The house was spacious but over all amenities were dated, bedding was dirty and overall felt messy. When were traveling with two families each with three kids under 7 so used the basement bunk bed room and they enjoyed having an extra area to play. There is also a huge hill next to the home so everyone had a blast sledding. Unfortunately, two of the sheets had visible stains (boogers on the bunk beds, etc) and one bunk was missing a top sheet entirely. The other beds were comfortable but the bedding was old and the pillows no longer comfortable (the stuffing was all lumpy/flat). The kitchen was very unorganized and cluttered with broken plates, unmatched dishes, awful pots and pans and a toaster from the 80s. The sink facet was leaky and the silverware holder was broken. There was also no hand soap for the sink. Some furniture was falling was also fall apart (back of the basement game cabinet and the glass to the door as well as main living room game cabinet). A few simple upgrades to the towels and bedding, a good clean and reorganization of the kitchen would make this home a wonderful Vrbo.

My friends and I were here for a choir retreat. We've been coming to Silvercreek/Granby Ranch for 20+ years. This was the best accommodations we've had. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely home and setting with impressive kitchen stock of appliances and stock for every need. Lots of room for everyone to be together or on their own. Extremely comfortable beds and linens. Only drawback was the lack of soap. One tiny bar in two bathrooms and none in the third.

Well stocked and nice location within the subdivision. The fire pit was really nice in the evenings.

We have rented several VRBO’s this one was by far the best. It was 100% as stated and the pictures were very accurate. Beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed all the areas especially outside. We saw wildlife and it was close to many activities. This rental was as stated in my top two.

Totally it was good, one more thing needs, please check the batch tub sink at first floor second room.

States hot tub as an amenity but fails to mention its an additional $10 per person to use the hot tub. Very difficult to get ahold of a live person with check in issues. House was beautiful and exactly as described.

Great location, tons of space, and very well stocked with everything you would need. My only issue is that this listing needs to be updated. If it would have been accurate I would have booked another property. We had 5 kids who just wanted to swim and be in the hot tub which the listing said was part of our stay. Come to find out you have to pay $10 per person, per day to use this and we had 9 people for the week. The one day we decided we would pay $90 we couldn’t even get in, VERY disappointing! Your listing should say this as your book upon arrival did so you are sharing false information on your listing. We also had high hopes of using the gas fire pit as the listing made it sound accessible however nobody has ever shoveled there so there was no hope in ever finding or even using the fire pit. Good house just need to update your listing, I would also suggest adding the bedroom layout so people are aware of the bedroom locations.

overall the house was nice and fit our large group. The bed I stayed in had what looked like makeup or dirt on the sheets and pillow which really grossed me out.

We enjoyed our time at this vacation rental. The house is beautiful and very clean. Everything feels pretty new in the house. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the fall colors at Rocky Mountain National Park.

We were in Granby for our daughter’s wedding . This house was a prefect size for my family and a great location to Granby Ranch ski resort. We had a lot of family in and all rented houses, all were nice but this one was the best in my opinion. A hot tub would have taken it over the top!! We are planning another trip next year and will defiantly look to rent this house again. Thank you for the great stay!!

We had our sons weeding at Granby Ranch, excellent location, very close to venue, Very open house and great for groomsmen to hang out before the big day. loved out door space great for hanging out and playing corn hole. Plenty of room.

The property fit our needs great! We were in Granby for our daughters wedding and the location is 2 minutes to Base Camp and 2 minutes to the ski lift, pool, fitness, etc.

Our family of five adult children enjoyed a much needed vacation in this lovely home. We love the Granby Ranch area as it is centrally located to so many things. The home was just like portrayed in the pictures, spacious with plenty of room for our kids to have their own space. The home is open with a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining table that became the area we spent a great deal of our time cooking, eating, playing games and watching the NCAA tournament. The basement was a comfy place to snuggle in and watch movies. All the beds were very comfortable and we all slept well after long days of skiing. The washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. We are already planning our next trip, maybe this Fall to hike and see the colors change. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. I highly recommend bringing your family to stay in this home, you will not be disappointed!

house was exactly as described! we are a family of 5 and had MORE than enough room to spread out. everything we could have needed was in the home! only hiccup was the driveway was covered in ice! my husband had a hard time getting into the driveway because our suv was sliding around (we are from texas). i know it's colorado but every other driveway on the block had no ice or snow on it, even the house across the street that was empty and for sale! other than that we loved our stay!

The house was great! Comfortable, clean and very well taken care of. I would come back again and will recommend it to friends coming to the area for vacation.

Overall really enjoyed the house(especially the backyard) and Granby as a whole. Couple of things that could have made this experience better. 1) I had read in airbnb reviews that the pool was open and there were guidelines due to COVID. I reached out to the contact on the check in instructions and never heard back. Luckily, the pool info was available once we got to the property but it was hard to schedule pool time beforehand based on limited info. Not a big deal. 2) Overall the house was clean but there were some details that created uncertainty about how thorough the deep clean was. Examples would be crumbs on the couch, hair/dirt in the master bathroom and blankets that didn’t appeared to be clean. Perhaps our group was sensitive to this because of COVID but I do feel that for how significant the cleaning fee was it wasn’t as thorough as we would expect. This even created doubts about if we made the right call by planning this trip.

Everything was outstanding and a great place to stay! Just a couple of items to note. Overall, the house was very clean and beautiful; however, we noticed upon arrival that the bed sheets were not washed and clean. It was obvious they were slept in so we needed to wash the sheets. This was very upsetting and disappointing. It was a late night because of it. Othet than that, it was amazing. I blame the cleaning crew and they should be fired!

Well stocked, nice home and right on a great sledding hill. This came in handy with the COVID19 outbreak and all the resorts shutting down. How convenient! Our family had a great time and will be returning.

Great location with easy access. Kids loved the huge backyard area. Tons of snow!! Even had some hills for sledding!! Great place to stay!!

The house was well stocked with all the essentials and nice open floor plan. It was very close to ski resort.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property, which was ideally located near the Granby Ranch ski resort and accommodated our two family group perfectly (family of 5 plus grandparents). Very comfortable and plenty of space to move about while the kids played. The house was warm and nicely appointed and the kitchen was set up well for cooking for our group. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again sometime.

Everything about our experience with this property was positive. Plenty of room for our family of six and the location was great. We especially enjoyed the fantastic patio and outdoor fire pit. Great location as we were able to make day trips to Rocky Mountain NP, Grand Lake, and Winter Park. We hiked, enjoyed the activities at Stone Mountain Ranch, activities at Winter Park and my son also enjoyed fly fishing on the Fraser River. Life is good in the Rockies.
