Kim was truly the apotome of a perfect host. Kim checked in with me the day of our trip to let us know that the house had been turned over and we were welcome to check in early! She also gave us all of her local recommendations. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my 40th with friends and I arrived at the house to find the TV showing a Happy Birthday screen! She also left a sweet card, wine and a Boars Head cheese and meet platter. It went SO far above and beyond! She also checked in once during our stay and offered a later check out time because nobody was coming in right behind us! The house was beautiful, and the location was awesome. We hit the breweries during the day and came back and had a big dinner and relaxed. The hot tub was perfect! One of our best vacations to date. Highly recommend!

The house was nice and a good fit for our group. Couldn't get the gas stove lit but might have been operator error. The beds were a hit hard for our liking. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

Kim's large, spacious home was perfect for our crowd of 15+ little ones and old ones. The place was full of woodsy grace and deep comfort. We'll be back!

Had a great weekend with friends and family celebrating my fiance and I getting married in a couple months. Probably will return at some point!

Flawless and loaded with activities, from nearby skiing at Sunday River to games and fun with kids throughout the house, the great bunk room for the four boys, to the hot tub!

We just enjoyed the Bethel Chalet for the MLK weekend. We found the place had plenty of room and amenities to enjoy. Super easy ride to the mountain and good proximity to off mountain restaurants and grocery too.

We were looking for a house for 5-couples to ride motorcycles in Maine. The house was spacious and had all of the amenities needed. One room has bunk beds but we were able to make it work. It is a nice home and I am sure we will rent it again sometime.

The location was perfect for getting to the mountain. Had a dog barking next door, but not sure if they lived there or were visiting. The place was nice and definitely worth the price. The hot tub was a great size and there was plenty of lawn space for games. Only things I would change.... 1. There was 1 towel per person which isn't enough between showers and the hot tub. There is a washer and dryer but is easier to just bring extras 2. Both shower head needs to be replaced or fixed. There is little pressure and not a lot of water 3. That metal rig thing on the doorway to the deck took out more adult toes than I could count. Maybe there was a screen door as well but you can't see it, and it hurts to step on.

Overall the house was clean, beautiful and there is an open concept in the home, which was great to enjoy tv and cook. There is no A/C down stairs ( ground floor) which was a bit warm but the nights passable. We opened the window at night just a bit, just to get a nice breeze. There is A/C on the top floor. which is great. my family and i had a great time! i would definitely rent again maybe next time in the winter.

Was a perfect getaway from the world for the weekend with plenty of local spots to keep us fed well and beautiful scenery in every direction.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean, spacious and peaceful. Also, close Sunday river brewing and local stores.

We enjoyed 5 days in this wonderful house , it is very clean, has all the amenities including a hot tub on the deck. It is within a 6 minute drive to Sunday river Ski area. The owners have easy instructions to follow . Would readily rent there again Thank you

Great ski house!

Perfect for a large group. I hope we get to come back again. The Hot Tub is brand new and very nice. The available TV stations are amazing. My only small input is to bring your own pillow if you are like me and have high demands for your pillow comfort.

Our weekend was amazing! The house was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was so relaxing. The location was perfect; private but close enough to the grocery store and gas station so we could run there when we needed. If you are cooking for a large group bring your own large pot or frying pan but other than that it had everything and we made due!

Everything was as we were wishing for and even better :)

We had a large group of people stay at the house and it was perfect for us. Fully equipped in the kitchen and the hot tub was a great addition after a long day of skiing. Great house to rent for the weekend .

This was such an awesome find! We were able to fit 3 families more than comfortably! The owners were so accommodating. And the hot tub was just an added bonus after a long day on the mountain! We already booked for another weekend in February! Can’t wait to come back- highly recommend it !

Our stay at this house was perfect. The house was beautiful and the proximity to Sunday River and restaurants was great. Our family especially enjoyed the large hot tub outside on the deck. We will definitely be back.

Great house with everything needed for a good ski trip. We went with 2 other families and there was plenty of space for us and the kids (6 adults and 6 kids). The open kitchen/dining/gathering room was great for all. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day skiing. It was great to use the washer/dryer between ski days. Only a few minute drive to Sunday River, the Matterhorn, and Sunday River Brewing Co. Perfect location. Very happy with our stay and would book again for a similar trip.
