Beautiful spacious property
Aside from there not being anything in the building marking the location of the condos and no clear direction as to what needed to be done (beds stripped? Towels washed? Dishwasher unloaded? What do we do with the trash?) before check out It was a trip I'll never forget!! Everything was just how it was shown and described in the listing and far more beautiful that we could have imagined.

Place was amazing but for as nice as it was the bed mattresses were horrible! I’d suggest spending more then $20 on a mattress. We literally left two days early because none of us could sleep

The Communication was off with the expectations! The Property is not African American friendly!
This establishment and the people we rent from does not give accurate information witch cost us $300.00 extra dollars in the long run! The place looking as you walked in was clean but showers bed sheets and tub were dirty! There needs to be better communication with the HOA and you people as the rental staff! It’s poor!

Good stay but could’ve been cleaner.
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious and had more than enough room. The view of the lake is very beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is about cleanliness. Whoever was responsible for making sure everything was clean did not do a good job. The shower located in the main master had mold. Mold also located on the carpet outside on the balcony. Dishes were still in the dishwasher upon arrival. Toys were left out in random places. It looked as if the guest(s) before us had checked out late and there was not enough time for the cleaning crew to do a thorough cleaning. Other than that I have no other complaints. I would stay here again.

Very peaceful and clean!
Really enjoyed our stay here at barefoot resort. It was nicer than I realized, the pictures don’t do it justice! The little entry way was probably my favorite. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we loved being in a gated community.
The place was plenty big enough for my family, 6 adults + 3 kids!

Beautiful Property
We loved our stay. Beautiful home the villa was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Children friendly, close to the beach and the scenery from the villa is beautiful. We will definitely book this villa again.

The property was beautiful, other than that it was not what we thought.
The condo was gorgeous. Problem was we were a party of 2 families with a total of 6 small children ranging in ages from 9 months to 8 years old. We were told upon booking this rental that it was ocean view and family friendly. Everything in the condo was breakable. It was a waterway and the facility was on a golf course full of elderly people. We weren't even there 12 hours and got a note on the door about our "child" keeping the downstairs neighbors up from sunrise all night long, so I'm figuring Monica Johnson had a child or children also since we had her papers still sitting on the counter when we got there. Along with flip flops and an empty bag of pretzels on the floor next to the couch. If it were a couples weekend it would have been ok, but we were looking to stay somewhere that had stuff for kids. And honestly if I were the downstairs residents who live there I'd be angry too, that the rental upstairs was being advertised as a family friendly place. It's obviously a retirement community.
