It was raining the entire time that we were at Pearl Beach, but Belinda’s house is so heavenly that it didn’t matter. This home has been renovated with no expense spared, it felt really lux! Easy check in info and the house is very clean and tidy. We were celebrating my 30th birthday, and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we required. Only request would be to have another hand towel for the bathroom on the lower level as it services 3 bedrooms (majority of guests). Overall, I would LOVE to come back and stay at Belinda’s home again (ideally in the sunshine) ☺️

Belinda’s house was exactly as pictured. We especially loved the stereo system, boiling/cold water tap and adjustable lights. My friends & I loved having the fireplace on during the cold nights. Would definitely stay again!

Belinda's property is immaculately kept. It has all the amentiies and more. We appreciated the full kitchen, spacious living area and activity room and the bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious. The property is perfectly positioned within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Umina town centre. We would all come back and stay here again!

Awesome location never knew it existed

We really loved our stay at Belinda’s house. It was spotless and really well appointed with wonderfully comfortable beds and everything we needed. The table tennis was a special bonus with teenagers and there was space for everyone of different ages. Loved this house. Thank you so much!

Belinda and John’s home In Pearl Beach is the perfect getaway for small family groups. Perfectly located to catch the sun and a short stroll to beautiful Pearl Beach and picturesque bush walks. Thoughtful family inclusions add an extra dimension to this no expense spared, cleverly designed property.

The house is Magnificently beautiful, clean, modern, and bright and the host (Belinda) is really friendly and very prompt answering your enquiries. The location is near perfect, short distance walking to Pearl Beach ..very recommended .. will book again next time we go holiday to Central Coast.

Belinda's property at Pearl Beach was amazing and just perfect for our group of three families. The clever design of this home was beautiful and relaxing with it's gorgeous furnishings, it really has all the comforts and more. With the mountain at the back, ocean views from the living space and both balconies, it did not disappoint! The kids were well entertained with all the games and with the beach so close, we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Truly something for all members of the family - great attention to detail: ping pong table, bikes, games, Netflix, fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for a week’s stay in beautiful Pearl Beach. Thanks Belinda - you were so great to deal with too.

Great property in a great location. The owners have thought of pretty much everything - books, movies, games, bikes, toys, gym etc. There is something to amuse each guest from young to old. The heated floors in the bathrooms are fabulous as well as sensor activated lights in many common use areas. Being able to grab a bicycle and ride down to the beach or general shop was fun. Comfy beds a big bonus. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We shall certainly be back in the future for some rest and relaxation.

We came to stay with our extended family including 5 kids for a long weekend. The beach is a flat very short walk and lovely streets to bike ride around. The house was spotless and all fixtures and fitting were very high quality. The property manager was in contact with us to give us all the information we needed. Lovely relaxing weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was beautiful and in a very peaceful location. We enjoyed all the facilities, particularly the ping pong table.

High end property with every amenity you can think of topped off by perfect beach views ⛵️. Blissful air conditioning saved us from the 40 degree heat outside while we enjoyed the board games & Foxtel on offer - should have booked to stay longer !

Stayed at this beautiful property just a minutes walk from Pearl Beach. The whole house is immaculate and finishings are amazing. The modern design of the property is just breathtaking to look at. The group did not want to leave the house. The owner Belinda was so easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions/queries I had before the stay. I stayed here the weekend of my wedding (March 2019), and needed to make sure the property was available for photos etc. Belinda was happy to oblige and assist as much as possible. Had a great weekend with group of friends in such a peaceful suburb that is incredibly close to the beach. This property would also be great for family trips with children. Table tennis and foosball table in the garage to utilise. Definately will return in the near future. Thanks again to Belinda for everything!
