I chose this condo for a 3 night girls get away. The location to the beach was wonderful. We loved that we could all have our own bed and that there were 2 full bathrooms. It had everything we needed including beach chairs and wagon. Everything was very clean and the condo had an adorable courtyard with pool. Great location. Had an adorable coffee shop right down the street and many good restaurants. Our favorite was Burrito Social. Appreciate how communicative the owner was.

Ali’s unit has everything you could possibly want: location across the street from the beach, beach chairs, umbrella & kids water toys, pool outside the door, and every kitchen amenity possible. Restaurants within walking distance too.

Location was great, right across the street from public access. Probably not the best location for smokers though, as you cannot smoke inside the the pool area. Also, there is no extra parking for visitors, there is one assigned parking spot per condo. We would have booked again for next year, but we got beat to it for next year. We really enjoyed the place.

Perfect location for us, enjoyed the pool and being so close to the beach. Everything was as noted in the listing. The wagon, beach chairs and towels we’re very handy. Great communication with host, was very nice to have two full bathrooms in the unit. Guests staying in other units were very friendly as well. We plan to stay here again in the future and would highly recommend.

This is our second spring break here. We stayed in a different unity in 2023 with a different owner but both years have been a blast. Clean & quiet place. We'll be booking again!

Ali is the best host ever! She made sure that we had everything we needed and was very welcoming. It truly felt like home away from home. The condo is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen (including cookware, plates, utensils, cups, etc.). The needs were very comfortable and felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The decor made us feel like we were sitting right in the beach. We had everything we needed for the beach, from a wagon to carry everything, beach towels, tots, to an umbrella. The pool and patio area was very clean and my grandson enjoyed so much. The neighbors and guests were very welcoming. It is the perfect place for your beach vacation. You will not be disappointed! We look forward to staying here again on our next beach adventure. Thank you, Ali, for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Coconut Villas! The heated pool is heavenly surrounded by palm trees & warm breezes. The location of the condo is really great, beach is right across the street ,there is an awesome coffee shop down the block & good restaurants are close by. This is a great place for a relaxing vacation.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Everything you need to either stay at the heated pool or walk across the street to the beach. Very good communication with the owner on the few questions we had. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping options. Wonderful stay - thank you!

What a gem! We enjoyed our stay. Some miscommunication about entry codes but that was fixed pretty fast. We would absolutely stay again!

Couldn’t have been happier about this stay! Condo was great and the pool was even better! Ali was an awesome host and very good about communicating everything to us! I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! We even left our kindle behind and Ali is kind enough to mail it back to us! 5 stars!

We have friends in the area so location was great. Very clean and fresh. The rooms, pool, etc were fresh with clean paint. Had great curb appeal. The rooms were very clean and accommodating.

This property was very clean and very well supplied with everything you could need. Also had beach chairs, other beach items and a wagon to take supplies to the beach. We spent two weeks here and it was so nice to have the heated pool right outside our door. Ali is a super owner and checked in several times to be sure we had all that we needed . We were so happy with the unit that we have booked it for next year.

Ali's condo was amazing, very clean and had everything you would need to feel right at home. The whole building was awesome and everyone was friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly as well. The pool was right outside the front door of the unit and the beach access was an easy walk straight across Gulf Blvd. Would stay again next year!!

The property was great. Our villa worked well. We used the pool and the grill. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay! Quiet location within walking distance to several cute places to eat and shop. Easy beach access. It was amazing to walk right out and have the pool right there. And because the pool is only shared between and small number of units, we literally had it to ourselves every single time we went out. The unit was clean and had everything we could want during our stay. Close driving distance to Tampa and Saint Petersburg (which I HIGHLY recommend). I would absolutely stay again.

The location, the condo, the heated pool and our owner were better then I expected. It was very easy to find, close to so many restaurants and even our neighbors became our friends. We had a great time!

Ali's condo is accurately portrayed by the pictures. It was very clean and well stocked. The bedrooms are nice sized with the 2nd bedroom having an extra twin bed to sleep 5. The pool area is terrific, plus the pool is heated. There is a beach access directly across the street (Gulf Blvd). Lots of restaurants to walk to as well. Thanks Ali for sharing your condo with us!

What a perfect place!!! Pictures were accurate, place was extremely clean and it was a fantastic location. Ali provided most everything we needed and we were so comfortable there. Woukd live to return.

The property was clean and decorated adorably! The host left wonderful information and was very responsive. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. With the pool right outside the front door, we never even made it to the beach across the street. This condo is located in a great area with lots within 10 minutes driving or walking.

We had a great time! The condo was extremely clean and spacious enough for four adults. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances, the furniture was comfy, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate. It had everything we needed for the beach and pool and was very comfortable when spending time indoors. Ali was great with communication. All in all, this is a great place in a great location just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach and warm sunshine! Plus there are ample places to eat within walking distance. We hope to be back and will definitely recommend Ali's place to our friends and family.

Miss Ali's unit is the perfect place for relaxation. Clean and well taken care of with awesome "beachy" decor. Whether you want the pool to relax around or the beach - her location is perfect! My husband and I wanted a relaxing vacation and that is what we got! The pool was warm enough for my "sensitive" husband to be able to walk right into and the perfect cool down spot for me after lying in the sun! We took in the breathtaking sunsets over the water just across the street each night! Within walking distance of a few local restaurants and definitely within a few minutes of a drive to other great restaurants. We enjoyed shopping at St John's pass which is also just a few minutes down the road. We will definitely book with Miss Ali in the future!

Pros: Beach is a short walk across the street. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and cooler all provided. Several good restaurants within walking distance (check out these - Wahoo's, Coastal Pizza and Burrito Social). The 10-unit condo complex was mostly empty so we had whole days when we had the pool all to ourselves. Cons: Some areas like doors, bathtub and bathroom cabinets needed scrubbing. Kitchen cabinets were quite messy - difficult to find anything. We ran out of TP about half way through. Owner was advised but we finally ended up getting our own. Hair dryer in guest room doesn't work at all. Dryer in main bathroom works but seems pretty old and cord gets very hot when operating.

Conveniently located condo. Very clean with comforts of home. Lovely pool and an easy walk to the beach. Ali was very responsive and nice to deal with. Hope to rent this unit again when we are in the area.

Loved this for two couples as two private areas w own bathrooms and the property is decked to the nines with beach decor - loved all the details and decor in every area - we loved it was right across the street as well to beach access walk - safe and easy to cross over the street - I will return!

This is our second stay here and will be are go to Place every year. Very comfortable and clean. Love the beach and having the pool. Ali is a great host!! See you next year

We enjoyed the Villa and the ability to take our fur babies with us. We enjoy seeing old locals and meeting new ones

After traveling from a northern state by plane, then driving about 3 hrs to get to the location of the condo at about 10pm the lock box would not work. I called Ali about 10 times and txt messaged her and also wrote her via VRBO with out any answer- I also had another condo owner happen to walk by us and I ask him for help too and he called Ali at least a handful of times as well with out a reply... I ended up having to contact VRBO and file a report and they had to help us find somewhere to stay and I didn't get my babies to sleep until after 1AM!! Ali finally called me back the next late morning and left a message saying she was so sorry and hoped that we got help from someone and that we were enjoying our stay, I called her back but again no answer. Then she called me again the next day and left a message saying that she went there and the box had malfunctioned and she was so sorry and would make it up to me if I decided to stay there again... it was an absolute nightmare! I can understand that things can go wrong, but for an owner to not answer when they KNOW they have tenants coming is terrible! Also, I couldn't leave her a message bc her voice-mail was full. If I could've given 0 stars I would have.
