We had a wonderful experience at the home in Cape Coral! The property was just as advertised! It is spacious and has all of the amenities that you could ask for. We had 6 adults from our family for the stay and had plenty of room when a couple of friends joined us for a night. The pool was refreshing and surprisingly cool considering the outside temperatures. It is located close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The owner and management were both very responsive. We definitely recommend this for a rental and will consider renting again when in Florida!

We, a family of 5 from London, England, had a fantastic two weeks in this stunning house that’s situated directly on the Caloosahatchee River that separates Cape Coral from Fort Myers. Firstly, the communication we had with Werner, the home’s owner, from when we made an initial enquiry, all the way through to check in and during the rental was swift, accurate and informative. Ingrid (who manages the house for Werner) came by the day after we arrived to say hi and to make sure that everything was ok – which it absolutely was! The house itself is huge – around 4,500 square feet, spread across two stories. Two master bedroom suites and two good-sized additional bedrooms are located on the second floor (in the UK we’d refer to it as the first floor – either way it’s the top floor!), along with a games room that included some fitness items and a pool table that saw regular use from our two boys. An open plan downstairs contains a lovely, open, airy entrance hall, two dining rooms, a large lounge area and a well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen contained all of the items you could possible need – not just in terms of appliances and cookware, but also cleaning kit, coffee and some well-received water, soft drinks and wine, left by Ingrid, given our scheduled late arrival time! The house is well appointed, providing plenty of bed linen, bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. We didn’t come across anything that we felt was missing. And the house is in great condition. Its location is incredible. Being west facing the sun came up over the 3-mile-wide river and bathed the generous pool, pool area, rear yard, and boat deck throughout the day. We spent significant parts of the days sitting outside, around the pool, enjoying the sunny weather, watching the boats go by, as the kids played in the nicely warmed pool. We also saw manatees and dolphins within 30 yards of the boat deck! Having stayed in a number of Cape Coral houses, it was great to stay in a house without a cage/netting covering the pool and deck area. The house’s location is nice and quiet, and perfectly located for the various amenities and attractions of Cape Coral. We do like our VRBO reviews to be objective, but there is genuinely nothing that we can point out that future guests should be aware of or that would form a reason not to stay in this house. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our time at Werner’s amazing home and we will absolutely return!

This property was one of the best Vrbo we hve stayed at. Very very clean! Very easy communication with host and property manager Ingrid! Our family had the best time and the pool and view was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect. 25 min to sanibel/captiva island and about 25 min to downtown ft meyer. Lots to do and see. Totally recommend this rental to anyone! Thank you!

The house is amazing. We had the best time here making memories. Everything we needed was at our disposal. Could not ask for a better place to stay. The Henke’s always responded quickly and were very helpful in answering any questions we had. You won’t be disappointed!!!

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is incredibly beautiful. Plenty of room. The pool is great and the view out toward the water is very beautiful. Werner is fast on responses and his property manager is a fantastic lady who is likewise fast to respond. You will not be disappointed.

Quiet area lovely pool and pier. Close to ft Myers sanibel Naples. If you like the comfort of home with all amenities this is a wonderful place! Ingrid house manager greeted us on arrival and provided us with local information and was very accommodating!! We had a family of five but you can definitely have many more people. Game room was awesome!! Stay with Ellfie and Werners house is a must! I’m very picky abs this was a super clean house!!

We have rented many properties in Florida, and this house was our favorite. Very clean, well stocked with everything, fantastic views, and lots of space for our family of 8. Great communication with the owner and property manager. Very highly recommend!

This property was exactly as advertised and was a pleasure to stay at.

The term "First-Class" is the first thing that comes to mind when reflecting on this property and experience. From the tremendous communication by Werner in answering our questions, handling some of our scheduling conflicts and other requests, to the presentation of the home when we walked through the front door, to the cleanliness, to the excellent property manager, Ingrid, to the supplies and amenities, to the incredible view from the majority of the house and property, to the neighborhood full of friendly people, we definitely felt like we were on an episode of "The Rich and Famous". The only regret we have is when looking to already rebook for our next trip, our dates were already taken. We will definitely be back here at some point. Thank you for a fantastic vacation.

This is the best stocked Vrbo we've ever stayed at. The house was lovely and we had a great time.

I have rented many properties with VRBO and Homeaway.com and never had an experience such as this. Upon arrival the AC was broken. The second floor was 95 degrees and did not get down to at least 79 till midnight that evening. I have never had to walk through a property and checked for damages with VRBO. But in our exit the property manager came in saying there was a broken butter dish cover and a scratch on the table (The table is from 1990). Additionally they said the BBQ grill was not clean, ans we did clean it and we took pictures to confirm only because they had a flyer about the BBQ grill.. These owners claimed we used to much electricity and held our deposit. They are not honest people rent at your own risk.

The house is absolutely beautiful. The host was extremely attentive. The pictures do not make the view of the home justice. It was a wonderful week and we hope to do it again soon.

The house was just perfect for our family vacation . The house is located with an amazing view of the water, so peaceful to wake up too. We rented a boat and took day trips to Sanibal Island. Enjoyed the pool after a nice day out. Would love to come back next summer !!

Pictures do not so this home justice, it is absolutely beautiful!!! You can tell that the owners and manager take great care of their home and property! The heated Infiniti pool was used almost everyday and the view being right on the water was stunning! The house manager stopped by to make sure we knew how to use everything and she was very sweet to write down places to eat and shop! Communication and check in were very easy and we had a small issue with a door not locking and they had someone there to fix it within an hour! Highly recommend this home for your vacation and we will definitely be coming back!!
