We had an amazing time. The property was beautiful and we had an amazing view of Split from the outdoor balcony. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. Plenty of space to hang out and relax.

What a great find when we booked this apartment! From the beginning the communication was excellent, the host made sure someone was there to let us in and show us a round when we arrived (which was a really nice touch). The apartment is just a quick walk to the city activities and restaurants but far enough away where you don’t hear the noise. The apartment was very clean and Felipe always had a smile and made sure we were ok anytime we ran into him. The big spacious porch was such an added bonus, we spent every evening winding down from the day out there. So happy we went with this choice for our family to stay.

Everything with this unit was wonderful. Very clean and well-appointed apartment, great location, enormous outside deck, and great communication. Highly recommend.

The place was amazing. The views and location are unbeatable. It was close to everything in town but far away enough to be quiet. The home is modern, clean we maintained. The communication process throughout the stay was outstanding. (pre arrival, during stay and at departure). Everything you needed was provided and the offer to purchase your groceries prior to arrival is helpful (especially after travelling 20 hours). Filip was away but his father took care of us. The weather was weird during our stay being on the chilly side half the time and hot the other half. They brought up heaters and turned on the cooling system earlier to allow the AC units to run. We were greeted at arrival where they showed us the home and how to use everything and remained incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely rebook if we return to Split.

Modern, spacious apartment in a great location. Convenient to the center of Split and the harbor. The terrace of the apartment has amazing views of the city and the harbor. Quiet, safe location.

We had such a great time in Split. The apartment was very clean and ready when we arrived. The location was perfect, above the city center with beautiful views. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the promenade. Felipe was so helpful with recommendations on sites to see, plus restaurants. If we had any questions, he responded right away. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and beautiful. Outdoor terrace had amazing views of Old Town Split and the water. Easy ten minute walk to town and promenade to access everything. Filip was wonderful and easy to reach with any questions/needs. He also gave us recommendations for food/things to do. Would definitely stay again!
