The house was very spacious and clean, inside and out!!! The pool area was amazing as well!! I was a little concerned with all the rules, but everything was great, including the host! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation at the beach!!

Very impressed when we walked in the door with the cleanliness. It is dated, very low sinks in the bathrooms but having the pool was a ++ with my 10 year old grandson. We went to 2 to 3 beaches a day including the one down the street that we walked to and ended our trip with 513 shark teeth, last year we got 325 so it was a great stay. Would definitely come back again.

Property was extremely clean and very close to everything, especially the beach. Martin and Jen were easy to communicate with and very accommodating to a special request that we had. We had everything we needed, even bikes and beach gear which were much appreciated. I wish all VRBOs were run like this one!

House is not as nice as pictures and price suggest. But location is good, close to beach and town. Home has a lot of deferred maintenance, the tile floors make it noisy. There is a lot of damage to the ceilings maybe from hurricane.

The house and location are both perfect. It was great having the swimming pool. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay again!

The house is close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Great location for biking and walking. The pool was great but the surrounding landscaping was not appealing, the outside definitely could use some TLC and a little curb appeal to match the rest of the neighborhood. Otherwise it was fine.

House very clean. Location was perfect had a nice mile walk in the morning for coffee and a short walk to the beach. The only suggestion I would have is the beach chairs need replaced and upgraded.

Was very impressed with the house. Very clean and accommodating. Walking distance to bench which was great. Neighborhood was quite and clean. Pool was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Love Venice

Pictures are very accurate of the house. The neighbourhood is fantastic, Venice island. Short walk to the beach. . The house is very comfortable and spacious for up to 6. The owner was very helpful when we needed help. We would definitely come back !

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO rental property. Description of home was completely accurate. Owners very quick to respond to any questions I had. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare our food. The neighborhood was very quiet and all those we met were very pleasant. We had a wonderful time biking throughout the area, even into the town of Venice. There were bike lanes on all main streets, I felt safe enough to even let my 5 year old ride her own bike!

We had a great time! House is very clean, beds are comfy. Kids had a great time in the pool. Walking distance to a beach, short drive to other beaches and restaurants. Great experience overall

We had a great time at this property. House was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Located in a very nice neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. Big swimming pool was a huge hit for our whole family! Thank you Jennie and Martin!

A++. We enjoyed the house, the pool and the close proximity to the beach. Perfect temperature pool. Short walk to view sunsets on the beach. Great house layout with many amenities. We made use of the bikes, games and beach items. Would love to stay again.

The property is a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood, just a short walk from the neighborhood beach access. Can't beat the beach for swimming, sand play, and especially watching the sunset! The pool and deck were great for enjoying the Florida weather. We enjoyed using the grill to make dinner, and the grocery store is just over a mile away (very convenient!). Very easy to access the home. Owners were great with communicating. Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. They also supplied sand toys, pool toys, even beach bikes! Washer and dryer on site. Bring your own soap/ detergent/ toiletries etc. Met our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay here again. :-)

The house was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and the beach is only a very short walk away. Top class!

We would absolutely stay here again. The owners are very easy to deal with and were prompt to answering any questions. Just a couple of suggestions about the home are: the twin beds and queen mattresses are very uncomfortable,water in second bathroom shower barely comes out and more runners on the floor so when you come from the pool area you do not track dirt into the home. These issues would not stop me from staying here again.

Perfect sized for our family of five. We came for our nieces wedding. So nice to have our own kitchen & pool vs a hotel. The quick walk to the beautiful Golden Beach to catch the sunsets was amazing!

The home was welcoming, the owners responsive, informative and kind and our stay was wonderful! We hope to return in the future and book again at this lovely home in Charming Venice Fl!
