Fabulous apartment beautifully decorated and close to everything

This condo is absolutely perfect… beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is amazing!!! We didn’t even have to drive anywhere…we walked to great shops and fabulous restaurants and the tram to the beach was wonderful! We plan on going back next summer!

Leigh was an incredible host! She was very accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. The condo was spectacular and we highly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visits Rosemary.

The condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and SO convenient (walkable) to Rosemary Beach Town Hall and St. Augustine Green where my family and I attended a wedding and reception. It would’ve been nice to have been supplied body soap and shampoo/conditioner. We also would’ve preferred that the towels had a nice bleach/clean-laundry scent to them. Otherwise, everything else was great! We also enjoyed the puzzles in the game cabinet.

Location, cleanliness, safety, comfort, amenities were all fantastic! Great space for a family of 4/5. Owner was so easy to communicate with and helpful prior to and during stay. I was afraid the location may be loud in the mornings and at night, and that parking may be an issue, but not the case at all. Fun to be in the center of all the action! Can’t wait to go back!

This was a lovely property and a convenient location for shops and restaurants. It was in the middle of all the action with live concerts nightly. The condo itself was very nice with high ceilings and a pretty interior style. We were disappointed with the quality of towels provided. For a group of 5 ladies there was one towel per person. They were thin, rough and not plush. We felt for the price of the condo, the towels definitely need an upgrade and they should provide at least 2 towels per guest. The owner brought us a few more but their quality was also lacking and still not enough. We were also reminded there were laundry facilities available but when you are traveling for less than a week and again at this price point doing laundry isn’t high on a travelers list. A couple extra blankets or pillows stored in a closet would have also added to our comfort. The tv was a bit confusing as the remote in the living room worked multiple tv’s in other rooms and the channel guide provided also needs updating. This unit was on the 3rd floor and we heard our neighbors above us with young children racing back and forth across the floor the first couple nights. However that can be the luck of the draw when staying in a condo. Overall it was a good trip and Leigh the owner was responsive to our questions. For the money we paid, however, we believe a beach house or condo with a beach view is more our style.

The rental process was flawless and very easy.

The location was perfect for our family- three children (7,5,2). We used our car once the entire trip- to go grocery shopping. We were able to walk/bike everywhere. For people with small children, this place is ideal. We were able to walk to the beach with our wagon in tow. We also made great use of being able to walk to Rosemary Beach and Aly’s Beach for restaurants. Every night, we listened to live music from our balcony. We highly recommend renting bikes from downstairs and cruising the neighborhoods- there is so much to see! You can even bike to various beaches. There are also lots of cute beach shops downstairs. There are two pools- one for little kids (1.5 feet) with a zero depth entrance. Our younger kids loved it!! Our oldest loved the deeper pool/hot tub. Leigh is very easy to communicate with and is prompt with attending to any questions and/or concerns. There is an in-house binder with restaurant recommendations. The 3 bedroom condo was very clean and our family really enjoyed our stay! We love the 30A and will be back to visit.

Loved the Rosemary Beach area. So much to do within walking distance of condo. Loved listening to live music on the balcony every night. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

This is a beautiful property with easy access to everything. There are lots of choices for dining, deserts, shopping, bike riding, etc. There is nightly entertainment downstairs until 9pm. On a few nights, we cooked & ate as a family in our condo. Afterwards, we sat outside on the balcony for a concert that felt like it was just for us. We will definitely be back !

We had a wonderful stay at The Villages of South Walton (our 3rd time!). This condo was exactly as pictured- clean, spacious, well running AC, updated kitchen and perfect proximity to the pools (just steps away). We enjoyed the patio which overlooks the Peddlers Pavilion for nightly music. You could park your car for a week here and have everything you need in this complex or explore along 30a conveniently. The owner was wonderful to work with and quick to respond! We will be back!

Leigh’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or taking the tram and the pool was an added bonus. We can’t wait to return!

Property was great pool could of been cleaner

Pros- large unit, cleaned well, comfortable mattresses, nice big equipped kitchen, enjoyed music on the deck every night, easy walk to the beach, right next door to Rosemary and Alys Beach so convenient location, we had trouble with the front door lock and the owner was responsive and easy to get a hold of Cons- towels are very worn and need to be replaced, no comforters on beds- just thin quilts- no extra blankets around, could hear people above us, be warned if spring break week that Peddler's Pavillion is THE hub for high schoolers- like thousands of them. It worked OK because we had teens with us who enjoyed that scene but not great for adults- there was a 10:30 curfew the police enforced so it did get quiet but it was unlike anything I have ever seen before every night we were there! Overall I think it's a nice condo for a good value especially when considering the crazy high prices at Rosemary. We enjoyed our week.

Property and Location were wonderful. Lots of space to spread out, small balcony was great for drinking coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Close to the pool and a 7 minute walk to the beach.

The unit was very clean and updated! The beds were superb, wish we could stay longer. The host was prompt and friendly!

We had such an amazing stay here. Leigh was incredibly communicative from the begging, any question I had she answered right away and was so sweet. But most importantly the place was AMAZING. Newly renovated and simply beautiful- clean and everything in perfect condition with everything you need right there. It felt like home. The amazing balcony overlooks the cutest town with great restaurants and shopping and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes which was super important to us. We didn’t want to be far from everything and this was truly the most perfect location. Close to Rosemary, close to the beach, everything was walking distance. We loved it and couldn’t have had a more perfect stay. We will most definitely be back!!!! Thank you Leigh!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, and it had everything we needed. It was conveniently located to the beaches, pool, restaurants, and other areas in FL. There are shops below, restaurants, and a Pavillion with live music on Saturdays. We were able to walk to most things we needed which was nice too. The owner was very friendly and the pictures are exactly what you get. Nicely decorated and roomy. The beds were comfortable and we were very happy! I would definitely rent this property again.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect - walking distance to the beach, and you are right in the heart of Seacrest and Rosemary area. Hope to return!

This condo was in the perfect location! Just a short walk to the beach where you can spend the day in the beautiful white sand. The pool was perfect for our three year old. The balcony overlooked pedallers pavilion which if you like live music they have someone play every night. You can either go down and join the crowd or listen from the balcony…we did both! The condo was just as described and Leigh was an absolutely wonderful host. We will be visiting again in the future!

We had a great experience for our one week stay! The condo is well maintained, & nicely decorated. We felt like we were at a resort with dining, shopping and live music nightly right below the units. Walking distance to Seacrest Beach , Rosemary’s town square and Alys Beach. The owner is a pleasure to communicate with!! We loved our stay at the Manchester on 30A !

The property was nice and in a good location easy access to food and shopping

Property is well kept and decorated. Perfect location to see and listen to the live music and centralized for easy access to restaurants and shops. Owner was very nice and always available. Definitely will stay here again.

Nicely decorated and clean. Comfortable beds. Owner very responsive. Nice to sit on balcony to listen to concerts. Nice area; more busy with shops and bike rentals. But that’s part of the vacation “vibe” also.. I gave four stars for location instead of five simply because it’s not on the beach, but beach properties are higher priced so that’s the trade-off in my opinion.

The property was top notch. Comfortable beds, clean linens and furniture. Modern decor. The kitchen was excellent for hosting family and entertaining. The pool was very convenient. We loved the shops down below and in the courtyard. Music and families enjoying themselves every night. The only negative was the beach access was distant and the beach was overcrowded. The shuttle helped get things back and forth. We will return again.

The property was the cleanest property I’ve stayed in to date! Everything smelled so fresh and clean. The owner was super responsive prior to and during our stay. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and bike rentals was excellent as well. Would highly recommend this place to anyone lookkng to rent on 30A!
