We loved everything about our stay! The house and location was beautiful and very clean. We had everything we needed. The management was wonderful. There were a few things i had to email about and they were very prompt with getting back to me and getting things fixed. Would recommend this house and Chalet Village to family and friends.

Great value for money. Excellent amenities. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen with lightly used equipment. Garage is a bonus. Some small repairs and upgrades to this property would be the icing on the cake. We would definitely consider this property for our next Gatlinburg trip!

The views of the mountains were amazing, they seemed so close of course so far away but so pleased with this location! Very well updated, supplied with so much! Would stay here again!!

We rented the cabin to be in the fantasy light parade. It was exactly as listed and one of the best cabins we have rented in the area.

Charming, spacious and well-equipped mountain lodge with views that just won’t quit. The drive up and down the mountain are not for the faint of heart, though.

Loved the views! House was just right for our family with enough space for everyone. Game room was great!! Kitchen well stocked with what we needed to cook meals. Thank you!!

The cabin was wonderful we had three couples plenty of room. Everyone really had a great time. The garage was nice to keep the two vehicles we had inside. Seen several bears in the area got to watch them play on a fallen tree and play with a street sign. Wonderful view of the smoky mountains. Would book again.

The place was absolutely beautiful, very well equipped and very clean! Views are amazing! All emails answered promptly and Matt took the time to immediately call us when we had a question about the TV. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed the comfortable house. It was a little difficult drive with all the twists and turns but once we got to the house we really enjoyed relaxing in the home. We especially enjoyed the back porch and the fire pit! Thank you!

This house was perfect for us -- gorgeous, comfortable, well-appointed, great location. Every single piece of furniture in the house was particularly comfortable, and every common space easily accommodated 8 people (dining room table, deck dining table, theater room, game room, living room, etc.). And bedrooms on each of the three floors gave each household some privacy. Our six nights turned out to be not nearly long enough! Downtown Gatlinburg is a short drive away, and the Welcome Center and free trolley are right at the base of the hill (house is about 1.5 miles of winding mountain road away from those). We enjoyed the jacuzzi, played pool/shuffleboard/foosball, watched a movie in the theater, ate leftovers in the screened-in porch with the firepit going, did (our own) puzzles on the massive dining table, etc. In between hiking the park and exploring the downtown attractions. And we did some neighborhood walks -- road to Welcome Center isn't particularly walkable, but other roads near the top are very lovely and interesting to walk. Never saw any bears from the deck, but did run into one in the backyard once when we went out to use the jacuzzi :-) Very impressed with all the amenities, and the various inviting spaces in this house -- it was a wonderful place for our extended family getaway.

We had a wonderful stay together as a family in this cabin. The location is close to downtown Gatlinburg with wonderful views of the Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub, games in the basement, time on both porches, grilling a nice dinner, and all the nearby amenities. Highlights of the area- Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, Goats on the Roof- with goats and a Mountain Coaster, the Pirates Show was a huge hit for our 4 year old grandson, Ripley’s Aquarium, Anakeesta, and some fun at Putt Pitt and Arcades. Highly recommended the area for families looking for a fun and relaxing trip with young kids.

Beautiful home with spectacular views. A complete mountain stay experience. Tons of space and lots to do on site. Easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was perfect for our 4 senior girls and our toddler.

I love that this cabin was as beautiful, if not more than, the pictures on the listing! I never had to worry about my two-year-old and my 9-month-old because every landing had a baby gate or door that closed off the stairs. The pack-n-play and high chair provided also saved us from having to pack those essentials on our trip. The views are great and catching a sunrise coming over the mountain was really a highlight of the trip for me!

The house was clean and well maintained. We ran into one minor issue with the microwave blowing a fuse, I contacted a the property manager who immediately sent up maintenance. Overall the house has a great clean/updated space for families to enjoy the mountains. I would definitely recommend this house. There is plenty of restaurants and attractions in the downtown area of Gatlinburg. One of our favorites was Anakeesta mountain park (multiple restaurants, shops, and attractions).

We enjoyed the beautiful cabin with great views. This is the second time we stayed at the cabin and it has everything we needed for the family to enjoy the stay.

The cabin itself is gorgeous. Beds are comfy. Lots of entertainment. Kids enjoyed the big tv in the theater room. We enjoyed playing pool in the evenings. Matt is very responsive and communicates very well. It’s nice to have someone who cares so much for the people who are staying in their homes! The views are beautiful and breathtaking. The driveway was a little scary the first time driving it but then we got the hang of it and it was easy. Enjoy your stay!!!

We were surprised at how quiet it was with three different floors and being able to close off that master suite on the top floor. Our family members residing on different floors were not disturbed by our early morning risers in the kitchen. There were so many activities to do in the home, we were reluctant to leave for sightseeing at times. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, and we were impressed by the wonderful descriptions of what was available in the home, so we could plan according. The beds/lines were super comfortable, and the hotel-quality towels and touches made all the difference. We would definitely re-book this property in the future. Matt was an awesome communicator - very responsive, and the attention to detail left us comfortable with all systems and processes. We had an amazing time making memories, and the value was exceptional!

The home is beautiful but definitely needs some work done. Cabinets were broken in kitchen, walls desperately need painting. The walls were so filthy and dirty along with baseboards that it made the entire home feel dirty. The sofa couches are somewhat dingy and need cleaning down in the game room area. The view was amazing but the home needs a little TLC.
