I Tre Falchi was an absolute delight from the moment we made our booking. Francesca and her team on the ground were incredibly amenable, well versed to our needs and extremely diligent and capable throughout our stay - especially juggling 12 different children across our few weeks each with different food allergies. The house is a magical combination of modern design and convenience set within an idyllic Umbrian hillside setting. As a group of 14, we had ample space to swim, relax and eat. We genuinely could not have had a better two weeks. The only downside was having to leave and come home. I can not recommend Il Tre Falchi more highly.

I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing property! The combination of stunning vistas, Italian culture, sumptuous culinary experiences and the most accommodating hosts made this trip extraordinary. Everything was 5 star and I can't wait to go back.

Vacationed twice at this amazing Villa, once in the summer, and more recently in November for the Olive Oil harvest. Perfectly situated in the middle of Umbria, overlooking Todi, it has easy access to Montefalco, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Deruta, Spello. The different times of our visits have offered diverse experiences. Three summers ago, during a very hot spell, the house, fully air conditioned, proved to be very comfortable. We lounged leisurely by the infinity pool overlooking rolling hills and charming Todi. The painting worthy view can be enjoyed from any part of the house and property. One truly feels immersed with nature. On both trips we had the staff prepare us delicious meals (breakfast and dinner). Thank you, Antonella, for the most delicious home cooking! Elisa was our activities and sightseeing planner, her insights and recommendations for wineries and restaurants were invaluable. The house itself has every modern convenience, and it caters to the highest standard. We can't wait to go back!

When we arrived there was a wonderful spread of food and welcoming committee! Our driver picked us up at the airport and drove us all over Italy- he took us to small villages that were amazing as well as Rome and Florance. The manager of the house set everything up including a home cooked meal the first night as well as a gnocchi making lesson! I would recommend this to any family. A wonderful experience!

We were looking for an authentic Italian experience and we certainly found it at Villa I Tre Falchi.This beautifully restored, fully equipped modern farmhouse is set in an idyllic location with spectacular views of Todi. The home, with its perfectly maintained grounds, five bedrooms, infinity pool with pool house, and separate guest house, can easily accommodate a large group yet it still feels private and relaxing. While it would be easy to lose yourself in the serenity and comfort of the setting, day trips to nearby towns, such as Spello, Assissi, Perugia, Orvieto and Todi, are well worth it. Additionally, and perhaps most importantly, the owner Francesca, went above and beyond to assist us in the planning of our vacation. She made recommendations for day trips and restaurants, a rental car and driver (Stefano) and a private chef (Antonella). She also put us in touch with Elisa, the property manager, who helped us so much that it is impossible to list everything that she did for us. This attention to detail far exceeded our expectations and made the trip very special and memorable.

The location is so beautiful it will bring tears to your eyes, and the villa is amazing in every way! Day trips to Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto, Spoleto, and of course the hilltop city of Todi, to name just a few. Food and wine, friends and family, truffles and olive oil. Forget San Francisco. I left my heart in Tre Falchi Todi!
