The owner was super responsive and friendly and the place had great ocean views and it was in a great location out of the busy-ness of St Augustine. We enjoyed it very much! Thank you!

The view was great. The location was perfect to everything we wanted to do. The beach was a great beach to walk on. The only complaints was the lack of beach chairs and the limited hot water but would recommend it

I am frankly surprised at all the positive reviews this place received. On the plus side it had a great location right on the beach, a lovely heated pool, and well kept building/grounds. This particular condo, however, was poorly maintained and lacked care. Some of the things that dismayed us were an air conditioning unit stuffed on the sides with plastic grocery bags (previous leaks?) kitchen table bolted to the wall that was half ripped out, dirty indoor garbage can, old and worn ceramic tile floors, dirty outdoor throw rugs used inside, a bathroom rug that was discolored and peeling apart, ceiling fans filled with dust and dirt, and patio furniture consisting of 2 wooden kitchen chairs that were so weathered they looked like they'd been left outside through several rainstorms. We knew the place would be small, but even with just 2 people and suitcases, we were tripping over each other. It looked like at one time attempts were made to nicely decorate this place but it just hasn't been kept up. I would not recommend staying at this condo.

Perfect location

The size of the unit was prefect for 2 adults. The view was great. GREAT beach access. We spent alot of time on the beach. Beatuful beach. The decor was very dated. The bed was very uncomfortable, very hard. We rented this unit becuase of the view from the small patio, it would have been amazing if the chairs outside weren't old very uncomfortable dinning chairs. We would have spent more time enjoying the ocean views. Hot water ran out quick, so we had to take very quick showers. The air units are old and loud.The only reason I rated this place a 4 was becuase of the views, otherwise it was have been a 3.

The rental was perfect for our girls’ weekend getaway. It’s close enough to the attractions we wanted to see in St. Augustine, but far enough away to be quiet at night. Coffee on the patio was early because it got warm fast, but the sunrise view was amazing!

It was a perfect spot for a nice getaway! Easy access to the beach and quiet laid back area! Communication was outstanding!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The condo is smallish but it is perfect for two people. The owners were quick to respond and the place was very nice. We will be back!!

We were very pleased with our condo. It was small and cozy and had most everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient to the beach. Our host, Ray, was awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and kind of disconnected from all the tourists like directly in St Augustine. Pizza shop and a Circle K right across the street. Not much for delivery options. Subway is a short drive away. Perfect for feeling disconnected from the world for a few days. This place is perfectly compact and has everything minus washer/dryer in the unit. Walls are thin and can hear the upstairs neighbors with their kids running around. The property is generally quiet. They were working on the property during my stay and slightly noisy since it is on the ground floor. 9/10 will keep this place in mind for my next getaway.

The condo was clean and a perfect size for us . The location was nice and the beach was easily accessible. The owner was responsive when we needed more linens. We were informed before booking that the pool would be closed but were not informed until the day of check in that the patio would be closed for a couple of days. There were repairs/ upkeep being done to a large portion of the building facing the water. Scaffolding and ropes were right outside of our patio. So if we were sitting outside once the patio was open our view was of scaffolding, ropes and workers repairing the building. It would have been nice to know before we booked that this was happening. Also, when we went to use the heat one evening, the unit was partially pushed out of the wall and there was a terrible burning odor so we weren't able to use it.

Great place to rent with perfect location on the beach. All the comforts of home. Owner was very responsive which was great! I definitely hope to go back.

Celebrated a big birthday and enjoyed our stay. Unit was small but had nearly everything we needed. Suggested that you bring an extra blanket from home. The patio chair did break while my husband was sitting in it! So I had a slight heart attack. And also could have used another toilet paper roll for a 3 day stay.

This property was the perfect getaway for my husband and me. Cozy, close to the stairs and beach access, we enjoyed ourselves and didn't feel the crowd of other beaches.

Loved the beach in the condo was nice

My wife and I had a wonderful time this past week. The condo was perfect for two people with a beautiful beach. Ben was super helpful with everything and very fast to respond to any questions we had. From things to do and restaurants to visit while we were there. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and family. Make sure to visit O’steens Restaurant while you are there. They had the best shrimp we had on our whole trip and they are family owned and ran.

Ray was awesome to work with. Listing was pretty much as advertised. The negative was the condo is on The first floor was not a great view of the beach due to the dune.

4 day stay for a wedding, location was awesome, beach is amazing. Near by restaurants and very easy access to all our needs. Rooms were very adequate and comfortable

This is a great location- oceanfront! There are several restaurants and shops in walking distance. Easy access to pool and ocean! Great place for a couples getaway! It is small but has everything you need! Loved the views from the patio!

Location is perfect. 10 minutes south of St Augustine Beach so you don't have to worry with the overcrowded beaches. The beach at this property is just beautiful and spacious. Crescent Beach is is quaint area that has practically anything you need. For more shopping head to St Augustine. The heated pool felt amazing and is huge. The room is small but plenty of room for 2. Plus size people may have issues as the bed is a little small along with the bathroom. Turn up the temp on the AC so you can have peace and quiet on the porch watching and listening to the waves crash on the beach. Also take quick showers, hot water doesn't last long.On a scale of 1-10 I myself give this a solid 9/10.

Great place to stay if you love the beach. We were notified that we could check in early even though we had not requested it. Easy access to the beach.
