O espaço
A casa é uma autêntica casa de madeira construída com troncos cortados à mão com juntas de cauda de andorinha, dando-lhe caráter e charme. A casa tem três níveis. O piso principal possui um salão com lareira a lenha e assentos confortáveis em couro. Uma sala de jantar informal adjacente com uma mesa de colheita acomoda confortavelmente 12 pessoas e é aberta para uma cozinha do país totalmente equipada. Fora da cozinha, as portas francesas se abrem para um pátio ensolarado e para a piscina / banheira de hidromassagem. Uma área do deck inferior apresenta uma grande área de refeições e um churrasco a gás. No piso superior da casa há três quartos, todos com banheiro privativo. O quarto principal luminoso e espaçoso tem uma área de estar e cama king size. Sua suíte possui banheira de imersão e chuveiro. Um segundo quarto tem uma cama queen size, vista para as montanhas e um banheiro com chuveiro. O terceiro quarto no nível superior tem uma cama king size que pode ser composta por duas camas de solteiro e um banheiro adjacente de três peças.
O piso térreo tem todas as suas necessidades de entretenimento: uma grande sala de teatro com capacidade para 12 pessoas, uma mesa de bilhar e bar, uma sauna a vapor. Há também acomodações para até 4 pessoas neste andar em duas salas separadas. Um quarto não é tecnicamente um quarto, pois não possui janela, mas possui uma cama queen size e é um ótimo lugar para dormir. O outro quarto neste nível é espaçoso e luminoso e acomoda confortavelmente dois em uma cama king ou duas camas de solteiro. Possui uma área de estar completa com sofá e poltrona e uma televisão (apenas para DVD). Possui porta própria para o exterior (assim como acesso interno), tornando-o o espaço perfeito para acomodar crianças mais velhas e animais de estimação. A lavanderia com lavadora e secadora também está neste nível.
Nossa casa tem 5 quartos, mas devido às leis locais, apenas 4 podem ser alugados por vez. A configuração de dormir nos quartos é a seguinte:

A lot of detail has gone in to making sure the guest has everything that’s needed. From extra corkscrews to books and games it’s all there.
The layout is excellent and the downstairs games and cinema room was huge hit with our children and their friends. Close to town to pop into and the scenery is breath talking. Lena was a great help and was there if needed. Thank you

The home had everything you need. Full kitchen, swimming pool and toys, lots of space to play and for the whole family to feel comfortable.

Amazing house
Loved staying at this property in Pemberton. It has lots of room for all of us. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the theatre room and pool table. The hot tub was plenty hot and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. Would stay again.

Great stay
Was a great stay. Lena was always available to help us out when we needed. I'm always hesitant to book places when there is a property manager or owner living on site, but she gave us our privacy which was great. The pool worked well for us, although can't swim laps. Lots of bedrooms which we needed. Pool table, movie theatre all were fun to use too. If you're sensitive to mosquitos, beware though! Nothing that the property manager can do however. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything you need
This country side getaway was perfect for our two families. We lucked out with really warm weather during our stay. The pool was refreshing, more of a plunge splash play pool but worked great for our group.
The house had three floors so downstairs was cool, like super cool!! Theater room with 12 seats, pool table bar. Two rooms and steam shower, definitely a great setup for winter use as well!!
We were really pleased with the main floor. The open style kitchen had literally everything you needed. Gas stove even had a heat lamp area to keep food warm!! Great kitchen for groups that like to cook!! Outside bbq was tapped into gas and no problems what so ever cooking outdoors. Tons of utensils and cooking accessories. Table sits 12, plenty of room with a relaxing sitting room with book shelf. Nice selection of board games, puzzles and books to use during your stay. Lena was easy to contact if we needed anything. We definitely would go back. Only thing that sucked was the mosquitos!!!! When the wind picked up in the afternoon it wasn't so bad. Bad timing I guess.

Pemberton gem!
We were a party of 9 and we felt hugged and well cared for in this gorgeous home. I'll share some really nice notes, and a few suggestions. The proximity to whistler was nice--we ended up enjoying the half hour beautiful drive to the mountain.
The home is close to town, it was so nice to be just a few minutes away from anything we needed. Heated floors are a treat. All bedrooms upstairs having their own bathroom was so great. We did not notice or hear the on property manager Lena at all during our stay.Towels for the bathrooms were very nice, and we really appreciated extra beach towels for the hot tub. We were very comfortable and did not need the extra heat provided in the room, but it was nice to have the option. The fireplace and the wood provided made for a very romantic and truly relaxing final evening of our stay. The mud room was great---we skied whistler four-five days out of our week long visit and that room seemed essential to our vacation flow! The steam room was amazing. The kitchen was such a pleasure to cook in. LOTS of extra spices in the drawer beside the stove. Next I'll offer just a few suggestions for consideration for improvements to make a great stay even better. Might be nice to provide white vinegar and encourage guests to use it to wipe down the stream room after use (said the clean freak in the group). For a large group, it would be nice to have a larger kitchen trash-can available. Providing mattress covers would be a great investment and make both owners and guests feel more comfortable. As would some upgrades to bed linens and blankets. Mattresses were, however, very very comfortable. We loved that our teenagers had the downstairs to themselves. Would have been nice to have more than three darts to enjoy during our stay. 12 darts would mean two teams of two could enjoy. I might suggest a larger "staging area" table by the front door. Would be great to provide some extra cloth or res-usable bags in the home. These are really nitpicky things offered for your consideration, we would certainly rent the home again. The location and the house itself is really divine. Thank you very kindly for a truly memorable vacation!

Second Time - Same As First - Amazing!
This has become our Christmas present to our family. 7 adults between the ages of 26-54. Not a sad face in the house or someone saying - shall we go into town /Whistler to find something to do? We used everything - pool table, darts, movie theatre, steam shower, hot tub - all are fabulous. We loved the fireplace, prepping meals in the fully equipped kitchen, playing board games on the family size table and playing in the snow - and again the hot tub. Be as active or as quiet as you wish. The house has everything you’ll want. We will be back for a 3rd time :D

Superb for an easy family break
I live Vancouver and had my family visiting from England for the holidays. We booked the property for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The location is ideal, surrounded by snowy mountains, close to Pemberton's small but well-equipted village centre. The house has everything you could want for a very cosy and comfortable retreat and we made good use of the log fireplace, cinema room, hot tub and fire pit. It is very much as described in the listing details. We would stay again.

We ate and laughed around the huge dining room table over meals. We cooked together in the amazing kitchen which was stocked with just about everything you needed. We had a pool competition in the games room, and a family movie night in the theatre. And we all slept soundly in the very spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. Oh, and then there are the amazing views from every room and the highlight of the trip....the hot tub under the stars. Lena, the property manager, was great at getting back to our emails and showing us around.
Since coming back we have been planning when we can go again. Maybe a new Christmas tradition!! Thanks for sharing your home with us. We are blessed.

Perfect home away from home
This home is very special. Beautiful wood throughout with a modern but rustic environment that we were seeking for our first Canada visit. Home was spacious. I can't think of anything we needed that this home did not have! Comfortable sitting room which was well stocked with games, small library, and a huge fireplace. The geothermal heated home was toasty warm even though temperatures were like 10 degrees daytime during our visit. Never needed to adjust the heat thermostat. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Home was called a "bedside manor" with a fully stocked kitchen and dining area with plenty of extras. Artwork throughout the home, antique displays here and there, books everywhere, huge mud room, had a relaxing steam shower on lower level, and out the back door was a big hot tub with a picturesque view of the mountain range. Pemberton is a quaint little town. It was an easy 20 minute drive from Whistler. Ellen was always a text or phone call away to assist us with anything we needed. This was a great trip for our large gathering. Thank you very much!

This house is perfect!
This was our Christmas present to ourselves and our adult children and it was perfect. The pictures don’t show how amazingly comfortable and wonderful the home is. Ellen is lovely. We will be back again for sure. Thank you Mary and Ellen.
