This unit worked great for us.. It was super clean, well stocked, and right near the water. I Took my teenage son for his Senior Trip, and we loved it. We had other families staying at homes close by, and were able to get between the places easily. Kaibo beach bar is located steps from this unit, and we ate there several times throughout our stay. The food is great, and the views are amazing. Owners were super responsive, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with this condo. All appliances have been upgraded to stainless steel and the living room has all new cushions. The master bedroom is spacious, the bed comfortable, and the closet is spacious. We were very happy with the kitchen. Everything needed to prepare and serve food is available. One cupboard has lots of different spices, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, coffee filters. There are plenty of cleaning supplies, broom, dustpan, vacuum, and pail with mop. The lanai has its own broom, as well as a hose to wash off the sand before you enter the lanai. Being on the ground floor you are steps away from the pool, beach or tranquil bay. The wifi worked well. The only thing that didn’t work as expected was the TV reception. It was intermittent. But did not affect us much as we don’t travel to new locations to watch TV. The owners were quick to respond, and checking ourselves in with the lockbox was perfect. Really great place to stay if you want a quiet location, away from the crowds.

The condo was nice although we did have a couple issues which were not addressed. Communication with the owners is not the best. We mentioned many of the slats in the living room blind were missing - didn't hear anything on that. The light in one of the bathrooms went out. They sent the property manager & he dropped off the totally wrong light bulbs - never heard back on that. That being said, a nice area if you want to get away from the norm. The pool is right out the door to the left. There is loungers and hammocks. Right next door to the Yacht Club restaurant and bar. Down the road is Starfish point which has a nicer beach. The condo itself is really nice and roomy with the 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The ice machine in the fridge was a definite welcome as was the washer & dryer. Kitchen is stocked pretty good with dishes, pots, pans, spices, cleaning supplies, etc. It has a briquette bbq which we used most nights. Enjoyed the screened patio. A couple suggestions to the owners - a bbq brush, a couple travel beach chairs & umbrella and a couple floaties would definitely be welcome. Also a note to the owners - neither bathtub drained very well - the one off the master bath was really bad.

This property was great! It was clean with plenty of extras. The location is so peaceful and beautiful. Can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was as described and met all of our needs. The location was terrific. We are looking forward to our next stay.

We loved being so close to Rum point and also having our own private cove! It was perfect for our toddler. There are so many activities close by including sting ray city and the bioluminescence! We will be back!

Condo was beautiful, walk out the back patio right the pool & beach. Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to be able to save some money by not having to eat out every meal. Would vacation here again!

Perfect. Our biggest "complaint," if forced to offer one, would be a few missing slats on the blinds in the living room. That's IT. Really. In addition to a gorgeous ocean view (50 yards away), a pool view (20 yards away), a high-end coffee bar (70 yards away), two decent restaurants (100 yards away), and two outfitters offering more kinds of tours and boating excursions than one could do in a week, this place was SPOTLESS and QUIET. We hung out on the screen porch every afternoon then retreated to the AC when the sun came around. Oh, and the cupboards were full of the kinds of things I'm always trying to figure out how to buy expensive small container of on rentals like these, e.g., salt, spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a bunch of other things that made cooking in fun, not a hassle. A leisurely ten minute WALK in one direction takes you to Starfish Point (public beach, with real starfish easy to find) and in the other direction to Rum Point and another restaurant and decent snorkeling. This development is virtually at the end of the world, so don't go here if you're into late-night shenanigans. But for families with little kids, early-to-bed empty-nesters, etc.: perfect. This is a place we'd absolutely go back to.

Everything about this condo is just right. Location is great, size is perfect for two to four people, furnishings are pretty and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.

Loved the place. Not the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach. Plenty of things to do if you are interested. Easy to get to other side of island with the water taxi

This is a great location - lots of star fish in the water, great area to kayak. Nice to have a coffee shop and restaurant beside us and close proximity to Rum Point. The condo was well maintained having all amenities needed. Loved the fact it was an end unit. Owners were very responsive. Would return to this location.

Had everything we needed. Spacious and comfortable. Only minor issue was a slow draining bath tub.

Just returned home from Stingray Kai at Kaibo Beach . . . what a perfect place to stay! The owners, Gary and Tina, were so responsive and so easy to work with. Their Condo at Kaibo Beach Yacht Club is an ideal place to call home for awhile. Quiet location on the island, near Rum Point and Starfish Point. Pool and hot tub steps away. Kaibo restaurant and bar steps away on the beach. The condo is wonderfully appointed - we cooked in most nights and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The people at Kaibo are so friendly. It's just a relaxing, fun atmosphere. We are already planning a return trip.
