Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood that was minutes from everywhere. With only a 20-30 minute drive to Downtown Miami, it was an awesome spot. Also only 10 minutes from the nearest beaches.

Location, location, location! Easy access to everywhere you want to go. Clean as a whistle. So many amenities! 10/10

Great place, near a good location where there’s plenty of stuff to do

Location was excellent. Host, David, was so helpful and friendly. He made sure we were accommodated and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend the location to others.

David was very helpful and attentive. While small, the unit was comfortable. We do, however, prefer a softer mattress. Very happy with the rental.

I came down for surgery and David was awesome and he helped me in so many ways that he didnt even have to! The set up of the house was perfect for my recovery and David was always there when I needed him. Definitely will be back!!

The property was well kept and David worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. Central to all the places we were going to in NMB, and very reasonably priced.

Some hiccups with the toilet and stove but the property manager was always right there to help fix anything that went wrong. The property is nothing special but for 4 college guys it did the job.

The apartment has everything you need and David is an excellent host. The house is ideal for 2-3 people. There are plenty of towels and the kitchen is well equipped. There is also a grill and a few simple chairs for outside. You can park for free in front of the house. In a short drive by car you are at Haulover Beach and everything else you need (Walmart, Publix, food, refueling, Aventura Mall) can be reached in a relatively short time. The area is not the most posh, but it's quiet and we felt safe too! David was always available and we felt in good hands with him. It was a good time. Chris and Holger

The North Miami beach home was comfortable and spacious for myself and teenage son. The kitchen was well equipped to make simple meals. The neighborhood was safe and I was always able to get parking right outside the front gate. The location of this home was perfect, it was easy to get to the main road and to the highway to get into Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Target, Publix and other shopping were very close by. David, owner, was very friendly and checked up on us any time we ran into him outside. He answered all my questions and requests promptly. I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Miami area.

The host David is an awesome person. He is there if you need him ASAP. The house was very nice. Clean and there was plenty of towels and blankets for everyone.. The TV had every app you can think of to watch movies while you rested from your day. It’s near the airports and the beaches. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK & USING THIS HOUSE EVERY TIME💯❤️.

We chose this based on location, price, and amenities. It was important for us to have a nice kitchen, as we like to buy food and cook ourselves while on vacation instead of eating out every day. This probably had one of the most well equipped kitchens of all the different air bnb/ vrbo homes that we've stayed in. The location is decent, but it's a 30-40 minute drive to the Miami Beach area if that's your thing. The Haulover Park beach is just 10 minutes away though. The only thing we really didn't love was the bed. Super super firm. Took a few nights to get used to. Side sleepers beware. Also, the amenities listed laundry, but there was no washer/dryer on the premises.

The place is very clean. Stocked with cooking utensils, towels and linens. The property is close to most every thing you need (grocery store, mall, restaurants, beach and/or park. If you want to take a day trip to Hollywood or Palm Beach, FL, it's in a perfect location. Also, the owner, David, was absolutely wonderful. He is very responsive. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Miami!

Stayed with my gf for four days and I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. It was clean, fun and conveniently located to every fun place in Miami. I will definitely be returning for a stay.

David was such an amazing host. It really felt like he went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable and at home during our stay. Not only was the apartment extremely clean but also decorated very nice. Ideal location!!

We were only there a short time but it was very clean. David is very helpful.

Overall it was great. I would recommend and would probably stay again if I were to visit Miami in the future. My only reasons for not giving 5 stars- the couch in this picture is not in the house. The couch is alright but I was expecting this couch, instead there’s just a 3 seat leather couch which is still very nice but not as big. Second, we didn’t think the bed or pillows were very comfortable. Last, the kitchen could have been cleaner.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to be in South Florida in a location close to beaches and other activities at a price point within our budget. This property met those requirements. It was clean and well managed. We had our car and could easily get to beaches (Haulover in 10 minutes, Hollywood in 25), parks (walk to two; Oleta River State Park drive in 5), grocery stores (Super Target walk in five, Publix drive in three, Costco drive in 5), Aventura Mall drive 15, South Beach in 20, Wynwood in 25 and more. Drive times are longer during rush hour. We enjoyed the Food Truck Event every Tuesday at Haulover and the Kite Flying Exhibition. Haulover Beach is excellent and was never crowded even over the Presidents Day long weekend. We brought our own Roku stick and so enjoyed our regular TV as if at home. We rarely ate out and cooked in which reduced the cost for the two weeks stay. David was regularly present, lives just around the corner, and was very responsive to any concern. There were only two negatives and minor ones. The online photos included a shot of an outside table and chairs in a courtyard. This was not part of our unit but belonged to another; they are actually three rental units. The neighborhood was a bit off-putting at first since it is composed of manufactured housing. There are no sidewalks so walking in the neighborhood is not particularly inviting. However, we were there for two weeks and had no problems. The neighborhood is composed of families and was very quiet except for the local peacock who announced daybreak a couple of times.

Had a conference scheduled at FIU’s north campus. This property was well situated to walk there, leaving my wife the car to explore. David greeted us personally the day of checkin and offered me his bicycle, reducing the 30’ walk to an 8’ ride. Rooms were comfortable for the evenings; good air-conditioning; very workable kitchen for meals in. Overall an enjoyable stay and reasonably priced.

I enjoyed my stay at this house. The manager, David, was nearby and very friendly, answering any questions I had quickly by phone, text, or in person. The neighborhood worked out during my roughly 10 day stay in the North Miami Beach area. It was convenient to North Beach, and there is plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The house was comfortable for one or two people as a couple. I'd definitely stay there again when I have future business in the area.

This rental is fabulous and David goes above and beyond to make sure we had the best time while we were there. Location was perfect for our needs. Close to the beach and ball fields we needed to access. The house is adorable and super clean!
