Kyle’s apartment was just what we needed — great central location, big spacious bedrooms, top floor with a balcony. Sunset cove is the perfect spot for traveling with little kids — an enormous and really fun pool (with a swim up bar!!) and a fantastic secluded cove perfect for swimming and sandcastles. Highly recommend.

Top knotch communication with Kyle, he was very quick to respond. Cant beat the location, steps to the ocean and pool Overall great place to stay! Would visit again.

Location- Awesome Condo- Meh The location is awesome. The beach, pool, bar, and area is perfect, once you are on site. The bartenders are awesome. Note that this bar is a local hangout, and several patrons are from the area. I had the impression is was a private bar for the property. Definitely not a problem, though. Good restaurants within walking distance, and grocery was close. We rented a car, and parking was not an issue. The condo itself was very average. It was cleaned when we arrived, but the walls need to be painted, there is a hole in the kitchen ceiling. They use aluminum foil to line the burners on the stove. The furniture is beat up, and damaged in areas. The paint on the walls is different colors, and poorly done. The kitchen needs to add more utensils for cooking, including more ice trays. Also, being a beach property, you would think a proper vacuum would be available. All they had was a small, hand-held unit. The listing calls it a garden view, but it really is a parking lot view, with cars, shipping containers, and un-manicured landscaping. The former property on the front of the resort is beat-up and not operating. With the location, we made it a good trip, but for the cost, it should have been a much nicer unit.

Everything was excellent! Spotless and the little extras. Only no dishwasher may want to change that in the list for the kitchen. Would recommend and would return to the Condo for a 2nd visit!

Kyle was so very accommodating. Check in was mindless. We arrived early and he was able to let us into the condo sooner than expected which put us on the beach minutes later. Great location, clean, and quiet. My only complaint...I needed about four more days of vacation. Highly recommend and will be back!!

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you could need for your tropical vacation. The beach and pool are easily accessible and the Lazy Lizard swim up bar was a great bonus. The host was quick to communicate. highly recommend this location for your Grand Cayman stay!

Rental was very clean. The pool area and ocean access was wonderful. This is a great location which is close to plenty of places to eat. Amazing experience!

Kyle was a wonderful host and responsive to the few questions we had. The unit is beautiful, clean, and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and would definitely go again.

Kyle’s place great for families. It’s has a full kitchen that allows us to make meals from time to time. The property is well maintained has a pool and bar/restaurant that serves it. Thanks to a barrier they beach at the property was preserved and is great for little kids and very little waves exist. There is also some nice snorkeling as you get out towards the barrier. We would stay here again!

Kyle was the absolute best host. We came to visit for my son’s 8th birthday and the location on seven mile beach was excellent. Kyle provided me with a list of bakeries in the area to order his cake months prior to our arrival. His condo has everything you should need. Even contact solution and pool noodles. Will definitely recommend you booking and staying with him, as we will be back next year. Thanks Kyle!

Our family of 4 enjoyed staying here and loved how convenient it was to the pool and beach. Kyle was very prompt with responding to any questions and gave clear instructions for our arrival. We would highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time at this property. The location is perfect and the beach is absolutely stunning. Kyle was wonderful to communicate with. The property is fully stocked with everything that you need and Kyle's recommendations for food and places to go during your stay are spot on. Would definitely recommend this property to any one visiting the island.

We loved the condo and location. One of our favorite areas. The condo is large with a spacious living room and balcony. Second bedroom was great for our friend that joined. Master bath was renovated and such a large shower and double sink area. The host Kyle goes out of his way to add so many little convenient touches in the kitchen and all throughout the house. Had everything we needed and more in the kitchen and things like beach towels, hairdryer and flat iron for my wife were perfect. Shampoo and bath products in the shower and little things like toothbrushes and toothpaste if needed were all such great touches. When you walk out the door, you are just steps away from the pool and swim up bar and just beyond is the beach and pool. Kyle had lots of pool and beach items in the closet too like masks and snorkels and a variety of things you could use at the beach. If you are crazy and want to do laundry on vacation for some reason you can even do that since he has a washer and dryer inside too. Kyle made himself available anytime for us if needed but we never had any issues or needed him for anything. We treated it like our home because he made us feel so welcome in his home. We would turn the AC up to 79-80 when we were gone to help save electricity which is so expensive and it was so quick to cool back off immediately when we returned. We would clean our dishes after each use so we didn’t leave a mess behind either. Everything you need and more is in this condo.

We needed a place to stay until the rest of our group arrived. This was the perfect spot to get some relaxing in. The bar next to the pool was a perfect spot to have a drink and get some sun. The updated bathrooms were very nice and the balcony was great for morning coffee.

We made a return trip to Grand Cayman and Sunset Cove this year. The unit owned by Kyle is exactly as we remembered it and everything was outstanding. This is a clean and comfortable condo located just a few feet from the pool and beach area. Kyle is very helpful and responsive to questions, usually within minutes- not that we needed anything! The condo has a nice master bedroom with shower/bathroom area and a smaller second bedroom with a bathroom located right outside the door to the room. The open area has a well stocked kitchen, a separate dining table and there is a sitting area with a TV. There is a deck with several chairs, facing west to see the sunset. We hope to return next year!

We did a quick trip to the Caymans and Kyle and the Property were great. Easy to get to from the airport, easy access in and out and Kyle was super communicative and helpful as we planned. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at Kyle’s Sunset Cove condo. It was bright and airy, beautifully designed and very cozy. Very clean also, and kitchen well stocked. Sunset Cove was the perfect place to stay, with it’s own beach and lovely pool. Within walking distance to some great restaurants. Please check out Ms. Piper’s and if you love Indian food,…Southern Spice. As far as Kyle’s hospitality, he went above and beyond to answer all of my numerous questions both before and during the trip! (Thanks so very much, Kyle!) He was an exceptional host; I would highly recommend staying here for your Grand Cayman vacation. Book early to ensure you can get this unit!

Sunset Cove is an outstanding property - the protected swimming cove and the large pool provided wonderful swimming and snorkeling opportunities. Kyle's unit was equipped with everything you might need (there is no dishwasher, but that was covered in the description), down to Q-tips and toothbrushes. Kyle was very responsive to any questions. We had a wonderful time and plan to return. 5 stars for sure.

I don’t have enough good things to say about this place it helped us have a wonderful trip. The description is right on point and would highly recommend staying. Kyle had everything we needed to enjoy our trip, the condominium complex was wonderful with the beach pool and bar all right there. Was also conveniently located to other great places to check out. Kyle was also very responsive and easy to communicate with the whole time.

We stayed in Kyle's Seven Mile beach 2 bedroom /2 bath condo for 7 days. My husband and I had a blast. It was a beautiful condo with great amenities. The beach was gorgeous with a cove surrounded by rocks with white sugar sand. We snorkeled close by and saw beautiful marine life. We loved the pool with swim up bar. We spent time between the beach and the large pool and loved it. We had a rented car so that we could enjoy the surrounding areas for scuba diving. The condo itself was wonderful. We ate in most of the time and had all the amenities and more we needed. We went to a local grocery store for food. Cooking in was great as we had everything we needed. We were very comfortable in the condo. We loved the large balcony. We played all day and came in at night to enjoy cable TV. Sometimes we walked to the bar for a beer :-) Communication with Kyle was excellent. He was quick to respond for booking, check in and check out. Everything was great so there was no need to communicate during the week. We would absolutely stay in Kyle's condo again!!

This condo was exactly as advertised. High ceilings, newly renovated bathrooms, all the essentials and a great location. The manager was super accessible and accommodating too. All in all, a great trip!

This was a great property and location! The owner Kyle is awesome and there were many “extras” in the unit like toothpaste and brushes, coffee filters, sugar and numerous condiments. Those little things add up! We rented a car but walked next door many times to the restaurants/liquor store etc, so you can get by without one, or take a bus. We had a great time!!

Exactly as it’s described. Kyle is the most helpful host. It’s more of a local feel with some great local restaurants nearby and about a 15 minute walk to Caymana. We did go to the northern part of 7 mile beach to see the “fancy “ resorts. We took the public bus which is super easy. The swim spot in front of the complex is great and we were the only place in that area who still had beach left which was lovely. Kyle went above and beyond to help us with anything. He responded immediately to questions and gave us in depth responses to any questions we had. Once again, Kyle is the best host!

Condo was great, very spacious and roomy, enough of everything. In a few words everything we needed was provided.

The property was perfect and exactly as advertised. Host was great as they got back ASAP. Very clean, neat and in order and right on the beach.
