Beautiful property and close to everything. Definitely recommend

Lovely place for a quick weekend away in the hills. Comfortable and roomy. Kids enjoyed playing out in the fresh air. Tennis courts were a hit. We were there in winter, but the pool would make it great for a summer visit too. Great lunch at the Parkerville Tavern just 5 minutes away. Pretty sure that we will head back again.

Clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds, high quality sheets and towels, choice of pillows, enjoyed the spa bath, the swimming pool was really enjoyed morning and afternoon, with cockys flying over, roo in back paddock, could have stayed longer, Jenny

The beds were super comfy with beautiful linens. We all slept so well! We only had time for a short stay but your property is so well stocked with creature comforts, plenty of space and things to do we would love to stay for a lot longer next time. We highly recommend! I would have liked to see a starter pack on arrival. Simple things like tissues, t-bags, coffee,milk, salt, pepper, paper towel.
Having owned and managed a Stayz property, I always provided these items along with other non-perishables, and have always seen them provided in other short-stay accommodation.
I was also surprised the nightly rate was based on 1 person. Have never seen that before.
The owners were very friendly and overall we had a nice stay.

Had a wondrrful time. Could not fault anything. Had all the conveniences that we needed. Situated close to Mundaring and Parkerville and lovely walks. Hosts were informative and made us feel very much at home. Would highly recommend staying here.

Parkerville tranquility
Wonderful idyllic place to stay for a holiday in the hills. There were 5 adults and a baby and the cottage accommodated us very well with its four bedrooms, two bathrooms and family room. Add in the pool, tennis court and proximity to Mundaring townsite, and you have a great place to stay. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and keep the property very clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Will stay again.

Great location - just far enough out of Perth to feel like a holiday. Lovely house. Comfy beds, good facilities.
Tennis court was fantastic. Pool looked lovely and it was very relaxing in the pool area with the fire pit at night. Very tranquil

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away for my husband's birthday. The house was immaculate and the most well equipped house we have found in our travels, we frequent the South West often (5-6 times per year) and out of all of the short stay accommodation we have stayed in, Julie's home was by far the easiest to stay in (plenty of towels, kitchen cupboards / glassware full, activities for the children...).
The pool was a hit, the beds are beautifully made and comfortable, and the kangaroos visiting on the evening made our youngest one's weekend! Julie is lovely and happy to help with any enquiries by simply pressing her doorbell. Could not fault our stay, thank you again for having us!

Pure relaxation
Cockatoo Hills is a very well appointed and spacious “home” with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has modern appliances, lovely furnishings and the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was a bonus, surrounded by trees for shade and plenty of outdoor seating and tables. The kangaroos that visited each afternoon were a highlight too. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our three day getaway here. The hosts, Julie and Ken, were extremely helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend Cockatoo Hills and I’m looking forward to returning again. Thankyou so much Julie and Ken.

Like a Home from home :)
Thank you Julie for such a wonderful couple of days in the hills. It was lovely to escape with the family and enjoy your beautiful home and gorgeous surroundings. The kids had great fun at th tennis courts and the dogs had a ball running around in the yard. We would love to come again and will recommend your accommodation to anyone who can escape the business of Perth in just a short drive! Had lovely breakfast nearby at Mojos, took some beautiful walks in the surrounding area and even enjoyed picking some citrus fruits from your trees with the kids! A perfect weekend, thank you

Divine cottage beautiful setting
What a gorgeous homely cottage, with everything you could possibly need and spotlessly clean. Would recommend and stay again. Julie the owner is a very nice lady. Also accommodated our elderly dogs. Great in summer too with a fabulous pool. Nothing bad to say about it.

Perfect in every way
Celebrating a family birthday with 8 adults and one dog, Cockatoo Apartments was truly more than we could have wished for. We were blessed with beautiful weather and had the most relaxing time around the pool and BBQ area. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. This is a fabulous place to stay. Plenty of room for all of us - 5 adults and 2 kids. Kids loved the pool, the tennis courts and our overseas friends were so excited to see kangaroos in the back paddock. Beautiful fruit trees and birdlife as well. Fantastic venue
This was a very accommodating and refreshing venue for a group attending a conference in The Hills area. We certainly enjoyed the welcoming hosts, the very clean spacious apartment, very comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and amazing array of wine glasses. Would definitely recommend

Very Comfortable, Good facilties, Ideal location
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of cupboard space in the main bedroom. The heated pool and tennis courts were lovely. Although the apartment is adjoining the owner's main house, we had a great deal of privacy. There is a large enclosed area for dogs outside. The apartment is well located within the Perth Hills, near Mundring.
