in the children's bedroom downstairs there is a very, very bad and toxic smell - and because of this the smell spreads throughout the villa.️

We liked our stay at your villa very much. Everything was perfect both inside and outside. We were pleasantly surprised with Russian TV programs in villa. Hope to come back again here ) Gardener comes very early in the morning but this is not problem. Problem is that he is very noisy some of us woke up and could not sleep again

A lovely villa in a quiet location, close to the beach but not too far from Napa. Extremely well stocked with everything you might need. The attention to detail in this regard is amazing. Would very happily stay here again and would recommend to others. Top marks!

Size, Location, Pool, Cleanliness, Easy communication.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. We did have a little trouble finding it from the directions initially, but this could be because we arrived quite late at night. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, with plenty of storage space. The pool area and garden is beautiful too, and there are plenty of seating areas on the balconies. Although there is a roof terrace visible in the photographs, this isn't accessible to guests for safety reasons. Having said this, we didn't find this to be an issue since there are so many other places to sit. Would certainly consider a car to be required when staying at this villa. We drove to Ayia Napa (around 10 minutes away) most evenings for dinner, unless we were having a BBQ at the villa. It was great to be so close to Ayia Napa, but also to have our own privacy. We would definitely go back!
