The food was excellent and there was plenty of choice, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The views from the hotel were fantastic and there are a number of ski hire places nearby and chairlift up to the Cretes area,

The rooms are a little on the small, fine for two people, but it would be very tight for space if there were three adults in the room. However, there is plenty of storage space.

The Fun and entertainment team and the young staff were lovely charming and very talented!! We enjoyed watching theme entertaining the crowd, and their kind approach to guests

Our hallway smelled like dead bodies being bleached from day one, it was actually hard to breathe in the room. When I asked to change rooms there were none available, or no one that understands English to assist us. When asked for someone to clean the room/ floor, nothing happened, they gave us clean sheets to change ourselves, as if it solves it. Both of us got physically ill each time we returned to this tiny room. How tiny? to move from one side of the bed to the other, we had to squeeze in between the mattress and the wall - on which the tv was hung and constantly be cautious not to break it when moving. The food was at times okay at times not eatable but mostly cold and needed reheating in a microwave, the staff didn't know English at all, no room service - so there was no one to clean the horrible smell or change towels/sheets for 8 days. Location wise it is a solid location being at the end of the town, there is a lift right out of the hotel. That being said, note that if you're going out at night to a restaurant/bar, the only way back from the center to the hotel is by foot, and it is not an easy walk :) Would not recommend friends to go there to be honest.
