Beautiful house, gorgeous views. Very comfortable and spacious rooms.
One niggle was that it was pretty cold when we stayed (August) and the bathrooms were freezing. It would be great if they had a towel heater in the bathroom or some underfloor heating. The dryer also wasn’t working when we were there.

all the villa is greaf but most if it parts needs a renovation.
we had a private chef cooking for us during our stay which was considered as a PARTY, and the didnt gave us back the safe deposit.

Location and facilities are great .
The master bedroom is superb. Ronald rhe housekeeper is amazing , did a fabulous job while we were there.
Interior is getting a little tired
Kitchen cupboards are starting to fall off.
Same with towel rails and some of the outdoor furniture.

the house was beautiful and clean. the street is calm and feels secyre, and the view is great, Ronald the care-taker was excellent and helpful

A great property for a group - each bedroom has a good amount of space and the property is nicely furnished. The pool would be great in summer!
We were quite disappointed that there weren’t any basic supplies like salt, pepper, olive oil, foil etc or any washing powder. When staying in a property like this for only a few days you can’t expect guests to buy all those things and they really should be provided.

The interior design is beautiful, the house is so spacious, especially the walk in wardrobe and main bathroom. Fantastic view to sunsets over the ocean and you can look straight up to the cable car from the kitchen. Very clean and neat. Ronald does an excellent job housekeeping. Quiet, at night you can hear the ocean. Lovely place 10/10. I'd love to come back.

little details not taken care of. not enough plates and mugs, towels hard and scratchy, no cupboard space in kitchen for food, no platters or salad bowls, towel rails broken, blind broken

Great place, very spacious, quite clean and I loved the interior decor.
In one of the rooms, the shower doesn’t have enough pressure. When another person is showering the water would sometimes not come out.

The WiFi was terrible, TV not compatible with DSTV now settings also the water in outside bedroom was not warm, shower pressure in third room was very weak.

The location and house was perfect with beautiful views of the ocean and Table mountain. An array of restaurants were just a two minute drive away which made ordering and eating out very easy and convenient. Tinashe and Ronald were very friendly, welcoming and helpful!

Property is not cleaned on a Saturday which was meant that we had to spend time cleaning

Loved the sea views. Totally amazing. The house was just too lovely inside especially the main bedroom. Location is perfect too, walking distance to most restaurants

The driveway to the garage damaged my car. They restricted us from utilizing the candles. The villa did not worth the price.
