Traveled in winter. There was no heating or carpets in the room.

Really beautiful property. Comfy bed and hot shower. Centrally located. Great view from the rooftop terrace. I thought it would bother me that breakfast was not included, but the manager recommended a nearby place, and it was fantastic. Wonderful staff gave good recommendations for places to eat and directions to where I wanted to go. I look forward to returning.

More stairs than I expected from the road. But, there are stairs throughout Chefchaouen.. It is a little tricky to find so use Google Maps. It is well worth it. There is no heating in the room in January. Although the listing said, "Air-conditioning," it never occured to me that it would not be heated in the wintertime. I made sure to look for that for future places. It was not enough to deter me from returning.

Great little hotel which was authentically Moroccan. Superb, helpful and friendly staff - they were magnificent.

Unfortunately we arrived amidst an intense, tropical, December storm that lasted for days. In damp, cold and rainy weather the guesthouse isn't optimal because there is no heating nor fire hearth. We just couldn't get cosy so we left three days early. Would we come back? Yes, but we'd make sure we came during good, warm weather! Then this guesthouse would be utterly charming, and the staff were superb.

they are nice staff who helped us to pick up from the bus station. and organised. I booked for one night but then I extended another night. I didn't booked just messaged the owner and he kept the room for me which was overwhelming and he didn't charge me more. in this case I would say they are very nice and flexible.

the toilet wasn't very clean. and it has a very fishy smell from the toilet. the toilet commode was dirty which made me sick. and the light was too low to see. The only thing is if they change this one would be a fantastic place to stay.

The stuff made our experience great, He helps us with all what we needed inside and outside the RIad, they have an amazing terrace at the rooftop. The Raid is very old and historical , You can see history through the building above and surrounding.

We loved the traditional touch in the furniture in the suite we stayed at. It was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful and nice.

The stuff was so attentive to our needs and we liked most !!the view from the terrace!!

We had great time at Dar Elbakkali, the good atmosphere at night in the terrace is amazing . The place has a great location close to everything. The host /owner is so friendly . It was really a great stay!
