Memories of Haleiwa are imprinted in my mind, we had the nicest vacation and the visit was everything we were looking for. The apt had all the necessities but the deck which faced the ever changing Pacific and a postcard Hawaiian beach was the show stopper… sublime. We super enjoyed our stay so quit and peaceful Thank you all for a fab stay

This is one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at. The beach right off of the back is amazing and quiet. We had the pleasure of seeing many sea turtles come up on the sand to sun themselves and while snorkeling. The property is well taken care of, and all of the permanent residents were very friendly. It is very close to most of the restaurants and sites in Haleiwa. The condo came with everything that we needed for our stay, like beach chairs and extra items for the beach. The kitchen seemed well stocked and organized. And it was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Oahu. ♥️

Overall was a fine place to stay. I hate bugs BUT you’re on an island, so they’re gonna be there. Cockroaches scatter in the parking lot and on the outside of the building, but I saw NO live ones inside the condo. I saw one dead one up in the bathroom fan. I always book places with an AC. I have a family that struggles to sleep if it’s too hot. The AC unit (in window) definitely cools off the bedroom (very well), however; the remainder of the condo was warm. It didn’t bring the temp down in the entire unit like it did the bedroom. So keep that in mind if you have guests sleeping out there. The beach is literally right out back across the lawn. It’s not a beach that I let my child swim and play in the water, it got deep too fast with good sized waves. But was great to look and and just sit on the beach. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a issue for us. There were sheets I went to put on the sofa bed that were visibly soiled. Like hard to miss soiled. Also saw small smears of blood on the shower curtain and curtains in the living room. The shower head pressure is AMAZING! So nice to have a good shower after long hot days playing. We ran out of paper towels super quick. We went through them quickly because we dried our hands with them after washing because the hand towels didn’t smell fresh, and I wanted to wash them first. When asking the owner for more paper towels, “there were none more a available in the condo”. She was kind about it, but not how I would have managed it

We loved our visit and had such an amazing time staying here! The space was very clean and well maintained, with great communication booking as well. This is my absolute favorite location and would love to come and stay here again, the sooner the better. Thank you so much for giving us a space for such wonderful memories!

The location was perfect! I was familiar with the north shore and new Haleiwa was where I wanted to stay. I was pleasantly surprised about the exact location and the beach was so peaceful. I very much appreciated the visit and the attentiveness of our host when I asked questions. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests. I definitely recommend.

Travelled as a small group, family and a friend. Stayed for a while and plan to go back within the next 12 months. Very much a calm, local getaway not a party filled Waikiki, found a spot for yoga every night, a spot to swim with turtles and cute fish everyday, and walkable to restaurants and shops and shaved ice! Hosts 100% responsive and helpful. Condo well equipped with towels, linens, spices, small and large kitchen appliances, snorkel equipment, leftover sunscreen, etc. Outdoor shower the BEST for removing a day full fo sand.

We very much enjoyed staying at Pat’s place! The location is awesome, close to everything. The condo had everything we needed, swim and snorkel gear included. We especially loved the semi-private beach. Highly recommended!

It was simple and easy, just right for us.

We stayed at Haleiwa Beachfront Condo. for 2 weeks. Hale'iwa is a tourist stop by day but has friendly charm mornings and evenings. The condo was adequate for a senior couple. The one issue was the TV was difficult to use. Appliances could use an update. We really didn't need cable, just wanted to watch local channels but couldn't figure that out. Mornings on the beach and in the ocean were wonderful and the people great. Evening walks were very special. It still seems like Hawaii is suffering from there covid restrictions. Not many events to attend and restaurants are open hit and miss. Museums and parks were short staffed. Beaches were empty, however we were there during rainy period. Certainly not like it used to be.

This is the best place on the planet!! If your looking for some uppity, snooty, stuffy, I’m better then you resort this is not your place!!! This is for folks that are grateful, thankful and appreciate of a tiny slice of Heaven in this crazy world! It’s not always about the accommodations in Hawaii it’s about God’s beautiful creation but it enhances it when you get to be steps off the beach and have the birds for your alarm clock. This condo is a gem and Dawn is an excellent communicator and manages it with top skills!! Grateful to Pat who is willing to share such a special place with us! The comment below about being illegally rented is a very angry, ungrateful, lack of understanding, rude individual and should stay in a $800 night hotel(not on the beach) sipping on a martini being “cool”. It’s people like her that ruin the world and beautiful treasures like this place. I have been coming to the North Shore for 30+ years and these particular condos for 15 years…it’s 100% my Heaven!!!

great stay

The unit was very nicely fitted with well modern renovations. The location is excellent with quick access to the beach and the town of Haleiwa. Most places I rent the online pictures look better than the actual place. Here it was the opposite - the unit looked better in person than online.

Very nice unit,was what we excepted and more,very safe and friendly area,we wanted to stay and get a feel for the island rather then stay in the city,would stay here again if time and life permits it.

Spacious well-equipped apartment, great views of the water, beautiful sandy beach, swimming with turtles inside the reef! Convenient to local buses and just a short trip to Waimea and Sunset Beach. Great eateries in Haleiwa. Would gladly return here!

It has been all redone and very tastefully I might add. It is close to town and located on a beautiful and very private beach. The décor makes you feel that your in a very nice home not a rental until. I have been to Hawaii ten times and I have never stayed In a place this special and at such a great price . My first and only experience with VRBO has been horrible. BUYER BEWARE! Maybe there are hundreds of excellent rental experiences through the VRBO platform, but ours was not. I booked a condo in April, only to arrive on 9/4 to a dirty condo, a non-functioning air conditioner, a broken front door and overall an illegal rental in Oahu county. I was told on the morning that I am flying to HI that I CANNOT tell anyone who I am, where I am staying or for how long. Because if the county found out, they would fine the condo owner and she would: and I quote from the email: "would have to boot you out!" You would boot us out on our vacation because you violated local rental laws and rented out your condo. You sure didn't have a problem accepting our money. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. It is now two weeks later and I am still waiting for the rest of my refund. I did not cause this problem, I am not the source of this incompetence and should never have been "rented" this condo in the first place.

We so enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and appreciated all the amenities. This location is pristine and you can’t beat the view or the fact that a beautiful beach is only steps away.

This is a perfect condo fully equipped with everything you need. Anything you need for drinks, meal preparation, lots of beach equipment and has incredible water pressure. The beach is situated in a bay which makes it a great beach for children. The water was calm and the easy access to snorkeling is amazing. I am not sure how calm the water is in the winter though because it IS the North Shore. Pat is easy to reach if you need anything. I would highly recommend staying here. Aloha..My family and I had a wonderful time staying in your condo. The accommodations and location was just perfect, the view from the balcony was lovely and easy access to the beautiful beach was just what we needed. We enjoyed our coffee and snorkeling every morning. We also loved how close it was to delicious restaurants and fun shops. Outstanding location and perfect place we were looking for. Clean and comfortable. Our backyard ended up being our favorite beach on the north shore. Can’t wait to come back again!

Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at this condo. The location is perfect for those that want to experience the true beauty of the island and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a bit warm in the living area as the AC unit only cools the bedroom. Otherwise, everything was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great condo on an amazing property.

We stayed here for 8 nights and loved every minute of it. The beach is extremely close by and perfect for relaxing without the tourists hovering nearby. I needed a chill vacation free from the cares of everyday life, and that's exactly what we got with our stay. The condo is spacious and clean, and has pretty much everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Sunsets are amazing BTW.

This condo was awesome! Perfect for our family. The beach was right there and the turtles swam all around us. Super quiet area and not a lot of people on the beach. We could not have gotten a better place to stay. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great location walking distance to Alii’ beach park, protected swimming in front of condos. Strict condo management, fine for adults, not very accepting or tolerant of children’s normal play. My boys were asked to move from common grass areas three different times when playing with a soccer ball, passing and running. Otherwise a great experience.

Haleiwa North Shore is a beautiful quiet quaint little town the condo complex is not even a mile from downtown the condo itself was very very nice, very clean upstairs unit . the grounds were impeccable the beach right there in front awesome little condo complex

This was my first trip to Hawaii and this was the perfect place to spend it. A few steps to the sand and all the amenities to make the week perfect. The location is away from the busy downtown area, lots of cute shops and food trucks nearby and did i mention steps from the beach! Would definitely stay again!

Communication was excellent with contact. Was a college graduate gift. Surfs Up! My son and his friends had a great time there. Will rent there again in the future, would highly recommend! Thanx very much!
