It looks clean but photos are deceiving! We noticed a very musty smell when we first walked in but assumed the unit had not been used recently. It wasn’t until our last day that we discovered mold on EVERY window in the unit and very close to all of the beds - including the bed our young children slept on. Other issues: -There was FOOD found under the sheets on one of the beds. -The guest shower wouldn’t drain which resulted in standing water. -The floor of the master shower was VERY dirty. -All of the wood floors were sticky -Master bathroom fan had a thick layer of dust which rendered the fan useless. -The dryer lint tray is missing so there’s no way to clean out the lint so clothes take HOURS to dry - even a small load. Contacted the host but have yet to receive a response..

We truly had an amazing time at Mickey Mouse Cottage. It was very clean, modern decor and very conveniently located to shops, restaurants and the parks. I would 10/10 recommend!

We were able to do what we needed and had a wonderful Christmas experience with the kids and go to all the parks and have a small tree set up and do Christmas presents on Christmas morning THANK YOU for letting us rent your home

The property owners were super with us!!!! Alway answering to us at every text message we will send. The property is very beautiful and cleaned with all Disney decoration that no need to stay any other place . Also very central to nice restaurant and to attractions . Definitely staying here again !!!!

We had a really special time at Disney World and enjoyed staying in the Mickey Cottage. I loved how safe the neighborhood felt and how close it was to the parks and grocery stores. We enjoyed the mickey waffle maker, the xbox and games, and the swimming pool! The only thing that I didn't love was that the Keurig machine didn't work and there was always this musty smell which is still on our belongings now at home. I never communicated this with the owners so that is probably my bad. Overall though the place was a wonderful place to stay!

We had such a great time at the Mickey Mouse Cottage. We had kids ranging from 1 year old - 10 years old and all had a blast. The cottage was decorated so beautifully and the kids loved the bunk beds and Mickey themed rooms. There were so many extras available (crib/high chair/toys) and plenty of room to spread out. The resort was so fun and had so much to offer for all ages. The water slides, splash pad, and pool were awesome. We would definitely rebook again!

Unit was excellent- clean..comfortable beds. Pool/water park was superb! Area too congested! Nearest Walmart is an absolute nightmare!

Our family stayed in this 3 bedroom home because of the condo size, home amenities and condo amenities. The home was well equipped with linens, some toys for the kids, XBox, High chair and more. The home overall was comfortable for our family. The cleaning could have been better as upon arrival there were chip crumbs on the living room carpet and the tile flooring just had the feeling of film/dirt. The master shower also has a bit of mold which could use some good deep cleaning. We did have to communicate with maintenance regarding a chirping smoke alarm late at night. There were several burnt out light bulbs through out the home as well as night lights. We brought our own so I left behind. Overall, the home met our needs and was comfortable for us. I would recommend the maintenance folks tend to the property a little more regularly or leave a few important items behind, bulbs, flashlights, batteries etc. We would stay at the property again and recommend to others.

Stayed here with my daughter and another mom for a dance competition at Disney. Location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. condo was clean and nicely updated. Pool was great! We would stay here again.

This condo was the perfect backdrop for our Disney vacation! The home is very clean and beautifully decorated with designer touches. Less than a 15 minute drive to all the parks. Our kids loved the pool, especially the water slides, for our off days. Everything we needed to enjoy the benefits of home were right there. The owners have thought of everything and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in and check out process was a breeze. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful condo! We look forward to staying on our next trip to Orlando!

We were so impressed with the Mickey Mouse Cottage. The accommodations were clean and beautiful. We were so comfortable and we all slept great! The management was very attentive and responsive. Thank you to everyone!

We stayed at the Mickey Mouse Cottage for five days and four nights with my 5 year old, 3 year old and 15 month old and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Welcome Packet that the owners send ahead of time was incredibly detailed and had every piece of information you could need--passwords, nearest grocery stores, detailed instructions for trash pickup, etc. The pool was incredible and my kids LOVED the splash pad and water slides. (Though, beware--the splash pad is not heated. Once you get used to the water though, it's a BLAST!) The food at the on-site Marketplace Grill is delicious and the kids meals come with several sides--including a fun tattoo, making it extra special. Easy walk to the pool, even for little legs, making this spot ideal for families. What set this property apart though was the responsiveness of the owner. He was quick to respond to questions and feedback. For instance, a few of the nightlights no longer worked, which was no big deal. But I thought I'd let him know anyways. By the time we got back after a day at the park, new nightlights were on the kitchen table. We also had a 5 p.m. flight out and we asked (very last minute) for a late checkout if no one was scheduled to arrive the day we departed, and he was super accommodating, which allowed my kids an extra two hours at the pool! We were especially grateful as we would be flying back to 19-degree weather up North. That extra time in the sun was a God send! My kids were devastated to leave, and when we return to Orlando, we plan to stay again--next time, checking out the Mickey Mouse Farmhouse!

The property was perfect for our family. It is well suited for all ages. The mattresses were incredible. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay during our thanksgiving getaway. The unit was exactly as pictured. Plenty of toys for my 6 year old and 1 year old. Portable crib, high chair and more already there for you to use. Very clean and amazing owner to speak with. Any question I had was answered within a few minutes. Will definitely be back soon!!

I just stayed at the property for a long weekend with my husband, 11 year old son, 1 year old daughter, and 5 month old daughter. The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful and updated inside. Incredibly clean, which was of utmost importance with COVID. The facility pool and activities were beautiful. Also, the staff at Windsor Hills was wonderful as well. The only hiccup we had was our door code not working, but otherwise great and I highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The property owner is extremely kind and helpful. Always a quick reply and goes the extra mile. Their home was squeaky clean and felt like a home away from home. We had the most relaxing vacation here and will be back again in the future.

This is a great place to stay! Close to Disney, stores, and restaurants. Only a short walk to the pool and water park.

We booked this rental as our Oasis after long days at Disney. It was perfect. The property was secure and welcoming. The unit itself was exactly what we needed after long days in the parks.

Location and themed perfect for our family

The location for this property was fantastic! It was nice to have the space for a big group. Make sure to bring or buy a few cleaning supplies. It would have been nice for the condo to have a few cleaning supplies available.

Great location if you’re planning on this being a Disney trip. Plenty of room in the property for a family. The only negative thing to say is it could have been cleaner & it could use new bedding. Other than that it was a good place to stay!

We had a great time staying at Mickey Mouse Cottage. The house was stocked well with linens. Beds were comfortable. And the condo is literally minutes away from a Wal-Mart for all of your quick grocery/etc needs! The kids enjoyed the club house area with water slides, pool, games, live music, etc. We loved the convenience to the parks! The owner was so easy to get in touch with and checked in with us during the week to make sure everything was going smoothly. Everything was mapped out perfectly in the information we received prior to arriving -- so there was no stress or worry when we arrived. We definitely recommend this property!

Our family of four stayed here while visiting Disney. The location was great. The condo was on the second floor but very close to the car! The condo was very clean and up to date. Great value!

Amazing! is the word that comes to mind. Kids loved it. Had enough room for 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids) and the balcony was awesome. It is in a secluded area so you have some awesome peace and quite when the kids are asleep! Lol. Thank again for the stay. Will definitely book again!!

We loved this condo. This gated community is just a 10 minute drive from Disney World. The home was very clean upon arrival. A/C worked great! Appliances and kitchen are all very nice. Parking was perfect, we could park right out front (free) and carry our stuff of the staircase that is right there by the curb. The home had a highchair, crib, and pack-n-play (just bring your own crib sheet, FYI). There was even a box of toys which was a wonderful surprise for our toddler. Our older child watched a couple of the many children's DVDs. Can't say enough good things. Thanks so much for opening your home to us!
