Very, clean, quiet and affordable

Overall, we really liked this vacation rental. The location was near the venues we visited, the condos were clean and spacious, and the kids loved the pool. We also liked the fact that we did not have to do laundry or dishes before we could check out. Only requirement was to drop off the keycards. We especially want to commend Rich, the security agent. He was VERY accomodating, helpful, and just genuinely nice. The other security agent who checked us in after midnight was also very accomodating in helping us relocate into the same building with our other family group and also to move us down to lower floors. Cons: The internet was constantly logging off. One of the staff finally gave us a staff password and that seemed to resolve the problem. Another HUGE negative was receiving marketing calls WHILE ON VACATON from our rental. On our check-in paperwork I had deliberately not checked the box that said it was ok to receive marketing calls, yet that is what happened...TWICE!...while at the parks we were visiting. Another negative was the fact that I asked repeatedly for a confirmation email that we had informed the staff of our late check-in, yet I never received one. Also, more USB plug-ins would have been appreciated. Beyond these negatives, however, our vacation stay was great! I would have given it 5 stars if not for the negatives, but we would definitely stay there again.

Clean and convenient

The rental property is affordably priced and meticulously maintained. It features a compact gym facility with a limited selection of equipment. While the pool appeared attractive, our children did not have the opportunity to utilize it due to our frequent excursions. The convenient proximity to a gas station ensures refueling is easily accessible, and there are numerous dining and shopping options nearby. Additionally, Universal Studios is located just a brief 30-minute drive away. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to rent it again on any future visits to Orlando.

Location and condo were fine. We were charged an unexpected $26 a day resort fee for amenities we never used.

Our goal was to visit Disney and this was the perfect location. The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. The heated pool was amazing after a long day of walking. The room was larger than I thought and a very cozy and comfortable stay.
