuming you like a short but pleasant hike. The house was clean and very comfortable. Comunication was very good, also!

Perfect

A lovely, big apartment in the perfect location in Manuel Antonio. The property manager was an excellent communicator and extended many kindnesses to us. The apartment we rented was on the lowest level, though it still afforded us great views and was nice and cool in the evening. I would say that the location was possibly the best in all of Manuel Antonio--close to both Playa Espadilla and Playa Biesanz. Emilio's Cafe next door is exceptional, as is the Thai restaurant on the corner. The property itself is very clean and secure, with a locking gate at the entry. We very much look forward to coming back and staying here again. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Great time at Villa Manuel Antonio. Right in the heart of town, easy access to beaches, park and restaurants. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the ocean, wildlife and the sunsets. Hector was great and the we highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our time there and the location of this unit. We were fortunate enough to spot a variety of wildlife from the patio everyday. Being walking distance to some great restaurants was really nice as well.

This property is in a great location and the view is amazing. It is near grocery stories, restaurants, everything you need. The porch has a direct view of the water and the Manuel Antonio Preserve. From the porch we saw monkeys, a toucan, many flocks of large red parrots, an iguana and a coati. Hector the property manager was very helpful getting us settled. The apartment is completely fine - two bedrooms with king beds and attached baths. The porch and location are what make it a great place to stay.

We were able to walk everywhere and the view was breathtaking! Everyone was so nice and communication was quick and simple. Definitely would recommend for anyone to stay here. We stayed with our 9month old and they even had a pack n' play we could use. Overall our stay was perfect! Thank you for everything!

We had the best stay at Lorenzo’s place. We saw monkeys on our porch, had a chef come prepare several meals, enjoyed the freezing a/c in the bedrooms, lounged on the porch hammocks…. I could go on. Antonio Miguel is a dream. We did multiple tours including zip lining & visiting waterfalls. There’s a precious hotel next door that I’d highly recommend for dinner, La miraposa hotel. A small market store is a block away as well. All in all it was wonderful. Thank you Lorenzo for all of your help in setting up our fishing trip and zip lining tour! Hope to see you again!

We loved where we stayed. Definitely stay out of Quepos! This property was very secure and the host was beyond helpful. Stay high up if it’s available but we had the lower unit and it was still a great stay.the pool was so nice and Emilio’s coffee next door was the best! A grocery store is very close for those late ice cream runs The only thing is that you should bring all your sundries. No shampoo, soap provided. You can buy it but just bring some and all will be fine Pura Vida

The property was very nice with an amazing view. They had massive construction taking place around the facility and this started early every morning. This was somewhat of a challenge, however, the staff, team, and property were worth the price and the challenges. I recommend this property based on location, safety, and the amazing view of the national park. The team was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Location has everything you wany within a block or two, great food and supermarkets. And the view was amazing. Lorenzo and Hector and staff were top notch and were extremely helpful and can set you up with whatever you want to do while in Manuel Antonio Only small complaint it was noise. Construction was not stop in the area and Upstairs guests partied hard every night and could easily hear everything not alot of sound dampening

The location was perfect and the host was very easy to communicate with. So beautiful to wake up to an ocean front view every morning!

We loved this property so much. We were on the level of the pool- which was perfect. We had such a lovely view of the water. This space had everything we needed. Communication was seamless and fast up to and through our entire stay. We would definitely recommend over and over again. Top notch location!!!

We had a great time here. Awesome location near a little supermarket and many outstanding restaurants. A 5 min drive to MA National Park and the beaches. We loved having the monkeys visit us on our porch! Thank you Lorenzo and Hector!
