The apartment was excellent, 2 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms. the location was central to everything. A lovely touch by the owners was leaving bread, ham, cheese and chocolates in the fridge. there was also a dishwasher with dishwasher tablets and a washing machine with washing powder. We couldn't rate this property highly enough.
There was nothing we didn't like about the apartment.

We liked everything about the accommodation, lots of thought given to attention to detail. Location was perfect. The shower was exceptional too.

the bathroom and the shower are really really nice, the light that comes in in the livingroom it's a lot. the kitchen is well equipped
the rooms are at the basement of a small building/duplex that has another house on top, and that was not really clear by the pictures. The walls are pretty dirty and would enjoy a paint

Great location everywhere walkable very pleased
Bus stop only 3 minute walk away so easy to get around the island
Beach near plus a pool resort area across the road which can be accessed for a small daily charge

This was an excellent apartment, very clean with all modern facilities. It is in the old town and near all restaurants and shops. I would stay here again

Clean, close to a great pool and sports centre and to Nico’s for fantastic coffee and cake whilst being in a nice quiet location.
The owners were absolutely lovely and could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

Excellent location, 3 min to beach (playa chica), 5 min to old town and same to new town.
Amazing apartment, new, beautifully decorated and so roomy.
Gustavo and his wife are wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one.
Great WiFi (downstairs didn’t work but Gustavo really tried to fix it) and TV even had some movies to entertain our little one.
There was water, milk, and other bits and bobs for us when we arrived. Lovely little touches.
A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the mod cons
Pillows are a bit lumpy but everything else was comfy.
