Nice home located directly on beautiful point on Lake Murray SC. Perfect for 3 couples as it has 3 full baths. One of the 4 bedrooms has double bed, good for children. Loft apartment is cozy however acesss through garage and one of the other bedrooms is slightly awkward. Owners are extrememly helpful and very accomodating. House is very nice albeit a little dated. Large kitchen and comfortable living spaces.

Great view of the lake. However the blinds are in such poor condition we could not get them all up. Not enough flatware to serve 10 and it is in really poor condition. Had to buy plastics for dinner. Tubs are not ones we would take a bath. Towels worn out. Couches in house were nice. Chair at counter not stable. Couch on screen porch dirty and old. Loved the view. Sad to say we won’t go back to this place.

Have been spending several Thanksgivings on Lake Murray. Great views of the lake in a relaxing weekend in SC.

We had a wonderful weekend at this home. It is perfectly located on a point with a large porch, gazebo, and yard right on the water. You can see the water from almost every window in the house! It was my daughters 21st b'day so she had a few friends from college stay with us and there was plenty of room. It does need a bit of TLC as things are starting to wear and the master shower is disappointing and needs to be redone. It would be nice to have comfortable outdoor lounge furniture so you could relax out on the lawn. There seems to be a rather strict "no parties" rule. We were sitting in the gazebo playing cards at 11:00 pm, talking, laughing, etc. and the neighbors called the owners complaining of too much noise. Overall a wonderful trip!

The location of this house was beautiful. You could see the lake for miles! Everything we needed was at our disposal. We sat on the deck or in the gazebo most of the time we were there and relaxed. We loved the pleasure point home for our trip this year! The owners were always available for tips and info. Towels are supplied, but only one per person, PACK EXTRA FOR WATER PLAY. We enjoyed all the amenities from paddle boards to Cornhole boards, no one was left out! Water shoes are a must, as the shore is nice, but lots of small shells.

I can't say enough about how easy check in was. The views were amazing along with the property. The owner was more than helpful to answer any questions I had prior to our arrival and quick to contact us once we were there if we had any further questions or issues. I wanted my grandson to be able to do some fishing and he was able to catch fish pretty much every day we were there. One thing the know is the boat dock if you bring your own boat. The owner informs you in advance that the house is on a point and that the water can be rough. While at times the wind might make the water a little rough it's more from the inconsiderate boaters that fly buy the property creating the waves. I've never seen such a lack of boating etiquette. Do bring water shoes but you'll be surprised at how far you can wade out and still be in shallow water. We met 3 of the neighbors while we were there and they were just as friendly as could be. There's plenty of room for everyone and I can't say enough how much you and your family will enjoy watching the sunsets at night. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good place to enjoy time with family and friends and the views that Mother Nature provides.

This is a lovely home located in an ideal location with beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood is very quiet. There was nine of us in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the porch every morning as we drank our coffee and planned our day. The house is at the very end of the island with a lawn large enough that we could easily play games of corn hole. The boat traffic was not bad at all during the week but picked up on the weekend. The lake is big so even that wasn’t a problem. Our week here was great and went by entirely too fast. It was such a beautiful home. We all had a great time. Lots of room and had everything you need. We gat some beautiful sunset pictures.

House was beautiful. Dock needs a little work. Mainly if it had a floating dock. Would be better. Water was rough at dock but was told about that at time of renting. Property owners were great. Area house is at is tight. No trailer parking but also was told about that at time of renting also. Left trailers at landing and wheel chocks was stolen so would put chains and locks on anything left there.

The home and property was absolutely perfect. Tammy and Matt could not have been more accommodating. The house was meticulous, property magnificent and amenities for outdoor lake fun were great. We were traveling with a handicapped family member and he was easily able to navigate the home and property on his own. I highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone looking for a spectacular getaway. Thank you again for a great vacation. Nothing more we could have asked for. Joyce Orlando

The house is perfect for a family reunion. It is large, comfortable and located on a point of land with a view of the beautiful sunsets. The Tucci's are extremely accomodating and quick to respond to any reasonable requests. I highly recommend this property for a restful and entertaining getaway!

Wow! What a great vacation! The views from the beautiful house were just beautiful! Sunrises and sunsets were amazing! Everyone had such a great time swimming and boating on the lake and we were all so comfortable in the house! Thank you so much Tammy and Matthew for sharing your home! We love it. Third time back over eight years

We shared a weekend with our 2 daughters families for a total of 10 people. We all fit comfortably. The property was easy to find with directions given. We all had a great time. The property owners shared float toys, paddle boat, and paddle boards. The dock was easily accessible for another boat to dock. We were warned of wind and boat traffic at this location but we felt safe with kids playing in the water close to the docks. It was a good weekend. Thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed the long weekend we had here. The owners provide many options for onsite/water activities or simply relaxing at the shoreline. It was just two of us but we would not hesitate coming back with a larger party. We would definately recommend this location to friends and family. Thank you !!

Everything with the house was as described. The property owners were very nice and available. Two problems with the house prevented us giving a 5 star review. #1 The apt above the garage never had hot water.My sister in law & daughter had cold showers.#2 The house has no trees and the owners set the thermostat so high upon check out that it took all day & half the night when we arrived to get the house to a comfortable temperature.

This has to be my favorite vacation spot now. We had teens, a nine year old and several adults and all fit comfortably. The house is lovely... well appointed and decorated nicely. We are all musicians and enjoyed the piano so much. I caught at least 30 fish over the weekend. We went on a boat ride, played cornhole in the lawn, floated in the lake, and laid in the hammock. This weekend was pure perfection. Thank you to Tammy and her husband for the hospitality.

This was our second year on Lake Murray and staying at this property ensured we enjoyed it immensely! The sunsets were stunning from this location. The house itself was very clean and we had everything we needed.

We loved the house and the location and the views! The outdoor living space was beautiful, and the house was great. Huge kitchen, amazing master bedroom, and we really loved the garage apartment. It's accessed from inside, but is separate and perfect for another family or anyone who wants some space. The garage apartment has its own kitchen and bath. We will definitely be back!

The property was perfect and offered plenty of privacy on the peninsula for our group. Highly recommended for any group that wants a great stay on the lake.

We are a pretty picky renters when it comes to things like convenience of the location, cleanliness, noise, and communication with the host. This properly addresses it @ 100%, I would not ask for more and hosts Matt and Terri are awesome. We stayed only 3 nights, but we wish we stayed more. View is gorgeous, house is beautiful and great for a family gathering. Separate apartment we used for older kids which made it very convenient. Peddle boarding, peddle boat, great spot for fishing, grill, we also rented a pantoon nearby. It also has a small beach area. We use Matt's recommendation and purchased water shoes. The beach area is clean but has rocks and those shoes helped a lot. OMG excellent spot to watch sunset and sunrise! (Whether you care or not about being romantic) Truly the best place we have ever rented on the lake, and I am surprised that we discovered it just now after renting other places. A++ on everything. Thank you for letting us stay in your awesome house! Hope to be back.

Lake Murray is a gorgeous place and the vacation home is super spacious. The screened porch and gazebo with fire pit provided constant opportunities to relax, soak in the beauty, and view amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Nine girlfriends from childhood thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very spacious, great breezes, enjoyed paddle boat and boards, porch and gazebo. Lots of discussion about coming back next year!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It is situated on a large point lot on the lake with a huge yard for outdoor fun and games. House was clean and very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family to enjoy our vacation. The owners are great and you could not ask for a better spot in the lake, very convenient. We have a large pontoon boat and the dock accommodated our boat just fine. We hope to stay in this lovely home again next summer!
