The location was great with easy access to the beach and condo was spacious. It could use some upgrades (new paint, appliances but this wasn't a big deal for us) However, it was not nearly as clean as expected. Fairly thick dust on ceiling fans and some of the TVs and dressers/night stands. Floors only clean where immediately visable, bird feathers on floor in living room, dirt streaks down doors and sides of kitchen islands and cabinets, etc). Pool was only big enough for maybe 4/5 small children to play in (that is being generous) and hot tub was out of service which we weren't made aware of. Condo has approx 9 TV's but only 3 worked, which we also weren't made aware of. Maintence did come quickly to look at TV's but was unable to help. Supposedly in MB spectrum changed out all cable boxes and whoever is responsible for that didn't follow through (this is what we were told). Sliding glass doors had no handles and had to be lifted slightly to open. Also, I believe the condo above had a pool table so it was very loud in the evenings into night. That isn't anyone's fault just wanting to make it known. Overall the size of the condo and proximity to the beach is 5 stars but that's about it. I travel annually with 10-15 family members to MB (for the last 10 years) and was really hoping we had "found our spot" but that isn't the case unfortunately.

Plenty of room could use some tlc the hot tub was green

We had 15 people ranging in age from 1 year to 75. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable sitting around. Convenient location to beach and local shops and restaurants. Pool and hot tub on site.

There was plenty of space for us and it met our needs, but this property is definitely ready for a remodel and some updates! The amount of money charged in its current state doesn't feel like a very good value and I would not choose this property again. On top of the overall poor condition, the cleaning crew absolutely failed on this one. Dirty floors, dirty countertops, dirty dishes, dirty washrags in one of the bathrooms... overall just looked like the cleaning crew dropped off the linens and cleaned nothing!

Could use some updates. Plenty of room, had couple issues but very prompt and accommodating to fix the problem. Lots of room, plenty of dishes pot pans bowls etc. Would recommend and would book again. Also right on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Arrived with luggage and no elevator . Had 2 people that were handicapped. Neighbors helped with luggage and later, a person from iTrip came and helped with luggage. Cannot call anyone for help, message only. Very frustrating. No hot water at the kitchen sink. Kitchen lights blinked afraid of fire so did not use the lights. A little dark! The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Took them all down and washed them. Needed new batteries in the air and temperature control. The floors were not very clean. The TV was in front of the glass doors that blocked the view of the ocean. There was not a lot of silverware so had to wash constantly. The microwave door was split and dirty . Needs a new microwave. There is a terrible brown looking stain in the downstairs bathroom tub so we did not use it.

Overall stay at this property was good, however there is plenty of room to make this property better and more inviting. There are still multiple cosmetic issues that should be addressed, and the kitchen sink dripped all weekend. Some guests reported that the water in the shower/tub would back up while showering. The guests in the unit above us were loud all hours of the night and there is not much insulation or noise barrier between units. All in all we had a decent stay, there was nothing that absolutely ruined our weekend, but definitely room for improvements.

We had a great week and would stay at this condo again. When a problem arose there was a quick response to my email and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Only minor complaints would be the sliding glass doors to the balconies are hard to open and the parking garage is really tight.
